Great adventure
The expierence with World Tours & Safaris Tanzania was great. Richard, the manager, is a great guy, he will take care of anyone doing the safari with him and not only during the safarin but also before and after. He always offers as help and advice in everything we asked him.
We made a 5 day Safari starting in Arusha and ending in Mwanza, including lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Park. I dont have words to describe how amizing it was. We saw all possible animals (the big five and much more!) even a lion chansing, hunting and eating with her familiy a gnu :)
The food and camping places chosen by the company where perfect. In lake Manyara we could even sleep in the fancy Hotel with pool. We also had the Chance to see and interact with the Massai in one of their villages in Ngorongoro even though it was not on the program.
So, summarising, GREAT recommended experience with World Tours & Safaris Tanzania.

Great safari and friendly operator
I had a short 3 days Masai Mara safari in Kenya with my young family. It was a perfect one. I wish I had more time. One on One tour operator is the rel deal guys. Purely world class.
Fantastic Experience with Umubano Tours!
My husband and I spent 4 nights in Rwanda with one day in Kigali and two days of Gorilla trekking. We booked our whole tour through Umubano and cannot recommend them enough - they were fantastic! Herbert was very professional and responsive to our emails. We were met at the airport by our guide, Didier who was wonderful. He gave us a lot of insight into the people of Rwanda and its history. The vehicle was impeccably clean and well maintained. Everything was delivered exactly as we had agreed and according to the itinerary. Would absolutely recommend Umubano tours!

highly recommended
We went to Serengeti and Lake Eyasi with Ben as the driver.
Ben is a very good guide, pleasent company and everything was well organised.
Beautiful tented camp just outside Serengeti (highly recommended) and at lake Eyasi.
Again, highly recommended and for a very reasonable price.
It was a very bad trip because John Bakari. A very good trip because Cliff Gustaff Tety.
We are just coming back from a travel in Tanzania. Our stay started on 23/10/2014 up to 02/11/2014. The tour organizer was John Bakari,. He was chosen because being French speaking, because known by the Belgian group leader since many years . He is the owner of the agency "Voyage Africain" based in Arusha.
Our group that was consisting in six people was victim of a large swindle. An advance of 60% of the total amount was paid on Bakari's bank account during the month of January 2014. The balance would be paid below the board on the 24/10/2014. When still in Belgium, in spite of the reiterated requests of our group leader, John Bakari never provided us any invoice. We realized, gradually, that nothing of what was envisaged was organized, nothing was booked. On the spot, John Bakari tapped us more money. He promised to reimburse this loan at our return to Arusha. Conclusion: the 13.200€ paid by the members of our group for this travel of 10 days disappeared.
We were lucky in our misfortune, to become acquainted with Cliff Gustaff Tety, guide certified and driver. He enabled us to carry out the activities foreseen in our circuit. During the circuit he was in communication with the wife of John Bakari for the payment of the invoices related with these activities. Christina, John Bakari's wife, always claimed that her husband would pay any invoice. Cliff Tety went thus guaranteeing the payment since he had the word of the wife of John Bakari. He went guaranteeing at the time of our passage in the national park of Mahale. Again he went guaranteeing the payment for the hiring of the boat which transferred us from Mahale to Kigoma. For our stay at the Arumeru River Lodge, again he spoke in favour of our cause. At the airport of Kilimandjaro at Arusha, the day of our return towards Europe/Belgium, agents of the national parks (TANAPA) were waiting us requiring us to pay the pending invoices. Even if they didn't have any right to do so, they tried to block us in Tanzania. They let to us go only thirty minutes before the take-off apparently convinced by the arguments of Cliff and those of Bernard, the group leader. Later, when the Europeans were gone we were informed that Cliff was arrested and imprisoned in Kigoma. Up to now we don't know why. Blackmail, keeping an hostage, and so on...
Finally John Bakari swindled us for more than €13.200. We lodged a complaint.
I did only deliver to you a very short outline of our adventure. So if there are candidates who envisaged to go to Tanzania, don't hesitate in contacting me on Facebook for more details.

One of the best travel experiences ever!
We visited Tanzania seven years ago and we were on a 2-night budget tour in Selous Game Reserve with Micky and co. The safari was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I would definitely want to go back there one day!! Everything was very well organized and we had a lot of fun. Already the drive from Dar to Selous was something that I'll always remember, driving through those small villages in the Tanzanian countryside. In Selous, we stayed at a camp by the Rufiji River and slept in tents, which was very exciting. And the food served there was great: I still remember the delicious cucumber soup for lunch and the buffalo meat for dinner, cooked of course on a fire under so brightly shining stars, which are impossible to see in Europe. But the best was of course the animals. We saw many many elephants, giraffes and so on, and even a leopard! I definitely recommend this safari!

A dedicated driver means a lot!
I picked Karibu Safaris based on reviews found on Internet. I had some questions concerning the 6-day safari Masaai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli, and would like to have some answers before deciding whether to choose the 6-day safari or the 3-day safari to Masaai Mara. The email communication was not very professional and I was stuck without having the answers to all of my questions, just some of them.
I picked the 6-day safari. I was picked where I was staying in Nairobi. I was also brought back after the safari. That is a good and valuable service.
The actual safari tours were nice for someone who loves safari. The driver in Masaai Mara did not seem very interested in animals. Therefore, the experience could have been better. The safari in Lake Nakuru had a limited value except spotting the rhino which was not spottet in Maasai Mara. The driver in Amboseli was definitely the most dedicated one and did a good job. It was not his fault that Mount Kilimanjaro could not be seen due to thick clouds....
The 6-day safari is not recommendable unless you enjoy hours and hours of driving along the Kenyan roads. Driving from Nakuru in the morning, arriving in Nairobi in the afternoon and in Amboseli late in the evening was very tiresome. Instead of combining Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli, I would suggest to combine Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru as one tour. Amboseli should rather be combined with Tsavo. That would reduce the driving along the road between the national parks.
Excellent!
We get great service from Afroriginal Tours and Safaris. We get quick respons to our questions by e-mail and good tips what to do. Everything Washington edelläni from the begining, during and after our journey.
We spend seven days trekking to Kiliminjaro, Lemonsho rout, whit John and his team. We get a lot of information about the nature and animals. The hole group was polite, freandly ready to help. We get geat meals, show good, during the journey! We knew that AMS can be dangerous and so it was. I had to turn back from 4800 m to camp. Pentti could continue to top and se the sunrise! We were lacky that We had a guide and an assistant quide with us. Last day the hole group snag and dance to us! Great!
After Kili we went for Safari for for days with Fay. We drove to Serengeti natiolapark, Norongoro and Norongoro crater. We saw big five, crocodiles, mangnust populations, hyenas etc. We got a lot information about ecosystem and wildlive. Fay was great to spot animilas. Without his help We could not see as much as we see. We spend our nights in lodges. First two nights was in KatiKati lodge in the middle of Serengeti. During the nights we could listen to animilas walking near the tent... We could also see great sunsets and sunrises. We could rest and enjoy evereting!
We get great value to our money. We will remember this journey the rest of our life.

Regional Tours & Safaris took the stress out of planning a complex vacation
A friend and I recently returned from a 2-week trip through Tanzania, Uganda, and Istanbul. We booked the Tanzania portion of our trip through Regional Tours & Safaris and were very satisfied. Our guide greeted us at the airport in Kilimanjaro at 1am, and we were ushered through the next 8 days by the tour company. All the accommodations exceeded expectations, and our guide got us extremely close to amazing animals in various national parks. I would definitely recommend Regional Tours & Safaris to any family and friends considering a trip to Tanzania.
