He was knowledgeable, and really wanted to make sure we had a good time. He genuinely cared about us
5/5

They were honest, punctual, and gave us options about what was available to us within our budget. They weren't pushy or salesy and picked great excursions for us. The lodging was just what we were looking for and we felt well taken care of. All our questions and safety concerns were addressed and we felt at ease letting them show us what we came here for.

Top of Uganda travel agent
5/5

A year and a half ago, I planned a month-long trip with my wife to three African countries, including Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. After searching for travel information on the Internet and contacting many travel agencies, I finally chose to take a ten-day trip to Ngoni Safari Uganda after comparing the itinerary, price and reputation. The itinerary includes Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Murchison Falls National, etc.

Sedrick, the person in charge of Ngoni Safari, responded promptly and gave me a lot of useful accommodation information and itinerary suggestions. They also confirmed the information with me many times before the trip so that I was fully prepared! Although my flight was delayed due to visa issues when I entered Uganda, Sedrick and tour guide Eddy contacted me immediately and provided assistance, including changing itinerary, accommodation, etc. So that our trip will not be delayed. I deeply appreciate Ngoni Safari's adaptability and handling, and provided us with high-quality vehicles and accommodation at an affordable price.

Eddy is a punctual, helpful, polite tour guide and driver with professional knowledge of all wildlife! His driving skills are top notch, fast, safe and comfortable! He speaks multiple languages including English, Russian, Spanish, French and various tribal dialects. He has a deep understanding of the history, national conditions and people of Uganda, and is often willing to share interesting things he knows with you! During the trip, he often took the initiative to assist us in shooting, and we always enjoyed the interaction with Eddy during the trip. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly to us. Due to the unforeseen changes in Gorilla Tracking's itinerary, he had to drive for up to 10 hours to send us back to the hotel in Entebbe before the end of the trip. Eddy made proper arrangements for us. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Eddy for this😘😘😘😘
Although there were some setbacks and unsatisfactory things during our ten-day journey in Uganda, with the assistance and companionship of Sedrick and Eddy, we completed a wonderful and unforgettable travel experience, which made me feel the friendliness and enthusiasm of the Ugandan people. Thank you again Ngoni Sedrick from Safari and tour guide Eddy. If you want to travel to Uganda, Ngoni Safari is your trustworthy professional travel company! Eddy can give you a different travel experience!

outstanding in every aspect
5/5

It is difficult to come up with enough superlatives to describe the experience that Wyclef and his team provided us. From the initial communications that helped our group prepare, to hustling to add two additional people late in the planning stage, everything leading up to the trip was well done. Upon arrival the challenges of some missing luggage and other issues were handled with a smile and made to seem easy although they were not.
Once the safari started it was absolutely amazing. We kept asking each other what could happen to top the experience we had today, and the next day would be even better. The ability to spot and identify the animals, birds and other creatures was phenomenal. Wyclef fielded many questions from our diverse group and provided great insight to the wildlife and landscape we were experiencing as well as helping us to develop a better understanding of the cultures we encountered. His easy demeanor and positive attitude served to make things easy and enjoyable for the entire group.
The lodging provided and the food throughout the trip exceeded our expectations. Some of the locations such as the Bweza lodge were absolutely fantastic. At one point while sitting on the deck of our cabin there were at least five species of birds that were spectacular in color and movement. The game drives and boat trips provided great opportunities to see and photograph the wildlife and landscapes. We had the chance to hike and spend time with chimpanzees and trek to see mountain gorillas.
As great a guide as Wyclef is, it is exceeded by his understanding and contributions to the communities in which he lives and works. He is someone I am truly proud to call a friend and would recommend to anyone who is searching to have the experience of a lifetime that if you get to spend some time with him your life will be richer.

Incredible Safari Experience with Mirisho
5/5

I recently had the most incredible experience with Mirisho during my first Safari in Tanzania, and I can't recommend them enough! I spent 8 days exploring the Serengeti, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro parks, and every moment was beyond amazing. From the very start, Mirisho provided excellent support, making my trip smooth and enjoyable.

A special shout-out to Sam, my guide, who went above and beyond to help me spot the wildlife I dreamed of seeing. His knowledge of the animals and their habits added so much to the experience. Thanks to him, I witnessed the breathtaking wildebeest migration across the Mara River in the Serengeti and saw a majestic pride of lions in Ngorongoro.

This was truly a memorable journey, filled with unforgettable moments, and Mirisho made it all possible. If you're considering a Safari, I highly recommend choosing Mirisho for an incredible adventure!

