Amazing trip with Lion King!
My husband and I have traveled all over the world, experiencing so many cultures, sites, amazing beauty, and more. The 10 day safari with Lion King truly came in as the top trip for many reasons. The number one was due to our guide, Enuch. We have had many guides throughout our travels; however, none of them even came close to Enuch. From the moment we met him he made us feel welcomed and cared for. He had amazing knowledge of all the animals as well as the parks. Throughout the whole adventure he did everything he could to make sure we saw the best of all the animals. It was truly a trip of a lifetime.

Lilian is a quick and patient operator, always rapidly responded every request raised by me.
~Wonderful experience in a lifetime, smooth and relaxing!~
It's not an easy decision for us to go to Africa for a safari due to our short vacation in China, so we made a lot of comparisons among the safari companies. In the end, I chose Wild Pride for their quick response, smooth communication and cost competitiveness.
First of all, our operator Lilian is nice and patient, always rapidly responded every request raised by me, nearly 24/7 could reach out to her through WECHAT, which is convenient for Chinese people. She listened to every request, and answered every question, and organized a wonderful itinerary according to our wish.
Secondly, our safari manager Goodluck met us at the airport, no matter our delayed flight, and patiently introduced every detail we need to know before the safari, which give us a very reliable impression when we first come to Tanzania. I think it’s very important.
Most of all, our safari driver and guide, Peter, worth a big thumbs up! He has over 30 years of safari guide experience, could speak both English and Japanese, and has excellent driving skills. Sometimes we met heavy rain and lots of dust in the journey, but our car have never met any problem, which I think is very uneasy – we several safari car accidents on the journey. Also, Peter knows where to find the animals, and we successfully saw almost every animal we hoped for.
In the end, we arranged 2 days of rest in the beautiful island Zanzibar, saw beautiful sea and giant tortoise, and did our souvenirs shopping.
In a word, I would definitely recommend Wild Pride Safari to every friend in China if they want to visit Tanzania someday!

Very good tour operator, excellent guide (Johny).
We booked the masai mara for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. We have to really give credit to our guide Johny, who was extremely skillful at finding animals and getting the best views and photo ops of them. We were able to see: cheetahs, leopards, lions (+cubs!), elephants, hippos, crocodiles and more!

Professional, incredibly helpful and friendly!
My family and I went on the three-day gorilla tour with Mambo Gorilla Safaris in August 2024, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable holidays we've ever had!
Didan, who was our amazing tour operator (and one of the owners of this family-run business), made everything so easy. I had only booked the trip a month before and had tons of questions, but Didan was always available on WhatsApp, offering great advice and helping us figure things out, especially with the Monkeypox situation in Rwanda/Uganda at the time. He even offered to reschedule or cancel the trip, but since our flights were non-refundable, we stuck with our original plan—and we're so glad we did!
Our driver, Hillary, picked us up at the airport and took us to the Kigali Genocide Museum, which was a deeply moving experience in itself. From there, we crossed the border into Uganda to stay at Lake Bunyonyi. Hillary was so friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about both Rwanda and Uganda along the way.
At Lake Bunyonyi, we were the only guests due to many cancellations because of Monkeypox. But the staff, led by Charity, made us feel incredibly welcome, taking care of us in every way. We went with the most budget-friendly accommodation, so the rooms weren't the most modern rooms we've stayed in but everything was clean and organised. Didan also mentioned that they're building a new lodge near the forest, which I’m sure will be amazing!
The highlight of our trip was, of course, the gorilla trek. After a 3.5-hour hike through the stunning Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, we had an extraordinary experience. The Monkeypox cancellations actually worked in our favour, as it was just my family in our group with the ranger, trackers, and porter, alone with the gorillas. It was surreal! The gorillas came so close, even nudging my brother on two different occasions. Keep in mind that the trek itself is not for the faint-hearted, as you're hiking up and down 50-60 degree inclines - however, we were told it's also dependent on where you enter, where the gorillas are etc.
I can’t put into words how incredible this experience was. Seeing the gorillas has been a dream for our family for years, and we’re so happy we went for it. Mambo Gorilla Safaris made the whole trip extra special with their friendly, professional service. A huge thanks to Didan, Charity, Hillary, and their team for making this trip one of our best memories ever! I highly recommend Mambo Gorilla Safaris to anyone thinking about visiting the mountain gorillas.

A unforgettable experience
Superb experience with Greg Adventures. They were able to adapt quickly, right up to the last minute, to all our changes, to offer us an unforgettable week of tailor-made safaris.
Despite the tight schedule on site, we were able to visit numerous parks, all filled with an abundance of wildlife. The highlight was the wildebeest migration across the Mara River - thank you for offering us this option! All our accommodations were very comfortable, whether in lodges or tents.
A special mention to our guide, Machete, who made the experience even more incredible with his good mood and sense of humor

Amazing and unique experience
we did a 5-day safari and it went like this:
day 1: lake manyara
day 2: serengeti
day 3: still serengeti
day 4: ngorongoro
day 5: tarangire
our guide, golden (yes, that’s his name and his vibe), was amazing. this guy knows every park road like the back of his hand. he spotted lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, and even a leopard like it was no big deal. some of the animals came so close to our car you could almost reach out and pet them (but like, don’t).
the campsites? basic but comfy... just BYO toilet paper lol.
food situation? 10/10. our chef james kept us well-fed with hot meals on real ceramic plates in the middle of the parks. felt fancy compared to other tours doing the whole tiffin-box thing.
to top it off, suricata set up a walking tour in mto wa mbu on our last day. super insightful, guide knew their stuff.
all in all, 5 days of total amazement. can’t even put into words how unreal it feels seeing these animals so close. would recommend 100%.

Great experience
The safari of this restaurant is very good, the accommodation environment is very good, and the price is also very reasonable. The driver took us to see a lot of animals, explained to us patiently, and prepared delicious meals for us, which is highly recommended.

Great Tour, wonderful driver
We had a great tour with David. Chris, the organizer was forthcoming and easy to communicate with during the organization phase- we organized about 4 days in advance. David, our driver was very knowledgeable and lovely, we had a great time; We also felt very safe during the entire trip in terms of driving! Serena lodge as accomodation very much recommended, we would‘ve loved to stay 1-2 more nights there. The safari itself was also great, we were lucky to see lions hunting and pretty much every other animal as well; David said we were lucky and also just in the right season. Would definitely recommend

Our guide is incredibly reliable, with top-notch driving skills and a wealth of wildlife knowledge.
The itinerary is well-planned, and the hotels are distinctively charming. Our guide, John, is absolutely fantastic—reliable, with excellent driving skills and an encyclopedic knowledge of wildlife. He swiftly locates animals on the savannah, ensuring we fulfill our wildlife spotting desires. John is truly outstanding, dedicated, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
