Very professional and resolute
Local company with reasonable prices and very, very professional.
In the organisation prior to the safari, they give you a very clear explanation of the whole programme and the prices. They deliver 100% of what they promise.
In addition, they solve all your doubts and take very little time to answer. The communication by WhatsApp was excellent.
The whole organisation before, during and after the trip was extraordinary thanks to Armando who solved many doubts and helped us to plan the trip to perfection, adapting to our requests. We would like to thank him for his dedication.
During the trip they do what they promised and more. They always try to adapt to your needs, exceeding the experience by far.
Our guide Simon spoke very good Spanish and provided us with a lot of information. In addition to this, he was very helpful and good-humoured.
The driver Nuru is a great driver and professional, we felt very safe with his driving.
Both of them were always willing, always in a good mood and always concerned that we would see the animals as well as possible.
On the first day we had a problem with the vehicle which they solved super fast so we were able to start the tour without any problem.
We also had a problem with our flights that we took on our own, they helped us and solved the problem when they didn't have to.
What I want to put on record with all this, is that during the whole time (before the trip and after) you feel very supported and they give you security in everything they do.
The cars are very well maintained and well prepared. They also have a fridge and drinks included during the whole trip.
When we arrived in Tanzania, we saw that it is a very important local company with many years of experience and a good reputation.
They also employ a lot of local people. It was a pleasant surprise.

The schedule is suitable for 9-day holidays. Wild animals are everywhere. All lounges have swimming pools and remember to bring swimming suits. Kilimanjaro is amazing.

Fantastic experience being on safari in Masai Mara in Kenya. We experienced all animals beside the rhino. It was absolutely amazing.

David is amazing! Friendly, Knowledgable, knew exactly where to take us to see everything we wanted.
My wife and I went on a week safari with David as our guide and driver all throughout Tanzania including Arusha, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Kilimanjaro and more. To this day, I still can't get over his ability to see animals from so far away and know exactly where to go to get the best views and up close and personal with Lions, Hippos, Giraffes, Buffalo, Elephants, Gazelle, and many many more. During long driving times between sights he was a delight to talk with and get to know on a more personal level. We spent time with the Maasai tribes which was an amazing experience. Not knowing the local customs and culture can make you feel uneasy, but with David guiding the experience, everything went smoothly, he helped explain and guide with the local customs and made it a truly rewarding experience. We still stay in touch and email to this day, which is says a lot about his ability to make a personal connection and unique experience for everyone. If you're looking for a personalized experience with a local who knows what he's doing, David is the guide for you!

Experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and heartfelt.
Uganda was magical, beautiful, exotic and was teaming with wildlife. I never thought that at the age of 70, that I would feel like a child, a teen, a young adult and a old man during different phases of my trip. Every stop was a new new adventure, every trek was filled nervous excitement and the safari was heaven on earth. The reason that it took so long to write this review is because my friends, aquaintances and family are still calling, plus dropping by to see the pictures and hear my stories.
My guide/driver Jamal was Phenomenal, he spoke 17 of the 50 dialects that are spoken in Uganda. His experience provided me unimaginable photos and memories of a lifetime. Jamal's knowledge of the landscape of the landscape, through the safari trails, villages,and mountain terrain, made the trip seemless. Jamal made sure the accommodations, whether it was in a lodge, or glamping, was always with me in mind. By the time my trip was over, I was taking pictures of signs of land for sale. thank you for everything that a person could ever dream of, or ever experience.

Our one-day safari in Nairobi exceeded all expectations, thanks to Abigail's incredible organization and David's expert driving. From the moment we started planning, Abigail was responsive and detail-oriented, crafting the perfect itinerary to maximize our limited time after a hectic meeting week.
David, our driver, was a true professional. His extensive knowledge of the park route and wildlife and his driving skills made us comfortable throughout the journey. He had an uncanny ability to spot animals and positioned the vehicle at the right moment for photos.
The whole experience was seamless—punctual pickup and a well-maintained vehicle. Thanks to Abigail's planning and David's expertise, we saw an amazing variety of wildlife in just one day.

Overall, it is a great travel agency.
