The best operator in South Africa
5/5

I really enjoyed the excursion. We were picked up from the hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. We saw many animals and savannah. We drove around the territory in an open jeep with a guide who told us everything in detail and knew the territory of the park. A small lunch was included in the excursion.

We visited Materuni Falls and Coffee Plantations with this tour operator. The tour was a big fun, interesting and well organized, the food and coffee was delicious, and our guide was kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Best one day Animals safari experience
5/5

My boy friend and I had amazing time in Rwanda last week, we took a safari to akagera in eastern province of Rwanda, we sow more than 50 different kinds of wilds animals, some were bigger others smaller, the guide did a good job and he made our day memorable and unforgettable. Thank you Universal we will get back in future in your beautiful country and definitely book and travel with you again.

Fantastic and great communication
5/5

The safari we did was 3 nights, 4 days. The company picked us up from the airport and took us to where we were staying. We booked a house because there were 5 of us. That evening, Angel and Elisabeth came to the house to explain to us the itinerary and collect the rest of the payment. Then the next day the company picked us up around 0800 to start the drive to the first location.
We did this route:
Day 1- Tarangire National Park
Day 2- Serengeti National Park
Day 3- Serengeti National Park
Day 4- Ngorongoro Crater
This route was perfect for us because we saw everything we wanted to see. We saw the Big 5 (Lions, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, African Buffalo) plus so many more.
Night one we stayed at a lodge type place. I think we were supposed to stay in tents but for some reason we stayed in actual rooms with beds. This location also had some entertainment during dinner.
Night two we stayed in tents at a campsite in the Serengeti park.
-bring a flashlight/headlamp and bathroom tissue.
Night three we stayed in tents at a campsite on the Ngorongoro Crater Rim
-showers/toilets were much better. Only a couple showers each bathroom though (some toilet paper)
We had a chef who made our food every day. There were other groups that had box lunches, and I’m very glad we had the chef. The food was really good every day. Dennis was really great as the chef and checked in with us every day.
Both of our guides were amazing. We had Godfrey on day one and he really knew the park. The last three days we had William. He was also great and really let us get involved with telling him where to stop and for how long.
**If I had to do it again, I would have picked the mid-range option. You stay in a little bit nicer of accommodations. The tents were cool, glad we did it but wouldn't do it again (we are 37 and 39 years old). It was worth it for the money saved though.
**remember to bring USD ($$$) to tip the drivers and chefs. I am not sure how much they make from the companies who hire them, so tipping is very important for their livelihood. It’s recommended to tip $15-$25 per day, per person on the Safari (so $15 per day for the driver and $15 per day for the chef per person)

After the Safari was finished the driver took us back to the city. We had a flight out that evening so we had the company bring us to the airport for an extra fee. Our flight was really late (1150 pm) so we had plenty of time. Would not recommend a flight out of JRO any earlier than 830pm. If you do, let the driver know ahead of time.

Visa problem are no problem!
5/5

On my way from Cairo to Kenya I was having issues for a week with the online ETA visa application. The day before my flight a Saturday, I reached out to Felix for help. I messaged him at 8:30am and by 11:15am I had my approved ETA in my email!!!! Amazing service and a great experience!!! If you don't reach out for your ETA needs you may regret it.

5/5

All the Tourguides were so kind and funny. Everytime you feel safe because it’s all well organized. every wish is taken into account and during the trip everyone is open to minor spontaneous changes of plan. In total during the adventure you have everything you need and you are accompanied from very great tourguides with a lot of knowledge and a great heart to bring you closer to a part of their home country
