Value for money and the best safari company in Kenya
5/5

I would highly recommend Karibu safaris. They were very professional in organizing the safaris. Everything was perfect and much more than the expectations.

It's value for money and one of the cheapest and the best safaris company in Kenya. They were punctual in timings. Trip advisor Robert was always active in replying the mails and picked me up from hotel on my first day.

I have opted for 7 days budget safaris and Karibu Safaris made it memorable for me. Drivers/guides Edward and Sammy were good and experienced. Speaks good English and very professional. Accommodation was good and comfortable. Food was nice in all the camps. Game drives were best experience but unfortunately we couldn't spot Leopard during our safaris.

Overall I was happy to choose Karibu safaris which is the best and within the budget.

Tips.

According to me Sammy was a good driver and guide. He is very professional and good is spotting the animals.
Keep additional water with you since it's expensive at campsite and they provide only 1 litr water a day.
Best place to sit in minivan is middle seat. Since I changed two vehicle. One vehicle is not comfortable to stand at front seat and view unless if your height is less than 5.5'.

Firstly, i was quite worried about the trip as i booked it online only after speaking to Roberts on Whatsapp whom i felt to be reliable. However, on arrival Roberts received us and from that very moment the next few days of my tour went seamless. The guide/driver Arun was an amazing person, always on time, caring, happy and never tired of answearing our questions. The safari was excellent. The lodging and foodings were best in its budget. I will recommend Karibu to all my friends and collegues.

Safari of 15 days in a loop from Maun to the Baines Baobabs, Rhino Sanctuary, Elephant Sands, Victoria Falls, Chobe Park, Savuti, Khwai River and Moremi. Various visits. Accommodation in tents well equipped and spacious corresponding to the photos of the site. Organized well, without time out. Program respected to the letter. Friendly staff. Varied and excellent meals (starter-main course-dessert). Our guide "Eddy" knows his subject very well about the behavior of the animals which allowed us to see some great things. We were also able to observe magnificent birds. The sites of campsites were stunning (magnificent views, in full nature and to the calm one). All in all a wonderful stay that met our expectations.

All previus contact was with Alex, who had iniciative to talk to me by wap and answer all my doubts.
The Safari Guide was Allen, who is the best one!
He knows a lot about savana and the animals, very professional and friendly with me and my boyfriend.
The hotel suggestion was very nice and the balloon safari magic!

Colorful people, sights & sounds of wildlife on the African savannah & grassland is unforgettable!
5/5

I feel I was fortunate to correspond with Patrick from A&B Tours, unfortunately we never did meet. I let him know our needs and wants. We were three friends/colleagues hoping to experience an unforgettable African adventure. Two of us had never been to Africa before, I was one. Patrick was always quick to reply with encouragement and positive comments trying hard to fulfill the many places we hoped to encounter and experience with our senses. We achieved that. The accommodations were varied, priced right, the food was great and friendly people greeted us at the various Safari stops. Sometimes they went 'above and beyond'. Patrick did a great job giving us a wide variety of experiences which is what we wanted. We loved the many adventures but sometimes I wished we could stay a bit longer like experiencing the tea growing operation or taking a tour of the flower/horticulture center in another city. We never felt fear and trepidation, always safe, even though Africa was going through a national election and we kept abreast of news from the last election. There was never a day without smiles and our guide Moses was great. I thought perhaps we may have bit off a little much in the long travelling days at times. Some drives were very long. We couldn't stop much enroute in order to make it to our next destination sometimes. I know we covered a lot of ground travelling across Kenya like we did in less than 2 weeks & sometimes the unexpected must be considered. So Simon had to hurry the drive on the longer trekking days. But on safari site seeing days he was as excited as we were and very knowledgeable about the animal or bird species and life slowed down.......We loved it. The food and various lodgings took great care of us. We enjoyed the service and people everywhere we stayed. Sometimes they surprised us like with the wonderful 'Bush Dinner'. We looked forward to the prospects of new adventures each day. I've said this before 'The young, the old, the weak, and the bold' all intrigued us. I could have hung out on the savannah in the jeep under the stars only to wake early with the animals and watch them play, prey, watch or chase the day away. The flora and fauna, the watering holes and approaching animals, the rivers, the birds, the mammals, the old and the young, large and small, were all unforgettable. I will remember them forever. My camera was never far away. I love reviewing the images. The trip takes me to a magical time and place I shall not forget. I've written to Patrick to say how much we enjoyed our trip as well. Thank you A&B Tours! I've recommended you already. If I find a new kind of malaria pill (because I was rather ill on this one, not all the time though), perhaps I can return one day.
Thank you to all who helped make this such an amazing adventure. Hope to see the Great Migration as animals jump into the river next time. That didn't happen unfortunately but we did see multitudes of wildebeest, zebras and grassland animals bound on their lengthy annual journey. How wonderful! Best!
