We Saw 85 Lions During our Amazing Karibu Safari Experience!
My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I just returned from a 2 week Karibu safari. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had! Karibu was fantastic! We were met at the airport by Moses and Tonny who were both lots of fun to meet and get to know. Tonny was our guide the first few days and he became a friend. He was funny, knowledgeable and so fun to get to know. Our last night he played his guitar and sang several songs to us - we really hated saying good-bye to him in Tanzania. Our guide for a week in Tanzania was Moody - also an excellent guide and wonderful person. He made our safari experience incredible. Our last guide, Joseph, went over and above - on his day off - to share with us the wonders of Nairobi National Park. Moses also went over and above by keeping in touch with Nairobi Airport for 10 days waiting for my son and his wife's 6 pieces of luggage to show up. He collected the luggage and stayed with it through the customs process. The lodges where we stayed were wonderful - and the wildlife was breathtaking - we just had an incredible experience! I can't say enough good things about Karibu. We have already recommended them to some friends. The Best!

Excellent, friendly and affordable!
I was in Uganda from September to November and tried different Safari companies. No one was as good and friendly as Enchanted Uganda Safaris. The communication through whatsapp was great. Bosco, the man in charge, is friendly and knowledgeable, and always ready to do his uttermost to give good service. He always offered me a nice affordable price and did his best to make the drive and stay perfect.
I used Enchanted Uganda Safaris twice with safaris. Once with the Gorilla trekking and once with safari in Murchison falls. I wish I had discovered him earlier when I went to Queen Elizabeth's park as well.
With the gorilla trekking he gave us a great trip, and took a very scenic route which he didn't have to. It made it so much more special. We stopped some places for photographs and he's always patient. The gorilla trekking itself was out of this world and I recommend it to everyone! On the way home we stayed at a beautiful hotel on an island in a lake.
At Murchison he was full of information and trivia, and we also had a lovely time eating dinner with Bosco in the evening. At the safari he did everything he could to give us a good experience, like finding the animals we wanted to see. With accommodation he did his best to give us the low prices. It's evident that he's a hardworking man with great work morals. He's on the clock at all times trying to give people the experience of a life time. Other than that he's a good person to have a conversation with, with humor and great insight.
I have recommended Enchanted Uganda Safaris and Bosco to other people and they have been very satisfied as well!

10 out of 10. Myself and girlfriend had a 8day tour of Uganda and it was amazing. Initially I wanted to see all of Uganda but after speaking with Cate we concluded it would be much better to not go up north due to time and concentrate on the west and south. This way our days would have less driving and more time for activities, also it would allow time for stops and photographs on route. We had a mid range tour, travelled in a land cruiser.
The whole trip was amazing Stephen our guide had a amazing knowledge of all wildlife and really made an effort to show us everything. It was very interesting to chat with Stephen about any subject matter and he really made our trip special.
Cate was great at organising the trip and would respond within hours overall we had about 80 messages back and forth but she was always eager to help organise the trip.
I would recommend spending the extra for mid range as I have no complaints about any lodge we stayed in and no problems with transport.
Prime safaris was an amazing tour operator and I would recommend to anyone I know. Uganda is amazing and I will be going back again soon.

Incredible Safari in Uganda.
All arrangements with Teresa were swift and excellent. we added two days in Queen Elizabeth Park to the three day gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. I was picked up promptly. Twaha was my driver and guide. he was a wonderful company, upbeat, informative, enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The country is so very beautiful. I know Africa well and found Uganda outstanding for many reasons.
Highlights were of course spending time with the gorillas. This was beyond imagining. Also, the intensity of game and boat ride on the Kazinga Channel was brilliant. Thank you and congratulations to the team. I enjoyed every single moment with you. i entirely recommend wild jungle trails.

Gorilla safari and wildlife Tour.
If you are interested in gorilla trekking and seeing wildlife or other parts of Uganda, we highly recommend Wild Jungle Trails Safaris. This was our first trip to Uganda. Teresa in the home office was very responsive during the planning process and our trip was perfect! The lodging chosen was wonderful. Our guide, Remmy, was amazing. Not only did he have an incredible amount of knowledge regarding the animals, he was a pleasure to spend an entire week with. We thought this would be our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Uganda. After visiting, we would love to return. If we do, there is no question that we will book again using Wild jungle Trails Safaris. They are exceptional!

Wonderful safari, reliable tour operator, lifelong experience !
I strongly recommend to pick Tanke tours for your guidance in Kenya. Carol is a very friendly lady, well informed and always ready to answer any question you have. She prepared tour specifically up to our wishes. First part was 4 day tour including 2 days in Masai Mara, 1 day in Lake Nakuru and the last day she helped us organize meeting with our sponsored child far from touristic places and national parks. What more, she even accompanied us on this trip. Second safari started in Diani beach and then we had 2 days in Tsavo (east and west) and 2 days in Amboseli. Everything was perfectly arranged including pick up at the airport or buying us the train ticket from Nairobi to Mombasa. Carol was always there when we needed (on mobile or whatsap). Tanke tours drivers were always on time, communicative and the safari was fun in their company.

Extremely disappointed and will recommend not to use them
Communications:When he knows there is a problem he decided to avoid answering the phone, other than that he responds ok.
Service:Not good, we definitely didn't get a good place to stay nor the trip was done as discussed!
living up to expectations:We found ourselves in a deserted camp-not sure if it was a camp-one hut with a small dining area.No other customers were there even though it is the season.
The food(ad the waiter) was brought in the car with us-which by the way was apparently a frozen chicken and eggs and we lived off that till the next day's lunch when we finally had enough and wanted to move camp.Of course we had to pay for the new camp as well!!after we complained to Rama/Gecko and his response was it's not his fault!!!
The Safari tour:
We booked two nights and three days:
First day:
the plan was to drive us from the ferry, have lunch and head to the camp and catch the ferry.They came on time to pick us up, however the trip somehow took longer than they expected so we ended up not having lunch and running to catch the boat.
Second day:
We drove up to the game park no problems.
Third day:
We were supposed to have our walk in the game park , we ended up just walking around our camp cause Gecko-Rama-decided to not buy the entry ticket and save some money!!While it only costs about 130 dollars for two people and we paid him more than one thousand dollars for two nights and we ended up paying again for another camp because the camp he chose for us was terrible, even the waiter came with us to the camp and he was the only waitron top of that we were the only customers staying there and I couldn't sleep the whole night!
*We were looking forward for this holiday, and we paid well and discussed all the arrangements in advance, but still nothing was done according to plan.It is very unfortunate to be treated this way.I would not recommend nor wish this to happen to anyone else.
