The entire trip was very well organized so there was sufficient time at each location. Accommodations and service providers were excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable, plus a lot of fun. Trip of a lifetime!

Small personal company with great knowledge and people!
Our communication was handled through Travel Leaders-Journeys, however, everything that was communicated was accurate. Tanganyika Ancient Routes exceeded our expectations!!! Our guides, Jacob, Charlie and Charles were funny, kind, efficient and did everything possible to make our safari perfect! They were quick to make changes that would enhance our experience and never once lost site of the purpose of our journey and our comfort. Don't hesitate to use them for your Tanzania safari!!!!

I am so fortunate a friend told me about the Kilimanjaro Brothers. George couldnt be more helpful, as we set up our adventures from the US. Before we got there, our flight was delayed but George assured us he would be waiting for us when we did arrive, and he was! Our driver Hussein, was great! He was patient, fun and went out of his way to make sure we were safe and enjoyed all the great sights. We saw so many animals and he never minded to wait as we asked to stop one more time to take a picture. I cant stress enough BOOK WITH the KILIMANJARO brothers- you won't be disappointed!!! Karabu!!! Our safari was 5 wonderful days, one of the best vacations of my life. Tanzania is beautiful! cant wait to come back

Amazing and well-organized tour with great guides
We were a group of four from Norway that booked our safari through East Africa Shuttles safaris. None of us had every been to a safari. It was a really well-organized tour. The tour operator picked us up from our hotel and the trip to Masai Mara went smoothly with a lunch along the way.
The tour guide had a great of experience and provided us with a lot of information about Kenya, Masai Mara and the animals on Masai Mara.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend you to use this tour operator.

OUTRAGEOUS TANZANIA ADVENTURE WITH KILIMANJARO BROTHERS CLIMBING!!
Kilimanjaro Brothers Climbing & Adventure is #1 in my book. My husband and I wanted to experience an African Safari for our 25 wedding anniversary and after much research and emails to various African Safari companies we choose Kili Brothers. From the first email right down to getting on the plane for home George was fantastic. George Mtaki, the owner, answered all my questions (and there were many) quickly and professionally and worked with us every step of the way when coordinating our itinerary and tented camp choices. Our guide was Alfa and he was quite knowledgeable and fun. He made sure our adventure was exactly what we wanted & his goal was to make sure we saw the BIG 5 and lots of Simba & we did. I had a special requirement during our safari and Alfa went the extra mile making sure I had everything I needed. He was very patient when it came to us stopping for pictures and he made sure we got the best possible shots. My husband and I had an outrageously wonderful experience... Read more and it was due to Alfa and all the wonderful individuals at the tented camps and Kibo Hotel. We not only saw an abundance of animals but we were able to experience time with the Maasai and hunted with the Hadzabe tribe. All these experiences were fantastic! WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kilimanjaro Brothers Climbing & Adventure if you are looking for a great African company to provide an outrageous safari experience. My husband enjoyed the experience so much he wants to visit Africa again and insists on using Kilimanjaro Brothers and requesting Alfa again for our guide.

Incredibly well-organised, can't fault the safari
From the very start communication with Michael was very efficient, he was responding very quickly to our requests and offered us a tour in line with our wishlist for what I felt was a very competitive price. The 5-day safari we did only confirmed our first impression: all transfers/schedules were very well planned, and we just had to go with the flow. Our guide (Hassani) was a gem, he was very knowledgeable about animals, drove us to the less busy parts of the parks where we saw many animals and was great company throughout the tour! Some groups go looking for days for lions, we saw at least 50-60 of them and quickly had to rename the "Big 5" the "Easy 5". There's got to be a bit of luck in this but I'll also credit Hassani for spotting so many animals. Our cook Malleu managed to prepare really tasty meals while in the middle of nowhere, not quite sure how he did it but we all put on weight and never went hungry! Only thing I can say is that I wish we had more local food instead of Western... Read more food, but that's a personal view (you can make that request before). The jeep did not look very new but did the job perfectly, tents were also fairly new I think. My impression was that other groups may have paid the same price or more while being many more in the jeep, so we were really lucky to find Michael. It was a magical trip, and went so well that I cannot recommend the tour company enough!

Knowledgeable, Informative, caring and an effortless process to plan our trip to Africa
Although we planned where we wanted to go in Africa, it was Encompass Africa that put together the trip, with their knowledge and expertise making this a memorable and fuss free process. We were always well informed and all staff were helpful and efficient. Our trip was amazing, from being welcomed at the airport to all our accommodation, food, service and onward transport. We always felt warmly welcomed. Even receiving an email whilst we were away to make sure all was going well was a lovely touch.
We had an amazing holiday. Spending time at Amboseli National Park, Samburu National Park, Masai Mara, Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park, all different and all offering diversity. We espeicially loved Elephant Bedroom Camp at Samburu, stunning country. We look forward to returning to Africa and when we do, we look forward to dealing with Encompass Africa again.

An experience we will never forget
What a wonderful holiday we had! Selma and Ngomi are very nice people (we met them at the start of our vacation) and they had set up the perfect trip for us. Everything was well arranged and the lodges and other accommodations were great. The buildup of the safari was ideal, starting at the Olpopongi Maasai village, moving to Lake Manyara, Serengeti and finally Ngorongoro. It was fantastic to see everything we hoped for (Big Five, hunting cats, etc.) and truly living the wildlife experience. After that, a very relaxing week at the amazingly beautiful beach of Zanzibar.
Special mention goes to our guide Humphrey, of which we cannot speak highly enough. He is a great host, always having his clients' interest at heart. Also, he is very knowledgable about wildlife and nature (we didn't call him Humphreypedia for nothing). Finally and most importantly, he is a truly great guy and fun to be around.
Overall, an experience we will never forget and something we wish for anyone to have!