Unforgettable Journey
5/5

I’ve never written a review before, but my experience with Signature Safari was worthy to be the first one. Not on every trip, we accomplish the lifetime dream and come back full of appreciation for those who helped us achieve it. Signature Safari provided us the best chance to reach the summit with their expertise and the people whose mission was to ensure that our dream comes true. I can truly say that the steps to this successful adventure started when we selected Signature Safari.
My wife watched roughly a million hours of videos, and we booked 8-day Northern Circuit since longer climatization seem to lessen the chance of developing the altitude sickness. We are not so young anymore, and we wanted to make sure that we could succeed on the first try. We thought about booking with big operators, but our trusty contact in Arusha made a recommendation to use Signature Safari. It seems that Signature Safari has a great reputation among the locals, also. They were very responsive to all of our questions, and we had lots of questions. It did not matter the time, but the owner, Innocent, replied right away. He helped us navigate preparation from a packing list to training. As he accommodated all sorts of modification requests, our nervousness started to turn into excitement.
On the day of trip, we encountered issues with our flights. It happens that Turkish Airline cancelled our flight, and we end up losing one day. We informed Innocent from the Airport assuming that extra charges or even the cancellation may occur. However, he was very understanding of our situation and frustration towards the Airline. We appreciate that he comforted us and assured us that his company will be ready for us any day that we arrive to Arusha. We know that he had to do a lot – from rearranging his guides and porters to re-booking the hotel.

Once we arrived in Kilimanjaro Airport, and in Signature Safari’s hand, everything went without a hitch. We were promptly picked up and finally met Innocent and a lead guide Sebastian the next day for the briefing and gear check for a successful trek. They took us to rent the rest, helped us acquire sim cards, and lunch at a nice restaurant. They are very knowledgeable, and we felt ready to climb the mountain.
We met the crew and drove to Lemosho gate. In total we had 13 porters and guides just for us. We cannot say enough nice things to say about them. Everyone worked hard, as in carrying the entire camp on their heads and hiked at warp speed to set up our tents before arrival type working hard. However, incredibly, they never forgot to pay attention and say a few kind words of encouragement. We thank you, Sebastian, Anthony, Amani, Yusuph, Leonard, Martin, William, Julius, Gift, Peter, Siphael, Aman, and Wilbert. You made our dream come true and we certainly couldn’t have done this without you. And thank you, Innocent, for assembling the dream team.
Because of the training leading up to this trip, Hiking was not as difficult as I imagined. It definitely helped that lead guides, Sebastian and Anthony, set the pace to avoid the exhaustion and altitude sickness. They made sure that we are properly hydrated throughout the hike and checked our oxygen levels to ensure that we are in good health. They organized a big celebration for my wife’s birthday and that’s one of the events I will never forget. They were very energetic, and we enjoyed the special day so much. Our cook, Yusuph, somehow baked her birthday cake as he danced in and out of the cooking tent. I must mention that we were served generous amounts of delicious meals throughout the hike.
The summit day was hard as advertised but our guides plus my buddy, Aman, set a reasonable pace and we were able to reach the summit in about 6 hours or so. It was a majestic view from the top, and the sense of accomplishment was overwhelming.
Signature Safari’s service didn’t end even after returning to Arusha. Innocent and Sebastian came to visit us the next day to make sure everything was in order. We had trouble checking in, and they even drove us to Airport in attempt to solve the issue.
Now reflecting, I can say that we ensured the successful summit and perfect trip when we selected Signature Safari. I cannot recommend enough to use this Tanzanian owned organization to arrange the experience of their lifetime. They truly care and their goal is for us to enjoy. They will try their best to accommodate even unreasonable requests. Again, thank you, Signature Safari, for the trip of a lifetime.

About: Tanzania
Tanzânia - Poetry!!!!!
Overall rating
5/5

Tanzania is a country of contrasts and natural beauty. From the vastness of the Serengeti, where the great wildebeest migration takes place, to the majestic peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania is a paradise for nature and adventure lovers. The culture is vibrant and diverse, with influences from various tribes and communities coexisting harmoniously.

Zanzibar, on the other hand, is the perfect getaway in the Indian Ocean. Known for its white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, it is also a place rich in history and culture, with the town of Stone Town being a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The mix of Arab, Persian, Indian and European influences creates a unique and fascinating environment.

These two destinations together offer a unique and unforgettable experience, combining the thrill of safaris with the relaxation of paradisiacal beaches.

Safari - Serengueti African Tours, definitely!!!!!

About: Tanzania
Tanzania is a wonderfully diverse country, both environmentally and culturally.

I set up a safari and beach tour package for me and my daughter that included 3 national parks in northeastern Tanzania and Zanzibar Island. Full Package Adventures, which I found through SafariBookings.com, managed the tour package and did a great job. We toured Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Parks, each environmentally different from the others and offering a different experience in each. I cannot really recommend Lake Manyara as a destination. It is heavily vegetated and we did not really get to see many animals or birds. Zanzibar was lovely, so different from mainland Tanzania. Our guides were great, spoke good English, and staff at lodges were friendly and
helpful. We felt safe at all times, but did not spend time in Arusha or Dar es Salam where one needs to be more careful. Tanzania is not easy to get to from the US, but was well worth the long journey.

October is a wonderful time to visit Tanzania. Finding an affordable safari can honestly be very easy as long as you are okay with less extravagant sleeping arrangements. The chances of seeing animals in the Serengeti are close to 100%. The people are very kind and accommodation, food and transport are all very affordable (coming from a US citizen). I would 100% come back to Tanzania in the future and would be interested in seeing Zanzibar as well. Mount Kilimanjaro is a beautiful mountain to view. You do not need to climb it to see its beauty. Moshi offers wonderful views as well. There is just so much to say about the 8 days I spent here. I cannot wait to return and explore more of this wonderful country.
