An amazing experience. Lewis the best tour guide, super experienced and knowledgeable about everything. We managed to see all big 5 which is not given as other cars were not able to see the Rhinos.

Great responsive tour company
We booked two nights through Golden Rwanda to visit the gorillas and golden monkeys. I highly recommend booking through them. Sufiane, our driver/guide was prompt to pick us up at the Kigali airport and was very friendly and a safe driver. He helped things run smoothly and made for a memorable experience. The itinerary worked well. We loved the gorillas and monkeys. The Genocide Memorial was good and powerful. Other stops that Sufiane fit in were also enjoyable. Frank booked us at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel for our stay and it was a very nice hotel with a comfortable room, good food and friendly employees. Don't hesitate to book!

Edwin was very flexibile
I was în Kenya for a business trip and had some time before depărtare. Both Edwin and Julius (the driver) were very nice getting flexibile în terms of time of the trip so that we have enough time to get the flight. Everything happened on time and the quality was very good. The lunch we had at Lake Nakuru was amazing and the resort there îs fabulos. Also Julius did his best to find the animals for us to see them. Great experience overall

We had an amazing experience with Date Tours and our driver guide Andrew!
On the day our safari began, Ken met us in the morning and went over the itinerary before sending us off. We went to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, and Ngorogoro Crater. We were lucky to see so many animals, as wildlife viewing can be. unpredictable. Andrew was determined to make sure we had the best experience possible.
What made this tour a standout was that when our planned accommodation experienced wind damage, Date Tours immediately arranged an alternative, which was actually an upgrade to what we had booked with our package. We got to stay in a beautiful tented camp and watch the sunset under a gorgeous acacia tree.
As we were headed to Zanzibar after our safari, Date Tours drove us directly to the airport and Ken made sure our flights were still scheduled and even printed us our tickets to help expedite our entry at the airport.
Wonderful company and wonderful people. Highly recommend!

Their team is very warm and friendly. Because I live in Israel, the war situation during this period has made travel unstable. They promised to keep my deposit indefinitely until I complete my trip. If there is time after landing, Juliana will take you to visit the most famous African art gallery in Arusha. My safari itinerary is 2 days in Serengeti central, 1 day in Ngorongoro crater and 1 day in Materuni waterfalls with hot spring, and the price is reasonable. The safari guide is very experienced and do his best to let us see the animals better. After the safari, MAMA Anna will still provide you with help. For example, when I wanted to buy local fruits, she asked the guide Edson to take me out and help me bargain. Highly recommended!

Great Tour
Great Programm with a reliable tour operator. Unfortunately our car wasn't very well mentioned which made us worried about our safety at the end of the tour. Tour operator promised to give the car a detailed check up.

Unforgettable experience of wild with Jungleroam
We had an incredible 9-day roller coaster ride from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Starting with booking the trip with Chesi was very smooth. She understood our requirements and made all adjustments needed to plan perfect itinerary. Our guide Raheem ensured we could photograph as many animals as possible with glorious light. He stretched in all of our full day safaris to give us best experience. All our lodges and camps were great, and everything was taken care by Jungleroam and our guide. This was a must visit trip in making for long time and we enjoyed it to fullest thanks to Jungleroam. Would highly recommend them.
We just had one hiccup as we landed, the guy who came to pick us up didn't had our name written and we wasted sometime wondering for pick up. This is something I would want them to improve when they have multiple pickups.
