UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE
5/5

I don't really know where to start
We relied on Tracks of Africa for the organisation of our first safari.
Sara was super precious to us from Italy.
She was a point of reference, scrupulous and always available to answer all our questions.
She organised everything in detail.
All the camp/lodges where we stayed, were so delightful, with delicious food and very kind staff.
Sara booked for us the extra activities that we do recommend like " Night game drive " and the not-to-be-missed Balloon Safari ( you got a stunning view from up above at sunrise )

In Tanzania our guide Ino was waiting for us.
Ino was a real treasure, a special guide. Expert and passionate, he speaks Italian, he knows perfectly all the routes and all the animals. Also, he makes you feel safe all the time.
An adorable travel mate, funny, with his contagious laughter he made our safari one of the most incredible experience in our life.

Well organized and very helpfull.
5/5

We booked our safari for the last week of September with eSafari three months in advance. We got in good contact with Eke right away and she was very helpful. She gave us advice on what to pack and recommendations for where to stay in Arusha.

We did the 6-day group safari with camping. Including our guide, we were eight in the car, plenty of space for everyone and enough cold drinks for the way.

Our itinerary was:
Day 1: Lake Manyara,
Day 2, 3, and 4: Serengeti,
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater,
Day 6: Tarangire.

We had a great group with multiple nationalities and we got along very well. Our guide Godson was very experienced and knew all the right spots at the right time. He told us a lot about the different landscapes and animals. We’ve been very lucky during our safari, seeing all of the Big 5 multiple times, most of them came very close. During these 6 days, we’ve seen so much, it’s impossible to mention everything, but our highlights were:
- The migration of wildebeest with two crossings in the Mara River,
- A leopard in a tree only a few meters away,
- A rhino with a little calf in the Serengeti,
- Sleeping in a tent while hearing lions at night.

Everything on our safari was very well organized, including the tents, all meals, and drinks.

A special thanks to Eke and Godson from eSafari for making this an unforgettable safari.

Tour operator and Guide were both exceptional! Not a single fault can be found.
5/5

The idea of going on a safari in the world renowned serengeti has always been a bucket list item.

Choosing to go with Serengeti Wakanda Tours was the best choice I could have made. The service provided right from the get go with Ushma Pattni as my co-ordinator, who provided a 5 star service when answering any queries and concerns I had, plus going out her way to support both me and my wife with any difficulties encoutered before the safari was pleasing to see.

Felix as my game drive guide was exeptional, going above and beyond to ensure I have the best possible experience. Felix made both me and my wife feel safe throughout the whole journey and ensured we captured everything there was to see, from morning game drives all the way through to park closure. With his hawk like eye sight and elephant like hearing, he didn't miss a thing.

10/10 Stars and would highly recommend.

A wonderful week in Zambia with Kafunta Safaris staying at their River Lodge and Three Rivers Camp in South Luangwa National Park. fabulous game and very comfortable lodge and camp. Plus Latitude 15 in Lusaka is one of the most charming boutique hotels I have ever stayed in.

Proactive and supportive
5/5

I participated in the one-night Masai mara package.

I made a reservation about two weeks left before departure, and I chose it because they offered me the fastest and most actively.
Our choice was "Mara Engai 1 night with return flight" and we were satisfied with it.
Compared to the companies that offered various proposals, it was best in terms of price. The following are the good points and areas to be improved.

What I liked about it
1. Quick feedback from the representative Mr. Alwala. He was very active in meeting all the demands.
2. Save time with round-trip flights
3. Location, facilities and programs of accommodation was excellent
4. Food (7.5 out of 10)
5. The kindness of the staff at the lodge

A part to be improved
The daily temperature difference in the weather was so large that I couldn't bring my clothes properly. Especially, the accommodation is located high in the mountains, so it is much colder in the morning and evening than on the flat land. I hope this is informed in advance.

Others
If someone asks me about this program, I can recommend it. However, I would like to advise you to make a travel plan for more than 2 nights rather than 1 night. This is because it is difficult to see all animals such as the Big 5 in 1 night.

Incredible honeymoon experience in the Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater
5/5

Experiencing the Serengeti was part of our dream honeymoon vision and my husband and I spent months researching and planning our trip which included a safar in Tanzania. My husband scoured through multiple tour operators and we felt somewhat nervous to book with a company we knew so little about. Mountain Warriors was the operator with which we found the package that worked for us best at a great price. My husband nervously booked, cautious that we had no idea who we were handing over our deposit to.

...But alas, we had nothing to fear! From the moment he booked, Raheema at Mountain Warriors was continuously communicating with us and ensuring our trip was ready to go before we travelled to Zanzibar for the first leg of our honeymoon. She was reassuring and kept in touch in the days leading up to our honeymoon. Once we were in Zanzibar, Mountain Warriors arranged for us to be collected from our resort to the airport to be flown to the Serengeti and met by our driver. Everything was incredibly smooth and organised.

Now the tour: what can I say? I dreamt of the Serengeti when I was a child and Godfrey, our tour guide and driver, made sure that my expectations were not only met but exceeded. He was highly knowledgable, funny and most importantly, friendly. Theterrain throughout the safari experience can often be dangerous and rough but Godfrey's driving skills were fantastic and we felt safe throughout all our journies. At the start of our safari, Godfrey asked my husband and I what our most sought animal would be on this safari and I said if I could walk with giraffes my dream would come true. Godfrey went above and beyond to make sure this dream came true and I did indeed get the chance to walk with not just one but an entire herd of giraffes.

We spent 1 night in the Serengeti and 1 night in Ngorongoro crater and both our lodges provided by Serena Hotels were 5* and nothing less. Mountain Warriors ensured our dining was covered and we received the best customer service we could have asked for, making the experience all the more memorable and romantic. I must say the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge settings took our breaths away as we saw a number of wildlife right outside our cabin door steps whilst the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge had the most idyllic view of the crater.

Food and drink was provided throughout each day with large packed lunches provided by the hotels we stayed at.

At the end of our safari experience, leaving Arusha Airport, Raheema herself came to greet us. She was in no way obligated to do so but she wanted to ensure we had had a good experience and this meant alot to both of us.

I can not recommend Mountain Warriors enough. They helped us create memories that will stay with us a lifetime and for me personally, they made my dream of seeing the Serengeti come true beyond my imagination. We're already planning our future trip where we can experience the Serengeti again for longer. Thank you so much for everything!

Thoughtful and funny
5/5

I'm from China. I came to Kenya to watch wildlife and learn about the local culture. During my travels with travel agencies, I was able to appreciate the warmth of travel agencies and locals. The activities are very well arranged, and problems will be solved in a timely manner. There are few obstacles. I watched the unforgettable and spectacular animal migrations. and interact with wildlife up close. There are also plenty of fun activities to do during the trip. For example, cycling through canyons, feeding giraffes, and taking a boat ride to see hippos up close. I learned a lot along the way and had a lot of fun. Thank you Cherish Africa Safaris for a great experience. Hopefully Cherish Africa Safaris will get better and better. Tourists are cordially invited to choose this travel agency.

This tour operator is very reliable and doesn't overcharge. Our guide, Caleb, is very experienced and knowledgeable about animals; he introduced us to the names and habits of each animal in great detail. The entire experience was excellent.
