Good value budget safari with the excellent guide
5/5

We travelled with Kiliholidays over Christmas when we had two couples of friends visiting from Europe. We went on a 4 day trip including hiking Ol Doinyo Lengai and game drives in the Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire National Park. The program was quite hectic for such a short trip, but that was our request and Kiliholidays went out of their way to make this possible. Our guide and driver Walter was the perfect guide - experienced and very knowledgeable about everything from plants and animals, to culture and history. He is an excellent storyteller and kept us entertained through the 4 days. But he also knew when to give us space and leave us alone, which was nice as we were a group of friends traveling together. We also had a cook with us who made very nice food given the tight food budget it must have been. The lunch boxes were not the most exiting, but I believe similar to what other safari companies serve, but breakfast and dinner was very tasteful. I was worried beforehand that the low budget of the trip would sacrifice the quality of the guide and the experience of the trip, but we truly had a wonderful experience and would be happy to travel with Kiliholidays again at another occasion.

About: Safarihub
Highlights of Tanzania
5/5

As first time travelers to Africa we booked the Tanzania Highlights trip with Safarihub which is a small group departure. The price was affordable and we got to see most of the parks more importantly Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti. We really bonded with our group and may have well become lifelong friends. It was a remarkable experience and highly recommended.

Meticulous in their planning, putting the customer first, high quality service delivery - faultless
5/5

We are a family of 6. Our eldest child is 12 and our youngest is 5. It is always a challenge finding a balance of experiences for us all for our holidays. African Welcome put together a perfectly balanced itinerary that combined time in the wild with urban exploration. The planning, communication and level of service was first class. We had a stress free experience during the planning and booking stage. The locations for our holiday - Kruger National Park (Tintswalo resort), Victoria Falls, Cape Town (V&A Waterfront) and Franschhoek (La Petite Ferme) were all stunning in their own way. The accommodation selected - mainly 5 star combined with self catering in Cape Town was all of exceptional quality and perfectly located. In particular the staff at Tintswalo and the Safari Lodge in Victoria Falls were amazing with the children and they are missing them after returning home.

We got to see the best of South Africa - amazing safari (we saw the big 5 and so much more), driving around Cape Town, the Cape area, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek - simply a stunning part of the world. Victoria Falls is world renowned for obvious reasons although the visa costs and park taxes imposed by the government are a little disconcerting. We picked some great places to visit and African Welcome picked amazing accommodation and service for us.

Top marks African Welcome. You really raised the bar. Not sure how we will better this experience next year or ever!

We look forward to working with you in the future - you're simply the best!

Perfectly tailored trip
5/5

Simon at Native Escapes did a perfect job tailoring our trip to South Africa. He chose places with lots of activities for our kids and went through loads of options with me, really taking the time to understand my needs.
The trip worked smoothly end-to-end, including car-hire, flights, activities and accommodation. The properties Simon helped us to choose were of a very high standard. I can't think of anything that could be improved - we had an outstanding holiday with zero hassle. Would definitely recommend Simon to anyone thinking of a trip to SA.

Excellent service, flexible planning and great guide
5/5

The planning of the Safari with Romeo was very good he replied promptly to all emails and made suggestions to adapt the itineray to suit our arrival and departure situation. The accommodation chosen for the Safari was very good with special mention for the Tortilies tented camp in the Serengeti. The choices in accomodation allowed to keep the budget of the trip down. The vehicle used was the standard Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 with opening top with seating for 5 passengers (we were only 2 so we had plenty of space). Our vehicle was a bit old and showed the wear of many long trips, but it was solid and we actually had to help other newer vehicles form other companies that had broken down.
Our guide Patrick did an excellent job throughout, he was very good at finding the animals and commenting about them and teh envrironment. When he said ok we will look for a leopard, rhino or a cheetah it was not very long before we would find one. He was also flexible and accommodated our wishes.
Overall we were very happy with our Safari and would heartily recommend Multiways.

Unforgettable days in the nature
5/5

We experienced unforgettable days in Pilanesberg National Park. Our guide Craig was extremely polite, reliable, nice ... His attitude towards others and towards nature and every small animal was impressive. Craig gave us lots of information about the animals, the park, South Africa, ...
We spent wonderful days and already from the first hour in the National Park we plunged into another world and let us forget everyday life. The camping made us a lot of fun and very fitting for the 2 nights. Spend the night in a beautiful lodge had not profitable for us, because it is not anyway a lot of time at the camp.
Unfortunately, the time has passed far too quickly. We would immediately make a Safari again.

Ecological Wilderness Adventures - All the elements of a fabulous trip
5/5

Ecological Wilderness Adventures: It is hard to find enough of the right words for Ecological Wilderness Adventures. Well organized, bottomless knowledge of the areas and animals, smoothly operating camps with outstanding staff and a dependable ability to find animals when other guide operations seemed to be anxiously searching.

Tourists face a blizzard of safari-related services. Most of which often require the traveler to somehow combine them into a comprehensive package. EWA met us at the Kilimanjaro airport on our arrival and helped unload and check us in on our departing flight. Between those times, they were terrific hosts and guides.

Brian, Gerald, Chaffie and others on the EWA team offer a seamless one-stop solution to the swarm of options thrown at visitors. EWA has the guides, camps (shower and toilet in each 2-person tent), in-country relationships (Brian was born and raised in the Ngorongoro Crater) and knowledge to get it all done properly.

I am a seasoned adventure traveler, founder of an Alaska guiding service and a picky photographer. EWA is a quality outfit by any measure - all at a very reasonable price.
