Communication- Was excellent and prompt, via email and whatsapp (which we appreciated)
Service- Before we had decided on what our tour would ultimately consist of we were provided many options and the pro's and con's thereof. From when we were met at the airport to when we were dropped off at the end the quality of service was top notch. Responsive to our needs at all times. Willingness to pivot and adapt.
Reliability- Every time our guide Amos set the plan for the day that is exactly what happened.
Value for money- having been on Gorilla treks before we found Hooves to be excellent value
Longer version- Dickson was very communicative, more so than other operators we have been in contact with. Amos our guide is very talented at spotting all sorts of animals. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna we encountered and the country in general. Lastly he is an excellent photographer and shared many of his shots with us.
Our trip was very much focused on Chimps and Gorilla's, we did not realize how much of a traditional safari experience (big five) can be had in Uganda.
We would happily travel with Hooves again and have already recommended them to friends.

I really enjoyed my recent safari experience which was made extra special by our tour guides Aruni and Raymond. They were most professional and knowledgeable about all the animals and areas we visited and ensured we were safe and well looked after at all times. I would definitely recommend

MoAfrika Tours were absolutely amazing, we had an outstanding trip to the Kruger Park.
We were looking for a tour company that could assist with a trip to the Kruger Park for a group of people. Rishen replied to my online query within minutes, at 11pm on a Sunday night. By Monday morning, we had several options to consider, and opted for the 4 day Radisson Kruger Safari including flights from Cape Town.
The entire trip including airport transfers, accommodation and tours was superbly organised. The conveniently situated Radisson Safari lodge was amazing, the service and staff were professional and friendly, the rooms were clean.
The guides were absolutely awesome and accommodated our continuously changing needs. We had so much fun and laughter with Eddie, it was thoroughly entertaining.
Highly recommend MoAfrika Tours, it was a memorable trip.

Passionate tour guide and stunning itinerary
Really well organised tour they really want to make sure you have an excellent time. Steven the tour guide was very organised and knowledgeable of all the best places to see animals, always on time and really passionate about his job. Very demure. Accommodation was stunning really can't complain about anything. Such a fun adventure will definitely be back

Exceeded all expectations
This was our first safari experience and it exceeded all expectations. Elizabeth at Goldfinch Expeditions was brilliant, she helped advise us which parks to visit, provided a detailed itinerary and gave us advice on what to bring with us. The communication leading up to the safari was excellent and any questions were answered promptly.
Elizabeth and Karim met us at the airport and took us to our first hotel in Arusha and then we were picked up by our guide early the next morning to embark on our safari experience.We visited Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater and also did a hot air balloon experience. Each park was unique in its way and offered us a chance to see different wildlife. During the trip, everything ran smoothly and on time.
We had a fantastic guide, Malik, who had so much knowledge and experience. He was a great driver and his skills allowed us to see countless animals including the ‘big five’. They also accommodated a vegetarian diet and throughout the day provided us with water and other soft drinks, as well as regular breaks when needed.
All the accommodation was comfortable, the staff were hospitable and the food and entertainment was great. We enjoyed our stay at every single lodge.
Overall, I highly recommend Goldfinch Expeditions for anyone looking to embark on a safari in Tanzania. It was an unforgettable experience and I even wish it could have been longer.

Incredible safari with Omary!!!
We did a 4 day safari, Tarangere, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide was Omary, what a legend! Omary is so knowledgeable and such a fun person to be in the car with for many hours! I wish I could bottle his laugh for a sad day 😄 Omary made our experience an unforgettable one and made sure we saw everything possible and as up close as possible - the big 5 and the ugly 5 🤣 Would recommend to anyone! We did mid range accomodation and it was stunning!

We had an amazing experience with Mountain Warriors.
We got picked up at Seronera Airstrip by Ruth and Mbwana. We stayed for 3 days with them as we did the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro. It was amazing, we were very lucky to see many of the wildlife animals. Ruth and Mbwana were very helpful, during the safari and also at night, where we were staying. I really recommend ! Thank you both!
