One the best experiences, I will remember the sunrise at 6.30am thanks ‘ Diggy diggy amazing trip
We chose this safari for value for money and chose the basic accommodation 2 nights with 4 park drives. The tent was clean but in need of some improvements in the toilet and shower room, the hot water takes at least 20mins to start coming through but this wasn’t a problem. The bed was comfy but make sure you keep the zip down on your tent as monkeys can get in and rummage through your stuff, take a padlock for security. Torches are a must. The meals were very tasty, make sure you get an extra sausage at breakfast they were georgeous. The ritz it isn’t so make sure you are happy with basic because that’s what it is. We were very happy as we were there for the animals and thanks to our driver ‘Diggy’ we saw nearly all.... we decided to skip the last morning drive and stay out longer the day before which meant we could go further.... brilliant choice. I would definitely use skywide again but may upgrade the accommodation next time, the prices are reasonable so remember you get what you pay, if you what nicer accommodation pay more and choose a better one. Thoroughly enjoyed it

very experienced for realise individual tours
I work as a travel photographer and travel individually according to my own travel plan. For this I always book an off-road vehicle or safari vehicle with a very experienced and well-spoken driver, driver guide. I travelled 6000 km in 30 days through Kenya and the north of Tanzania, also in the not well developed north of Kenya at Lake Turkana. Maurice from Spotkenya Safari has provided me with very good drivers and off-road vehicles and has always found a good solution for problems that have occurred in the meantime. I can absolutely recommend Maurice and his team.

Outstanding!
Bespoke safari and Shabani have been nothing but the best in the service they offered!
Punctual at the airport pick up and drop off at the hotel for the first night, guide/driver Richard and cook Gideon are very well versed around the park/crater and just absolutely delightful to be around. Everyone involved has done everything possible to make this safari the best we ever experience and they have definitely succeeded. Honestly I cannot find anything to complain about even if I wanted to.
And all for a reasonable price! I was more than happy to support a local agency too.
Once again thank you to Bespoke, Shabani, Richard, Gideon and the good folks at the Raha Leo Inn.

Exceptional Customer Service
Although I wasn't able to go on safari with Gametrackers due to a last minute injury, having used several other Kenyan tour operators in the past, I am compelled to write about Gametrackers' exceptional customer service.
Being a lone traveller with specific needs makes it quite difficult to find a suitable group to join. I got in touch with several Kenyan tour operators and Stacey was always the quickest to respond to my numerous queries and never lost patience with me either. Gametrackers also provided me with the only working solution to go on safari. The other operators just weren't flexible enough to accommodate a single traveller at a reasonable fee.
My preference is to get off the beaten track and knowing the Mara extremely well, I talked to George our guide before committing to going on safari. George had excellent knowledge of all the areas I was interested in visiting and he was extremely polite.
Unfortunately on the day before the safari I hurt my back and I was unable to travel. Even with the last minute withdrawal, Stacey, Rufus and George were caring and understanding. I was touched by their genuine concern and well wishes. I will not hesitate to use Gametrackers in the future and recommend them highly.

Easy booking and very good communications
Esther at Let's Go handled our booking and did a perfect job getting us exactly the dates and location we wanted. The price was also better than what was publicly available on the booking websites. Thanks so much!

Simply The BEST
Impala is the only way to go! This was our second, extended journey around Africa and, once again, our expectations were far exceeded. Last time we visited Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe, this time Namibia & South Africa; both trips were amazing and full of breathtaking variety. André (from Impala) put together the most amazing itinerary and every stop was a delight. He seems to know what we want and then find something even better; he also knows what we need before we know that we need it; every aspect is taken care of.
I've recommended Impala to dozens of people and we're already planning a return visit.
Thanks André, for another memorable and delightful journey.

The experience was like a road trip with friends rather than a tour- full of snacks, jokes & sights!
Traveling with GoExplore Safaris was the best choice I could have made. I was traveling alone to Uganda, and I was a little nervous when planning the trip. On top of planning a fantastic trip for the three days, I booked them for; they also ensured the transportation and the activities that I had scheduled for the other four days were safe and quality places. Furthermore, When planning the trip, he communicated over whats app and would respond in minutes to any of the million questions that I had.
Overall this trip exceeded my expectations. As a recent college grad I was on a limited budget, but with their help, I was able to go to botanical gardens, go to the swamp on Lake Victoria and see a shoebill, see gorillas, go on a village tour and go white water rafting. Even along the road as we drove there were terrific views overlooking the gorgeous country of Uganda. Lastly, the trip was like a road with old friends. We ate snacks, listened to fun music, and by the last day were cracking up at inside jokes. We might have started as businessmen and client, but by the end of the trip, we all left as friends. Thanks for the fantastic trip guys! You are amazing

Well organised
Safarihub handled my booking and coordination very well. All my booking, payments, itenary finalization etc were done sitting in Singapore coordinating with Safarihub staff in Tanzania. Victoria was super supportive and helpful in the whole process. she was available and responsive at every stage and for every single query and clarifications. she came and met me on the day I landed in Arusha and briefed me and also met on the day of departure to take feedback. Since I wanted a group safari, I was put onto another safari operator ( simba safari) but the entire process was seamless and I was kept out of any logistics hassle they had between the two tour operators.
their selection of lodges/tents were outstanding and enjoyed the stay at each of the places and enjoyed the food.
overall a good trip and will definitely reach out to safari hub for my next safari!
