Everything was completely and sensibly planned and carried out quickly and always on time
The communication by email in the run-up to the tour was very pleasant and extremely professional. We were offered a tour that was perfectly tailored to our needs. We flew into the Serengeti from Zanzibar and were picked up at the landing field by the guide David. We immediately went on the first game drive. Afterwards to the very decent accommodation with good food. The next day started early with a safari that lasted into the afternoon and took us to Ngorongoro. Here we had a well-organised overnight stay in a tent. Then another early start to the safari in the crater and from there to Arusha airport for the flight back to Zanzibar.
You can see that everything was well organised. We saw a lot of animals and didn't have to book parts of the programme that we didn't actually want (such as a visit to a Maasai village). The guide was very well informed and catered to our wishes. He was always punctual and made sure that we were able to make the most of our time. The food was also consistently excellent and we were well supplied with cool drinks. At the end, Linah from the administration came to talk to us directly about our experiences and possible points of criticism for the purpose of improvement.
We also found this very pleasant and very professional, although we had nothing to criticise.
In retrospect, we can say that we received a programme that was specially tailored to our needs and was also very reasonably priced.
So all in all, a very clear recommendation for this provider.

I found axis safari through tik tok when someone posted about their safari experience and I decided to reach out to see what packages they could offer. From start to finish, Lennox was great in advising the different options available along with pricing. I highly recommend booking through axis safari. Our guide for the 5 days was Jack, he went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time, was comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about everything during the whole safari. If you are booking then we definitely recommend you ask for Jack!
Overall, we feel this was very good value for money. The accusations we stayed at were really nice and the food was also great.

Comprehensive Tour That Takes Care Of Everything
The tour operator and the tour guides that we had (shout out to Lambs) have all taken great care of us and went above and beyond during our full day Kruger safari to try to find the elusive big cats. I would definitely return to this tour operator again.
My one feedback to future visitors considering tours would be to reconsider a different lodging with this tour. Service at Radisson is slow. We called for extra blankets at 8:30pm and the blankets only arrived around at 10:30pm when we were about to sleep and had thought maybe they missed our request. Mirage the main restaurant had disappointing lunch / dinner menu. However, Pegasus is the redeeming restaurant at Radisson.

We did 3 days 2 nights Safari in Masamara. That was amazing trip! Our tour guide Robin his is very friendly and outgoing. He has many experiences in Masamara, he knows every animal here, and guided us see the lions, elephants, graffiti’s, cheetah….. we were so happy!
