Amzing photography experience on the river Chobe
5/5

Pangolin took me on an afternoon photography safari on the river Chobe - they have a custom-built boat with seats that rotate 360 degrees and provide fantastic professional quality cameras. I knew nothing about photography before I went and managed to take some fabulous photos using the excellent equipment and their expert instruction. Highly recommended.

Best experience of my life!
5/5

If you are an amateur photographer (like myself) or more advanced, Pangolin accommodates all levels of photographers. With the guidance of Grant and Guts, I left with the most amazing wild life photos. I loved every minute and can't wait to return.
I can highly recommend it.

This was our 3rd safari with Ajabu Adventures and it was exactly what we wantend to do!
5/5

In 2012 we went for the first time to Tanzania organized by Ajabu Adventures, we went to the Ngorogorocrater,Tarangire and Serengeti. We stayed in nice lodges and tents. Our drive, Jumah, is An excellent driver/guide and knows his way around and has a lot of knowlegde about the animals and birds. In 2013 we went again with Ajabu to Mikumi, Selous and Rouaha Pacs with the same driver. To very remote areas and beautiful nature. At the end of 2013 we went again, to see the migration in the Serengeti, which is absulutely a highlight. All the accomodations, good were excellent and we really enjoyed it so much and will certainly recommend Ajabu Adventures to friends.

Cultural Tourism
5/5

An excellent experience. I spent two days with the Maasai, and stayed in a boma overnight. I saw giraffes and zebras on the journey to the village. I learnt a lot from walking with a warrior, he was very informative about the environment, wildlife, and the way of life of his people. I spent a lot of time with the women, doing beading from which I gained some souvenirs, and joining in with their singing and dancing, which was a lot of fun. I felt very welcome and enjoyed it immensely. Around sunset I helped herd the goats and cows into their pens. The sunset was beautiful, and afterwards I saw more stars than I'd ever seen before or since, it was a very calming and enlightening experience in a beautiful place.

This was the best part of my holiday, and I felt safe and welcome. I felt that I made new friends and didn't have to share their language to appreciate their humour and kindness.

A must for those who enjoy photography and wildlife!!
5/5

Pangolin provides guests with an incredible African Safari experience, combined with the bonus element of photography. For someone who loves photography this is a must! Loved the experience, the service was fantastic, with easy going guides whose knowledge of both photography and wldlife is fantastic, what better way to spend your time! No need to have any photography experience or even a camera ... Camera's are provided and the guides will assist you if you have questions or want to learn how to take good photos AND you get to go home with your photos on dvd!
Overall I would highly recommend it to any wildlife or photography enthusiast!!

Climbing Kili and Ngoro safari
5/5

TSA and Iris are just fabulous they organised or itinerary and looked after us superbly. This included helping our 9 year old disabled daughter and 12 year old son to climb Kili via the Western Breach. All staff were professional and cared for both the climb and the Safari. I have no hesitation in recommending Iris and team as the only company to travel to Tanzania with.

A superb experience
5/5

I would certainly recommend everyone who has enjoyed the bush in the past to spend a few days with Pangolin in Botswana. The instruction, access to photographic equipment and organisation is superb and gives you access to see wildlife through new eyes. It has improved our future trips to other parks as a result. Hugely hospitable, well organised and great fun.

Could not do better than Amani Afrika!
5/5

My wife and I have safari'd with Amani twice - first in 2010 and again in 2013. Temba and the team from Amani Afrika were outstanding on both occasions, making the safari booking process simple yet meeting all our needs.

Amani offer customised trips to do what you want, not to follow a schedule. We chose to travel through Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara and Taragaire National parks over 3 days, and we could not have had a better experience. Our driver was most professional, being very experienced and knowledgeable of the local area. He had a special knack of finding animals, and knowing where they would be located. To illustrate his knowledge, after observing a pride of lioness eating, he commented that they would be hungry afterwards and would be hunting soon. We left the lioness in peace, to return about 1 hour later to find the pride stalking hunting warthogs along the river bank. Watching the pride of lioness setup and initiate a hunt was a once in a lifetime experience. Fortunately for the warthog (and my wife!) the warthog managed to evade the lion's trap and escape unharmed!

The vehicle and the Accommodation were also of very good standard for the price, with good food and drinks provided in the package. Staying in a tented camp where you could look over the plains at zebra while the sun was setting was also a once in a lifetime experience. We will definitely travel with Amani Afrika again if we return to East Africa.

Nothing short of Paradise
5/5

We are so grateful to Tanzania Odyssey and especially Tom for sorting out our trip.

Jongomero and Siwandu were nothing short of paradise. Beautiful settings, unimaginably friendly staff, delicious food (and lots of it) and awesome game viewing. I must also add that Mark at Ras Kutani did a fantastic job of making Christmas special for us.

We particular liked how jongo, Siwandu and Ras K were all distinct in style and made efforts to add little personalized touches. We have both travelled far and wide but can honestly say that the level of service (and enjoyment) was the best either of us have ever experienced.

In short it was the trip of a lifetime (although we will have to return sooner rather than later!)

Thanks again for organising the perfect honeymoon and making it all run so smoothly.

We have recommended Tanzania and you guys to everyone we know and I believe that Tom is organising a trip already for our great friends ## and ##!
