Exceptional Customer Service
Although I wasn't able to go on safari with Gametrackers due to a last minute injury, having used several other Kenyan tour operators in the past, I am compelled to write about Gametrackers' exceptional customer service.
Being a lone traveller with specific needs makes it quite difficult to find a suitable group to join. I got in touch with several Kenyan tour operators and Stacey was always the quickest to respond to my numerous queries and never lost patience with me either. Gametrackers also provided me with the only working solution to go on safari. The other operators just weren't flexible enough to accommodate a single traveller at a reasonable fee.
My preference is to get off the beaten track and knowing the Mara extremely well, I talked to George our guide before committing to going on safari. George had excellent knowledge of all the areas I was interested in visiting and he was extremely polite.
Unfortunately on the day before the safari I hurt my back and I was unable to travel. Even with the last minute withdrawal, Stacey, Rufus and George were caring and understanding. I was touched by their genuine concern and well wishes. I will not hesitate to use Gametrackers in the future and recommend them highly.

Simply The BEST
Impala is the only way to go! This was our second, extended journey around Africa and, once again, our expectations were far exceeded. Last time we visited Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe, this time Namibia & South Africa; both trips were amazing and full of breathtaking variety. André (from Impala) put together the most amazing itinerary and every stop was a delight. He seems to know what we want and then find something even better; he also knows what we need before we know that we need it; every aspect is taken care of.
I've recommended Impala to dozens of people and we're already planning a return visit.

The experience was like a road trip with friends rather than a tour- full of snacks, jokes & sights!
Traveling with GoExplore Safaris was the best choice I could have made. I was traveling alone to Uganda, and I was a little nervous when planning the trip. On top of planning a fantastic trip for the three days, I booked them for; they also ensured the transportation and the activities that I had scheduled for the other four days were safe and quality places. Furthermore, When planning the trip, he communicated over whats app and would respond in minutes to any of the million questions that I had.
Overall this trip exceeded my expectations. As a recent college grad I was on a limited budget, but with their help, I was able to go to botanical gardens, go to the swamp on Lake Victoria and see a shoebill, see gorillas, go on a village tour and go white water rafting. Even along the road as we drove there were terrific views overlooking the gorgeous country of Uganda. Lastly, the trip was like a road with old friends. We ate snacks, listened to fun music, and by the last day were cracking up at inside jokes. We might have started as businessmen and client, but by the end of the trip, we all left as friends. This was my second safari with Shaun and Moriti Private Safaris, and I will definitely be back. Seeing these animals in their own environment is magical. I can't say enough great things about Shaun, he is so knowledgeable, personable, and makes sure you have the best experience possible. If you are thinking about booking, just do it. I promise you won't regret it!

Great Experience
I had a fantastic time on my safari. My tour guide, Maxwell, was very professional and knowledgable, and the entire trip was organized very well. My only complaint is that two people were added to our safari on the second day, meaning there were 8 people in our vehicle which was cramped and resulted in not everyone having a window seat. Otherwise I would highly recommend Karibu Safaris!

Unforgettable
The weather was fantastic and our accommodation Altezza Lodge, Moshe was fantastic. The one day Kilimanjaro hike was a great day out and I would like to go back and do the full 5 day. There are plenty of big animals to see around the national park areas. The food is all of a good quality.

Natureways facilitated our few days canoeing on the Zambezi and were professional in every way. The safaris lived up to and exceeded all our expectations. Our guides were extremely knowledgable about the wildlife and although we had exciting moments we never felt anything but confidence that we were in extremely safe hands.

Best safari company and guide!
We recently (July 2018) returned from a 11-night Bright African Safaris safari in Tanzania. We enjoyed every minute of it and it was a trip of a lifetime. The way the itinerary was set up, the progression of parks was fantastic, starting with one of the small parks with a walking tour at Arusha National Park and moving onto the larger parks at Lake Maynara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and finally Ngorogoro Crater. All of the lodging was comfortable with a unique African flare, especially the tented ones, such as Serengeti Tortilis Camp right in the middle of the Serengeti and Sangaiwe Tented Lodge just outside Tarangire. Our guide, Khamis was very knowledgeable about each animal species we came across and taught us about Tanzanian history and culture. He was also an amazing and an incredibly safe driver. Khamis made sure we saw every animal and was patient in positioning us to get the best photos. He also quickly figured out our meal favorites and had the lodges prep tasty lunches for us while out on safari. By the end of the safari, we had gotten to know Khamis so well, he became like family. From initial contact for booking to when we said our farewells, Bright African Safaris was there for us, and we loved that they were a local family business. Msangi and Salim (in the office) were always polite and responsive to our many questions and updates to itinerary from start to finish, and they even met up with us on the last day to ensure we were happy.
