Well organized, flexible tour operator with experienced, knowledgeable and patient guide
Having grown up in South Africa visiting many parks in that region, I had realistic expectations from this tour of Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. On the other hand, Serengeti is perhaps the most famous savannah region in the world, and I was excited finally to visit this area and I had high hopes for the visit. On the four-day tour I was nevertheless amazed to see so much wildlife, much more than expected, including big cats that are very elusive (including a cheetah and cub feeding, multiple lions, and two leopards). Partly the short grass in the dry season might've made it easier to spot the animals, and we were lucky to come across them. I was also lucky to join a relaxed and patient group of fellow-travelers (put together by the tour operator and unknown to me before the tour). However, the greatest credit is due to Simba, our expert guide with many years of experience; patient, kind and humble, Simba is obviously passionate about his work. Simba was able to anticipate the movements and behaviour of the animals, and on several occasions he suggested we pause at a site in the park, observing the animal behaviour, and he correctly predicted what the animals would do. By patiently waiting, we were able to experience some "National Geographic" moments - an elephant herd wallowing in the mud, hyena making a kill, another hiding a kill, etc. While there's an element of luck in these sightings, we would certainly have missed them if it weren't for Simba's patient approach, and we saw several other tour groups moving on down the road and missing the action rather than waiting as per our guide's suggestion to us. Simba accommodated our interests as a group, also spotting several bird species for us. Apart from his expert knowledge of the animals, Simba also expertly negotiated the bumpy roads. The company was communicative and responsive, and I partly chose this tour because it included the opportunity also to visit Olduvai Gorge within the four days (a highlight for visitors interested in evolution and anthropology, but not necessarily of interest or known to every visitor). With retrospect, I might've committed a separate half-day to this part of the tour, as it's hard to spend much time there while also fitting in the visits to Ngorongoro and Serengeti, but I do very much appreciate that this tour operator made it possible in the limited time I had, and Simba worked hard to fit it in. The tour price was reasonable and the experience surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

I had the best experience of a game drive and the offers given were really good. Kudos to siraam tours, My number one choice when it comes to travelling.

Reliable and accommodating tour operator
Our trip was absolutely a memorable one. Our guide, Anthony, was great, resourceful and knowledgeable about everything in Masaai, Nakuru and Naivasha! We managed to see the big 5 on day 1 of our game drive. The hotels we stayed at were very good especially the Jumbo Mara Safari Lodge. Jemimah at Alpha Dean is very reliable, accommodating and was happy to respond to all our questions from figuring out our itinerary until the end of the trip. Thank you very much

Most beautiful experience in our live
We went on a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve with Safari Update Travel. We booked the tour from Germany. The communication in advance was super straightforward and all questions were answered within a few minutes. Also the payment was problem-free. We can only say one thing about the tour itself: WOW! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Our guide was very experienced and professional. Our tour group was also just perfect. We had so much fun in the 3 days that we were sad at the end that this tour was now over. We were very lucky in the park itself. From elephants to lions and cheetahs to rhinos and hyenas, we really saw everything. Our guide Fred always tried very hard to take us to the best places and shared a lot of background information with us. Our highlight was watching 5 cheetahs eating and spotting the rare rhino. The Jambo Mara Lodge, where we stayed overnight, was also excellent. We can really recommend this tour to everyone. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much!

Wonderful experience
Our hopes went over, fessal is a wonderful tour guide, he knows and explains everything about animals and masai traditions. He scheduled everything, we did 2 game drives and was wonderful seeing almost all animals, giraffes, elephants, leopard, and so on. Accomodation and meals very good. I reccomend his tours and safari, sure we will do it again.

Excellents game drives Khwai and Mokoro
We asked informations for game drives in Moremi/Khwaï and we receive the exactly responses we need, all was clear with Anna or Tepo. They are reactives and propose customized game drives too.
We had Mompeti the driver guide that kept us directly at our campsite for each game drive, on time and very nice and good driver a good guide !!
We enjoyed a game drive afternoon with sunset at Khwaï and close the river, we saw 2 lionnes eating their hunting (pumba) under a tree and we saw 2 others one drinking at the river just after they have killed an antilope ! Game drive on the morning was very nice too. Then we had a Mokoro tour for 2 hours, with a guide very professional, with a lot of details about the flower, the delta, the birds and very safe too.
We recommand highly Sekanka Safaris for any activities you need in Botswana as they are professionals, they know very well the country and they are serious.

Thanks to SOPAI it was one of the best experiences in life so far. Starting from very simple things as always clean car, nice food, magnificent safari tents, good scedule, attention to us and help if necessary. Special thanks to our guide David - very nice person who during one week became our friend. He is a real professional, you can see that it’s not just his job, it’s his passion. He knows everything about every single animal we saw and with his help we were able not just to see the animals but also analyze what and why they are doing, their reactions, etc. Since the first safari day we knew that SOPAI team will take care of us and do everything so we would have the best experience. I cannot compare SOPAI with other companies providing similar services, but I don’t believe that it’s possible to get something more. Higly recommended.

Efficient, friendly, generous and helpful.
The trip was magnificent. John was a fantastic host, guide and ambassador. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the wildlife was sublime. Uganda is as beautiful as I remembered it from 30 years ago, I truly understand why you have made it your home.
