Undescribable
Zambia is a MUST for any safari goer. From the people to the variety of wildlife it is an amazing experience. We travelled to Zambia in 2009 and 2011 (21-24 day safaris each trip) and we are returning again in August/September (2013) for nearly a month. Our favorite spots are the South Luangwa and the Lower Zambezi. The diversity and abundance of wildlife is spectacular, only to be outdone by Botswana's Kwando/Okavango regions (and less expensive than Botswana). August and September being the best times for safaris with no chance of rain. Our favorite camps to date are Kaingo (we are going for a 3rd visit) and Chiawa (also our 3rd visit) the incredible amount of wildlife in these 2 areas make them tops in our book as well as staff and guides that are excellent. Food at Chiawa is 5 star as are the accomodations and guides. There are a variety of activities offered from canoe trips, to boating and fishing on the Zambezi, to vehicle safaris. Kaingo also has great accomodations, and now each cabin has its own little overlook of the river where lunch is served so you can enjoy the privacy and views. Kaingo has some of the best "hides" of any camp we have ever visited. we love spending afternoons at the hippo hide and getting up close to these magnificent creatures and the beeeater hide is not be missed especially in September. Chindeni and Chamilandu are also great in their own right, but wildlife is a little sparser in these areas, still the environments make these excellent camps in their own right. They offer walking safaris or vehicle safaris at all their camps. Both have excellent cuisine and all camps adapted their menus for my husbands "unusual food phobias". Transportation is seemless as all the camps work together to get you to your destinations, "no stress". We are visiting some of Robin pope's camps this trip as well I am hoping they too will be just as wonderful.

Review about Golden Gate Highlands National Park by Wim Spronk
The beauty of this park lies mainly in its scenery. The road to the park from Johannesburg is very scenic and the adjacent game reserve has antelope species and good bird life.
South African Family Trip
From the moment I first called Christine telling her that we wanted to go to South Africa, but only had a short time, I knew we were in good hands!
She suggested the best route to follow and it was spot on! The private game reserve in the Eastern Cape was fabulous. The accommodation was very spacious – our family had a huge chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a big deck overlooking the valley. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we saw lots of game, including being completely surrounded by about 20 elephants during one of our drives.
Christine also booked us in at a hotel in Knysna which is very well situated at the waterfront. It was a very good base for our travels down the Garden Route.
Everything went very smoothly and we would recommend Christine for her efficient and excellent service!

Review about Mountain Zebra National Park by Wim Spronk
It is a good place to see the Mountain Zebra and other antelopes. No big game but very pleasant
Great Adventure!
We were very pleased with Christine's arrangements for a trip to Botswana and Victoria Falls for us. The lodge in Botswana was an excellent choice and we enjoyed our stay in Victoria Falls as well. The multiple transfers went smoothly as did all the flights. Everything worked.
I would not hesitate to use Christine's services in the future.
PS: You were so right about a guided safari being worthwhile. The guides are awesome and a fountain of information!

Review about uMkhuze Game Reserve by Wim Spronk
I visited uMkhuze many times and remember it as a photographer's paradise. There were three comfortable hides and game kept coming to drink without stop right through the day. The last time I went the hides were closed because of the rain and I was very disappointed. The bird life is very good though.
Amazing South African experience
Christine Boecker arranged a trip to South Africa for part of my family, including two 10 year old grandchildren.
The experience was "over the top" for all 6 of us! There were so many highlights that it would be difficult to list them in a short review. It was a lifetime experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed and will fondly remember.
The flights on the airlines, both getting there and back as well as in S.A., were terrific and the accommodations perfect when we were there.
The hotel in Cape Town was the best ever and the private game reserve offered facilities, Safari experiences and staff that one could normally only hope for. To observe all the wildlife, including the "Big 5", was unforgettable and, to have a Rhino seriously consider charging us, an unexpected adrenalin rush. I look forward to going back!

Review about Kenya by EnergyRouter
In addition to its vast expanses of protected land, Kenya is full of wonderfully nice people. We departed for our safari from Nairobi which has a major airport and were very pleased with our experience from beginning to end. We were treated like kings and accommodated in every way. All of the locations we went to on our safari were excellent and had opportunities to see lots of wildlife and stay in interesting, beautiful hotel accommodations.
Kenya has everything you could want in a safari, though another popular destination is Tanzania, where you will find ngorogoro crater and the serengeti. In my mind, they are equal. They have all the major wildlife and amazing people. I would highly recommend a safari trip!

Review about Marakele National Park by Wim Spronk
When I camped at Marakele the roads were bad in wet weather and not having a 4 x 4 we got stuck several times. It is a relatively new reserve with no big game but good bird life.
We loved Botswana
We had a wonderful time at each of our stops in Africa and would highly recommend Christine to anyone planning a trip to Africa. We stayed at three different safari lodges and they were all fabulous and each a bit different. The people we encountered were so exceptional and so knowledgeable, that I think we all came home feeling we had a very personal experience wherever we went.
Well done Christine!
