Excellent experience from start to end of the tour!!
We recently had the pleasure of booking a trip through Amshar Serengeti Adventures and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded all my expectations from start to finish.

What impressed me most was how Edwrad and team went above and beyond at every turn. When unexpected changes or challenges arose (like delays in our flight schedule), they were quick to adjust the schedule seamlessly and always ensured we were having the best possible experience.

Incredible Gorilla Experience in Uganda
We had an amazing journey in Uganda with Peak Cruise. We chose the 3-day/2-night tour to see the gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Park, departing from Kigali. Our guide/driver, Victor, was very kind and nice to us, always helpful, providing information, and also respecting our space. All the accommodations were very comfortable, with friendly and attentive staff. As for the gorilla trekking, I have no words. It was incredible! Absolutely worth it, especially considering the cost, which is much more affordable than the gorilla trekking in Rwanda.

Life time memorable tour with Makini
It was first time to got online booking with Makini Tanzania Expedition.
At first I was afraid that there would be some trouble but the smooth guidance and smooth guidance we had with Nancy and her team made our safari life time memorable.

Zack was a wonderful guide, knew the area and had many connections with others in Uganda
Paanvuu Safaris is a great organization which catered to our needs to a tee! We went to Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda and stayed at a beautiful and safe camp, slept in clean, comfortable tents right near a lake where hippos and elephants were. The food was delicious. The park was within 20 minutes of the camp and we did 2 land tours, afternoon and morning, where we saw many elephants, gazelles, warthogs, water bucks, hippos, water buffalo and birds of all types! We were able to view a few lions from a distance on the afternoon tour, and one lazy male who parked on the road in the morning!! We all were able to take a boat tour and saw many of the above, but also crocodiles, monitors, and monkeys. Our guide Zach was awesome and told us about the history of the park, the animals, and offered much information about Uganda and the culture! We would all highly recommend Paanvuu Safaris to all interested!

Luke was amazing! He provided excellent service throughout the entire tour.

Watch for the bait and switch on the safari vehicle.
The accommodations were nicer than expected and the food at the accommodations was very good. Our guide,Peter, was good. The reason for only 2 stars had to do with the safari vehicle. It was a minivan. Their quote included pictures and description of a Land Cruiser so I was surprised when the vehicle that showed up to pick us up was a minivan. I asked them about the change and they said that land cruisers are available for an up charge. I’ve never known a tour company to have up charge items available but not list them anywhere. Usually selling upgrades is a prime goal. Therefore since this information was not provided and misleading photos were included, it felt like a simple bait and switch. If you use Laxa Trails, make sure you ask what kind of vehicle you will be in. You will spend more than 75% of your time awake in the vehicle, so it is pretty important.

A five star rating is just not enough to decribe the utmost dedication, impeccable professionalism with a 24/7 service Katja and Carien provided us with.
We booked a 9 day high end air safari trip which we had to postpone on very short notice. Katja executed this huge challenge in a manner far from our expectations. We were even surprised by 2 unforgettable events that left us overwhelmed.
Our pilot/guide Hellmut was exceptional. Very caring in every way with many interesting conversations.
A perfect vacation, we felt like super stars and a BIG heartful thank you to all involved!

Trip of a lifetime!
We just returned from our amazing 20 day South African trip which included stays at Royal Murubishi, Tshuduku (including Kruger), Cape Town and Victoria Falls.
The entire trip was well planned and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was top notch including the people, the food, the weather, the safaris, the destinations each day, the flights etc. We felt completely supported by the Go Touchdown staff including our travel guides, safari guides, the agents at the hotels, our drivers to get us across the borders at Vic Falls (Bushtrack) etc. Highly recommend the Kaza visa pass if you plan to go through the Zimbabwe border more than once. This includes the fact that Vic Falls on the Zambia side is dry this time of year so we added the tour to the Zimbabwe side. One more safari to Chobe at the end of the trip was icing on the cake.
Our travel goal was surpassed as we wanted to do safaris and visit the country(ies) as much as possible. Our trip was an amazing combination of getting to see the Big 5, visit the wineries, Table mountain etc. and getting more educated on the local tribes, human origins, and the aftereffects of apartheid.

Best knowledge,communication and advice
So impressed with Discover Africa Safaris and especially Susan! Being a first time traveler to Africa I had so many questions. She took the time to listen to what we wanted to experience and gave us many options to choose from. After we chose what tour we wanted ,she set everything up. Unfortunately I had to postpone my trip for a year because of an emergency and she was so very helpful when we needed to re schedule. Her communication was prompt and clear and she was so kind as to check up on me several times. She re booked our trip and checked in with us several times before we left to make sure everything was clear. She also was extremely available for any last minute questions. She was absolutely correct in her advice. Everything from flights to transfers to the amazing tour she booked for us was all that we could have dreamed of and more.
