African Safari excellence
I wanted a two-week, non-group safari, doing and seeing things typical tourists don't experience and got much more than expected for an unbelievably reasonable price. The details and our concerns were handled expertly and hassle-free (because the owner has lived there and knows the right places and hotel/camp owners, etc., making him an invaluable resource). He made special arrangements to accommodate our schedule and desires. From being picked up at the airport to being delivered to our final destination, our driver made the entire Safari worth every penny. He made us feel safe and secure at all times. He knew the animals and their habits, the plants, tribal culture, politics, economics, roads and geography, and became our friend. We would absolutely use East Africa Wild Adventures again and highly recommend them to you.

Excellent team that took us to Uhuru Peak
If you ever consider climbing Kilimanjaro I cannot recommend a better team than Suricata Safari to help you to the top!
We did a 6 day treck (5 days to reach Uhuru Peak and 1 day to get down). It was certainly a challenge and everyone in the group really had to fight to get to the top but thanx to the guides professionalism and extremely good mood we all made it!
It was a great team effort with porters, cook and guides. All of them fantastic people supporting and pushing us all the way. A special thanx to the guides ( Luki, Albert and Freddy)!

excellent adventure
Booking:
The booking process was very smooth. Robert, the manager I believe, was quick to respond to our questions and organize our entire trip.
Trip:
The safari went off without problems. Our driver and guide, Peter, was wonderful. He was knowledgable in the wildlife and shared a lot of other information about Kenyan life, culture, and politics. Peter was with us for the entire trip (except one short leg from our hotel to a meet-up point, where it was a different driver).
As for the actual game drives, it was an amazing experience! We saw pretty much every animal that lives in the region, except the leopard. Regardless, I would recommend this company without hesitation, and am looking forward to the next time I go back!

Magical Kenya trip with old and new friends.
Arrival at Kenyatta Airport late in the evening was a shambles. Immigration took nearly 2 hours and the wait was totally unnecessary. Travellers should always be advised to apply for their visa online (eVisa) as the queue is much shorter. Only 3 staff at the desks for a jumbo jet of over 300 passengers!
Fairview Hotel was very disorganised on our arrival and did not seem to know whose booking related to which rooms. My 15 year daughter ended up on a ground floor single room, feeling very vulnerable. I slept in there instead, and she shared with her dad. It was freezing and I only had one sheet, so I slept fully clothed (with warm coat). Our 3 rooms were spread all round the hotel which made sorting luggage and clothes tricky. Breakfast was a highlight and set us up for the next day of travel. I would recommend 2 nights there if arriving late in the evening.
Booking of internal flights and hotels by an Kenya operator made the trip very straight forward.
The rest of the trip was brilliant. Favourite place was Lewa Downs - amazing in every way.. Samburu Intrepids needs a bit of an upgrade - the truck are very old now and the food is a little above average. Kitchwa Tembo was magical - as we previously experienced, although the electric fence was broken and the camp was invaded by a large elephant on several nights, a little disturbing, especially as there is a known pride of 16 lion just outside the camp ... which we saw from our trucks. This needs to be rectified.
Love Kenya - can't wait to be back. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly organised and had a fantastic, stress free holiday
Everything was fantastic. We were informed on any changes and what was required prior to the trip. Excellent service.

Erasto was the best tour guide hands down. He found every single animal we had hoped to see upclose!
Our experience with booking the excursion was very easy, they made us feel comfortable and tried their very best to make sure we were taken care of. The service exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide Erasto was very prompt and made sure we saw every animal possible which we did! The difference between what we saw and what others saw was quite different as he would find animals at a very close distance which helped us get amazing photos! The accommodations were very pleasant with friendly people greeting you saying Jambo and Karibu! My wife and I had an amazing experience and I am sure you will too with this company and Erasto as your tour guide!

Wonderful tour
We had a successful tour together with my classmates to the rift valley, Mara and later MT. Kenya... I would recommend dallago tours to everyone and I will book with them again.

A Total Mindblowing Safari ~ I Will Be Back!
Thank you Gary and Shaun for an adventure of a lifetime! This safari package that you put together for me was spot on. I can't stop talking about it. Tintswalo & Xanatseni Private Lodges were in my book "Ten Star" lodges. I never imagined taking photos of the "Big Five" twice in a nine day safari! Who does that? Iconic Journeys does that!

Life Changing
It has taken me a long time to write this review, because I have found it hard to put into words how utterly incredible, soul-nurturing and life changing my Safari with Soul of Tanzania was. From our first communication, it was clear that this company was a cut above the rest. As a sole traveller who has previously owned and run my own tour guiding business, my standards are pretty high! I value ethical and responsible tourism, and Soulās commitment to minimising plastic waste was very important to me; as was their commitment to employing great guides (knowing I would be in a car alone with one for 6 days!)
The level of service I received was excellent ā every email got a prompt reply, and all of my questions were patiently answered. I got a thorough briefing at the beginning of the tour, and was made aware that I could contact the operations manager at any time with any issues. Not that I needed to⦠Because from the moment I met my Guide Emmanuel, I knew I had made a great decision in choosing Soul of Tanzania.
The six days that I spent with Emmanuel were the most amazing and freeing six days of my life. He was a consummate professional - friendly, engaging and funny. He indulged my endless questions (really, I had a lotā¦) and patiently taught me all the Swahili words and phrases I wanted to learn. Tour guiding in Tanzania is no walk in the park ā the distances are vast, the roads are challenging and the guides speak all day in a second language (I canāt help but empathise, having been a guide myself...) Emmanuel made it look easy, and I appreciate how incredibly hard that is to do.
Each morning the car was clean, stocked with warm food (in reuseable containers), wine and water; and I was greeted with a huge smile and a brief for the day. The car had a fridge and, very importantly, chargers for phones, laptops and cameras (which would quickly run out of battery with all the use they were getting!)
Emmanuel took the time to get to know me and learn what I wanted out of the Safari, which meant that I got to spend the time seeing all that I wanted to see. I had no interest in the āBig 5ā, I just wanted to experience the animals and landscapes as we encountered them ā from the adorable Mongeese, to Jackals, thousands of different types of birds (which Emmanuel could name all of), and the hundreds of thousands of peaceful herbivores of the plains ā Gnu, Twiga and Pundamilia. Seeing them all was a thrill to me ā and the up-close encounters with Leopards and Lions was a bonus. Each day my experience of the last day would be exceeded ā from a huge convergence of Zebra ringing out their chorus in Tarangire, to a hunting Lioness in the Serengeti, to the incredible, unimaginable and awe-inspiring spectacle of the Great Migration.
Emmanuel was skilled at finding positions that allowed for photos free of obstructions, yet remained incredibly respectful of the animals we were watching. By day three, and heading towards the Northern Serengeti, my heart was loosening ā jolted free by kilometre after kilometre of rutted tracks, and by hour after hour of watching animals at leisure, work and play. Until this moment, I had not understood what it is to be wild, to share in the vastness of nature untamed. Every day Emmanuel would say to me, āChristina, you are freeā⦠And for the first time in my life, in that great wilderness, I felt that I was.
I went specifically to see the Great Migration, and we were lucky enough to witness three river crossings in one day in the Mara Region. That incredibly special landscape has captured my heart forever, and I feel so grateful to have experienced this with Emmanuel. Thank you Soul, for your commitment to the wild places of Tanzania; and thank you Emmanuel, for making my short time in the wilderness such a unique and memorable experience. As you drove, and I stood on the passenger seat with the wind in my hair, I lost a part of my soul⦠Forever left to wander into the endless horizon, under an ever-changing Savannah sky.
Asante Sana.
You will see me again :)
