Experience of a Lifetime!
5/5

I chose Kenya Safaris Holiday after receiving quotes from many different tour operators because they were Kenyan owned/operated, had great reviews, were reasonably priced, and -- mostly importantly -- Simon offered personalized service (he was sensitive to what I wanted from my trip, even when I couldn't always articulate it because this was my first safari). I knew I was in great hands when I heard from him out of the blue that our first choice of camp had an opening and he would try to move us over -- despite us already having agreed to book with him, using our second choice in lodging. (He did get us in there and the camp was definitely part of our perfect experience!)

Simon picked us up from the airport and met us again in the morning to introduce us and ensure we were comfortable with our driver & guide, George (Kamau), who we spent four days with between Nairobi and the Maasai Mara. I honestly cannot say enough praising George; he was an amazing person and THE BEST guide we could have ever hoped for. He is extremely knowledgable, welcoming, and he cares passionately about conservation (I wanted to be sure that we were not interfering with natural animal behavior while in the reserve). Best of all, my travel partner and I booked a private safari so we could determine when we started/ended each day to make the most of our short visit, and George was very enthusiastic about game drives, never getting tired!

Nobody could have enjoyed their time in the Maasai Mara more than we did, but George is passionate about what he does and he enjoyed it as well. He paid attention to what we were interested in and customized the drive for us. He was excellent at spotting animals and anticipating their behavior, which meant we got great views of big cats despite the "crowd". When he discovered my favourite moment from day one was not the amazing lions, cheetah, or even the leopard we saw (all in our first day!) but the peaceful moment where we were the only vehicle around and a herd of elephants ambling past, he made sure that we got in more quiet, serene moments on the reserve.

Our safari was honestly about as perfect as I can imagine. When we returned to Nairobi, we decided to add on a half-day excursion to the elephant orphanage and the giraffe centre and Simon arranged that for us as well. To anyone considering a trip to Kenya, I would say: go now! And definitely use Kenya Safaris Holiday as your tour operator.

Amazing Service and Amazing Trip!
5/5

Africa celebrity tours ensured that we had a kick-ass holiday! We visited as a family of 5, and Muli had organised a private tour for us. Muli was amazing to interact with right from the time we started making inquires for booking our tour. He was always quick to reply and patiently reverted on our numerous questions. Even after our safari was booked he was always ready and available to help with any requirement we had. He personalised the trip to suit all our demands. The itinerary was followed to a T. All hotels were amazing and service was impeccable. Our guide, Nash is one of the nicest persons and is a super safe driver and extremely knowledgeable guide. He strived hard to ensure we saw the maximum animals in the time we had. Our evening safari at Nakuru was slightly a let down on account of sudden rains. So Nash took pains to take us for an additional game drive the next morning and then drove non stop to get us to Masai mara on time. Hotel was informed of the delay in our arrival and provisions for delayed lunch were already made by the time we reached. The thoughtfulness really touched us. We never had to ask for anything. Everything was ready taken care of by Muli and Nash. It was a wonderful wonderful trip and all credit to the same goes to Africa Celebrity Tours and Travels! It is highly highly recommended. Can't wait to visit again.

Excellent safari with a very good guide with much knowledge about the park and the animals.
5/5

The communication was good, friendly and fast. The service was great, our guide William picked us up at a meeting point near our hotel. The safari was wonderfull! William spotted a massive amount of animals to show us. He knew everything about them and so we learnt a lot about the park and the animals living in it. Our guide was very helpfull and wanted us to show as many animals as possible. Thank you William, you are the best!

Amazing safari experience!
5/5

Matt is a true South African and loves his country. That comes through in everything he says and does. He is very knowledgeable about his country, the people and the wildlife. We had dinner with him and his wife, and we got to have a sample platter of biltong, a must have when you're there.
This was a wedding anniversary trip and Matt notified both lodges and made sure we got a special treat in both places, and we did. It's that kind of extra that makes Matt great.
We initially gave Matt a budget to work with and he sent us detailed proposals with pros and cons for each place he had in the list. The choices were all excellent and we loved the lodges we stayed at. In both places, service, food, and wildlife viewing was excellent. We preferred Arathusa because there was more opportunity to get to know other people in your "game drive" group. Lukimbi was excellent too, but we wouldn't return there in high season because we prefer adult-only environments.
The transfers were all taken care of by Matt personally. He drove us from Johannesburg to Sabi Sands, then from there to Lukimbi in Kruger National Park, and then to Nelspruit airport.
All-in-all, excellent value for an excellent experience. Thanks Matt!

We booked this tour having only very few days before the travel date... We very lucky to find this tour starting and ending exactly on the same days we ware planning to stay in Tanzania!!
It was an amazing experience!!! Although It was the first time and we didn't know what to expect, the team made us feel very safe and welcome and we also made a very good friend on the tour!!

We were very happy with our driver/guide for making the trip even more worth than espected. He is very experienced, decent and super charity.
The tented lodges where we stayed offered excellent facilities and the hospitality was more than expected.

We surely recommend Mupana tours to whoever want to visit Tanzania.

Christopher arranged an excellent trip to Namibia - couldn't be more pleased.
5/5

Christopher at Indigo arranged an excellent trip. The information on the site was accurate and he addressed all questions with almost immediate turnaround. Payment was a breeze. From arrival to departure, everything was top-notch and smooth. I went with a camping option with one part safari and second part desert. Namibia was spectacular. The guides and company Christopher arranged were excellent, professional and clearly vetted on the ground by him. Etosha NP and Sossusvlei were fantastic destinations with well appointed and managed campsites by the national park service. Separate accommodation in Windhoek was lovely in nice, small guesthouses. Would strongly recommend having Indigo book your next trip to Namibia. Go see the rhinos before they're gone!

A unique experience!
5/5

Our 3-day Safari was amazing, we saw all animals with the only exception of rhyno, which is unfortunately quite rare by now. Our guide John was great and Chris as well was so good at arranging such a lovely accomodation despite the short notice. We would strongly recommend Sun-Up Adventures, we had an amazing experience!

5/5

There were four of us in our group. In the lead up to our trip our emails were always answered promptly. The trip delivered on all that it promised. We did a camping safari and were well looked after. Food was good and plentiful.
Would recommend to others and if we ever returned to Tanzania, we would definitely consider using this company again.

A lifetime experience
5/5

I organized a 3days safari with Lenchada Safaris in Amboseli at Kimana Camp. My experience with the agency was amazing, they always replied to my e-mail giving me all information needed and they were on time for picking us up. Everything has been as it was described. What made it unforgettable was Evans, our driver, a man who loves his job who shared this love with us. We felt home in the middle of the savannah. Kimana camp is also good, clean spaces, hot water and electricity even in the lodges for the whole day (I did many safaris and it’s not like this everywhere). Good food and wonderful people. Thanks Lenchada and moreover ASANTE SANA AMBOSELI !
