Unforgettable Experience with Serengeti Silence
Our recent safari in Tanzania was absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend Serengeti Silence enough for anyone looking for a truly immersive and unforgettable adventure. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way.
Our guide, David, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the wildlife but also the history and culture of Tanzania. His passion for conservation and wildlife was contagious, and he knew exactly where to go to give us the best chance of spotting rare animals.
The jeep we traveled in was comfortable with large windows that gave us perfect views. The open roof design allowed us to get an up close experience with the wildlife while still being protected. Also Accommodations provided by Serengeti Silence were excellent.
If you're considering a safari in Tanzania, Serengeti Silence is the way to go. Their attention to detail, passion for the wildlife, and commitment to providing an unforgettable experience truly sets them apart.

Second time in Tanzania with Makasa - in one word great!!
March 2025 again on Safari with Makasa, really enjoyed it! We went to Moshi / Kilimanjaro tour, then three days Lake Natron, then three days middle Serengeti, then three days Lake Ndutu and ended in Arusha. Beautiful volcano area and a huge number of bird species along the lake at Lake Natron Camp, and wonderfully well cared for. We had a very nice safari guide from Makasa who knew a lot to tell and took us at 6AM to experience nature in the early morning - for example Retima Hippo pool where we could experience the sounds and fights of the hippos on our own, before 'the masses' came, very special. Or standing between 10,000 zebras and wildebeest at sunrise and enjoying the 'chatting' of the animals.
Our guide was also a walking bird encyclopedia, spotted a huge number of very special birds, for example also in the wetlands at the Grumeti river or the highlands towards Lake Eyasi. And hunting Cheetahs remain a special phenomenon to watch. Very nice lodge also Nyikani Migration Camp Ndutu with unsurpassed view over the lake with the many Flamingos, Maribu and around it the many Lions, giraffes and elands.
All in all a very successful holiday, perfectly organized by Makasa with an unsurpassed guide. Who knows in the near future again :-).

We booked a 3-day, 2-night safari from Zanzibar to Selous Park. Everything was perfect. Had an amazing experience with this small, young, and passionate team. Gloriana was super responsive both online and in person—always checking in and making sure everything went smoothly. They even offered me binoculars for the safari without me asking, which was such a thoughtful touch. Always on time, whether it was airport pickup or day tours, and they spent my last day with me in Arusha to make sure I had everything I needed. The safari was well organized—I saw 4 of the Big 5 (just missed the leopard!). You can tell they’re a startup really trying their best, and it shows in all the little details. Highly recommend!

Super responsive and sweet team
Had a wonderful trip in Kenya with this agency! They have an office in Nairobi and are very professional throughout. Fiona, the operator, was honestly the reason I chose them—she’s incredibly attentive to detail, always responsive, and really thinks from the traveler’s perspective. There were a couple of small hiccups (like getting on the wrong car and being dropped at the wrong hotel), but they were quick to respond and fixed everything right away. Overall, the experience was smooth and memorable. I’d definitely choose them again next time I’m in Kenya!

Incredible experience
Amazing experience from start to finish. Excellent communication to support with booking the safari, assistance with flight and visa applications so everything went smoothly. The tour guide, G man, was enough to make me recommend the tour company to friends and family. He was charismatic, informative and approachable with a great sense of humour. 10/10 would book again and request for it to be him as a guide. The 4 day tour was amazing and we were fortunate enough to see nearly everything, and the boat trip is a great addition. The accommodation and food made for an even better experience.
