About: Namibia
Totally quiet holidays

Windhoek is nice city with somewhat Europeanized buildings. So sunny and dry. We spent 3 nights at the desert lodge watching quiet desert and strange looking trees. This is probably a bit different destination in Africa for tourists with distinct tastes.

About: Botswana
An upclose look at awesome wildlife and scenery

We loved our 3 day safari to Chobe. Our guide, Max was so informative and made so much effort to give us the best possible experience. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, water buffalo and we were fortunate enough to even see a leopard. We were amazed how close we were to the wildlife but we never felt unsafe. We were very well looked after by our guide all thru. Wear a warm jacket for early mornings. Highly recommend Botswana.

It was the perfect safari!
5/5

Alrighty! Axis Africa Safaris - I had a blast! My group was fun everything went well. Lennox is absolutely wonderful to work with - he handles the calls and bookings. No joke, I literally got scared at bedtime (yes Im a wimp) late my first night due to a minor issue at my camp. It was absolutely no fault whatsoever of Axis Safari - it was just a language barrier/cultural issue. I called and Lennox handled my concern SO much emotional intelligence. Lennox and my guide Alex completely fixed it in a flash! He promised me that he would handle it and handle it he did. I came back from my game drive, and everything had been resolved. I saw tons of animals. The guide had a serious passion for animals. I loved every minute. I would go back for sure!

They are honest and professional, and send a very good tour guide for us
5/5

I had a last minute booking (for an Amboseli tour on the next day) with SunUp and the booking experience was quite pleasant. They were very honest and transparent about the price and was very patient when I go back and forth with my plans. They can customize our need and pick up us at Namanga border and sent us back to Nairobi after the safari. The tour guide they sent us was a very good guy too, they have a very very clean 4x4 Landcruiser vehicle. The tour guide listens to our need and was very friendly and professional. Very good experience with them.

Very good and honest agent helped us booking, super great tour guide took us safari
5/5

The travel agent Diana helped me a lot in making my last minute booking. She answered a lot of my questions and was very patient with my back and forth in plan changes. She finally helped me secured a fly-in-fly-out mid-range Serengeti safari trip with a very good price at the last minute (I literally booked and paid the day before I flew from Arusha to Seronera).
Our tour guide Derick was a super great and nice guy, we had a wonderful 5 days trip with him. The vibe was always pleasant and he always communicated with us well. He gave professional suggestion about the arrangement while was also willing to adjust the routes based on our need. He has very sharp eyes and can always spot animals hundreds meters away without binocular, that was very impressive!
Highly recommend this operator and our tour guide Derick.

OUTSTANDING
5/5

Words can’t express how grateful my husband and I are to have chosen Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventures as our team for this hike. The hike alone was incredible, but what truly made it a special experience was the crew that we went with. Gasper and Calvin were our guides and made our trip enjoyable, social, we got a Swahili lesson, and learned a lot about the mountain and culture. Our waiter, Adam, made sure we had hot water, served us food, made many trips to fill up our water bottles, and always had a smile on his face. Peter was our chef and it felt as if we were eating at a 5 star restaurant on a mountain top!!! The porters and tent crew were incredible. The hospitality was unmatched. Truly the best experience in every aspect possible.

Shipungo gave me one of the most amazing experienced of my life
5/5

This was a brilliant trip, a seven-day safari that gave my two colleagues and I (three Kiwis) a wonderful taste of the Okavango and Northern Botswana. An excellent variety of amazing experiences of flora, fauna and landscape in the presence of amiable and knowledgeable Shipungo staff -- Voice, Kev and Arvalino (not sure of spelling there). We saw all manner of animals, including countless lions and five leopards. I'm particularly keen on birds and, with help from Voice especially, I managed to photograph 138 identifiable species. That number will increase once I have time to consult web resources. And then there was a handful of identifiable birds that I wasn't able to photograph. Tent accommodation and, especially, the food (thanks Arvalino), were unbelievable. Amazing value for money too -- I don't see how the company can charge so little. Any downsides of the trip? As a New Zealander, northern Botswana is hot and dusty; and the roads are very rough, to the point where the "African massage" was generating calloses on my buttocks. But those things are not under the company's control and easy to bear in comparison with being able to see this amazing part of the world. I would rate this as one of the best experiences of my (six-and a-half decade) life. Thank you so much.

it is a very good operator whose staffs are responsible, in patience, well organized.
4/5

I chose Wayfairer Travel because when I wrote to them to inquire itinerary of my journey, they wrote back very soon and accurately. In general, everything was good, such as service, reliability and the tours. As our journey was tailored, there were 4 different places and local company served us, respectively Roots & Journey in Nokanyana and Mopiri Camp, Jackalberry chobe, bayete Guest Lodge, Kruger Shalati. Roots & Journey is very good, the best one in this journey.
There is one thing I felt sorry. The representative might not fully understand me when we discussed our itinerary, because I think the best place in Chobe is Savute and Linyanti, but we didn't visit it.
