Kevic gave us the most fabulous experience on our epic 20-day personalized trip to Kenya and Zimbabwe. Felister, our Kevic representative, was enormously helpful and developed a fully detailed and costed itinerary, which was based on our requests and priorities. Not only were we well looked after by John, our knowledgeable and super friendly safari guide and driver, but Felister was in regular contact with us to make sure that everything was going according to plan. So many exciting sites and experiences, we cannot recommend Kevic highly enough to all who want a fabulous safari holiday!

I really enjoyed the friendly service that they offer. They're also flexible allowing customers to make changes to their itineraries if need be. I personally enjoyed the ultimate Abseiling experience especially swimming under the majestic Falls.

Accommodating and easy to work with
We did a 3 day budget tour of Sossusvlei from Windhoek. Our guide Matheus was amazing. His knowledge of everything we encountered was impressive. He was very accommodating and allowed us the time to see what we wanted to see. He also made great suggestions to ensure we saw the highlights. The camping set up was pretty basic, but we have done lots of rough camping so we were completely fine with that and loved the idea of camping in Africa. Matheus worked hard to make sure we were looked after. Sesriem is the closest town to Sossusvlei and in this package it allows you to camp inside the first gate, giving you earlier access in the morning. Sesriem is a fairly long drive from Windhoek, but allows you the chance to see some amazing sites and experience natural Namibia.
Sossusvlei is an incredible experience. Absolutely worth the effort to get there.

12-day trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with three guides.
We booked a 12-day trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar, with three different guides. The best and most memorable one was David, our guide in Kenya. He always had this big smile on his face, whether he was with us or chatting with hotel staff. Before every game drive, he’d remind us to check for our phones and bags. On the drives, he patiently taught us how to tell males from females, left from right, and even fun slang for different animals. If you’re booking with Camptrek, David is the one to go with!
In Tanzania, we had to change one of our tent stays because of our schedule change, but the new tent was honestly not up to the mid-range level we expected.
Our guide in Zanzibar not bad, but for booking activities, just ask the hotel front desk. It’s cheaper than what the guidequoted us.
The service was just excellent
The service quality was just brilliant. The pickup was precise and on time. On the high tea game drive, the food was just nice and tasty and the guide was so kind, patient and answered every question we had in greater detail.

South Africa Trip 2024
Our trip to South Africa was a trip of a lifetime, and we cannot thank our travel planner, Tammy Harding, enough for putting together a great itinerary of accommodations and sightseeing tours! From the initial inquiry, Tammy was thorough and responsive. The trip details were outlined and communicated well. During our stay, all was taken care of, it was seamless! The different accommodations were all wonderful - with amazing service, particularly at Ilala Lodge, and Elephant Plains. Our favorite experience was at Elephant Plains, Game Lodge - the personalized service, to the beautiful accommodations, and of course, the ultimate experience with the daily game drives. The staff at Elephant Plains were wonderful - so attentive, so welcoming, and our Game Ranger, Darrin, was so knowledgeable, funny, and made it so memorable. Loved every minute!

Safari honeymoon of our dreams! 🙂 Speechless!
First of all I would like to thank Philipo, the company owner, who really went out of his way to accomodate all our requests. From the first time I spoke to him to book our safari, he was really efficient in responding all of my queries and requests. He tailored a custom-made safari tour based on our budget and time limitations. We stayed in contact until the day of our safari where the company car came to pick us from our hotel to take us on our safari to Tarangire national park. This was such an amazing experience where we had the chance to see so many animals such as elephants 🐘, zebras 🦓, lions 🦁, monkeys 🐒, warthogs 🐗 and much more! We even had the chance to see ostriches mating which according to our guide, is a very rare occasion! We continued on our way to the picnic area to have lunch 🥘 in an amazing setting. Matey's really thought of every single detail! It was a really nice, delicious lunch.
Following thay we continued on some more game drive and then we were driven to our accommodation at Marera lodge - such a wonderful place! 🛏🛎
But before that, we were taken to a traditional Maasai village where we experienced the village life. This was something really unexpected and such a memorable experience!
The following morning we went on our way to Ngorongoro national park where we were treated to multiple more animals - this time even more close! We were also able to see a rhino 🦏 from afar! We were told this was one of the most difficult ones to see...On this day, Matey's treated us to a special surprise. Since we were on our honeymoon, they prepared a special lunch for us, with a personalised bottle of champagne 🍾🥂
Not only that but they even sent a professional videographer for our 2 days on safari. David was such an amazing and fun person. He took photos and videos of us in all occassions and made us feel very comfortable. A truly cool person!
Last but not least I cannot not mention our guide, Gabriel, who was so attentive to detail and such a knowledgeable guide. He answered all of our questions on all kinds of animals!
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Matey's enough to anyone who wishes to do a safari tour in Tanzania. This will be the safari of your dreams ☺️😀

Our guide Robert was wonderful!
We had a lovely time with Robert as our guide and driver. Robert was always early to pick us up and easy to communicate with. He provided useful suggestions to our itinerary. Robert was very knowledgeable about the area and history, he made us feel at ease and helped us to have the best time possible.

Great safari
I wanted to go on safari during our stay on Zanzibar. Various game drives compared and finally I found a 2-day tour with Plex with game drives at both days. I contacted them and immediately received good information. The payment went smoothly. On the day of the safari we were picked up from the hotel and flew in a small plane to Nyerere national park in less dan one hour. Our guid Jafari and driver Omari were waiting for us. Jafari knew a lot about the various animals and plants and it was very educational. But other than that, they were very nice people and did everything to give us an unforgettable safari. Asante sana!

Pefect Honeymoon
We just returned from an unforgettable 13-day safari trip with Twinkle Star Tours a few days ago, but we are still reminiscing about the incredible experiences we had in Kenya and Tanzania.

His patience and thoroughness in addressing all our questions were truly appreciated, and he gave us valuable suggestions tailored to our needs. Every accommodation was booked according to our preferences, and the travel plan James crafted was both comfortable and perfectly balanced. Meeting us in person at Jomo Airport and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout the trip showed his genuine care and attention to detail.
