Safari Multiways: professionalism and reliability for my first safari in Tanzania
I’ve just came back from a 7 days safari (1-7 february 2018) organized by Safari Multiways.
I discovered this small company by chance in September 2017 reading a travel report published on a photography Italian web site that mentioned Safari Multiways. So I decided to send an email to them asking for a safari itinerary and a quote.
Romeo, the owner, replied promptly to my email and sent to me a tour itinerary at a lower price than all the other companies that I had written to, till that moment.
Since then, I have written many emails to Romeo for several weeks in order to organize a tailor-made safari and he has always been very kind and professional answering to me promptly with clear information that I had asked for.
Defining the details of the tour with Romeo, step by step, email by mail, was really nice and we easily understood each other immediately, although my English is not good.
The final tour was the following: Ngoro Ngoro Crater (1 day), Lake Ndutu (south Serengeti) to see the great migration of wildebeests (2 days), Central Serengeti (2 days), Lake Manyara (1 day).
I payed 30% of the total cost in advance by a bank transfer for confirming hotel reservations and I payed cash the balance at SM office when I arrived in Arusha.
During the safari our driver, Omari, was very professional and skilled in spotting wild animals in the savannah. He answered friendly to all our questions and worked to meet all our requirements. Furthermore, he was used to check the Land Cruiser and clean it inside every morning before leaving the camp and starting a new game drive.
The 8 seats Toyota Land Cuiser was in good conditions and I also really appreciated that it had 2 spare tyres and not just one, as often I saw during others safari in Kenya.
Regarding the accommodations, Rhino Lodge in Ngoro Ngoro and Fanaka Lodge in Lake Manyara were nice and clean, but in particular I liked very much Serengeti and Ndutu Heritage Tented camps. They are really wonderful camps: high standard of services, nice and comfortable tents and delicious food. Really great accommodations.
What else can I add? After 3 safari in Kenya and 1 in Malawi, this was my first safari in Tanzania and I enjoy very much thanks to the professionalism and reliability of Safari Multiways and when I decide to go again to Tanzania I will surely refer to this Company.

One of a kind adventure that I won't forget
Our driver, James was absolutely amazing, he drove carefully, but as fast as possible, so we arrived early to the Masai Mara and went on a game drive right after arrival. The 3-day safari was even better than I expected - we saw sooo many animals, it was astonishing! James cared so much so we could see every animal from as close as possible, I couldn't imagine a better driver and a better adventure than this. I highly recommend it! Also the contact with Magdalene was very good and professional, everything was as she promised and me and my boyfriend are both really exited about the adventure that we lived. Best time of my life!

Magical Beauty
I have been to Africa a few times BUT this time was very special, due mainly to the wonderful people of Shikwaru Adventures. They organized for me and my 8 year old a magnificent experience. South Africa is in itself a beautiful country. Shikwaru went the extra mile to make it even more beautiful, more enjoyable, more unforgettable: their professionalism and friendliness, their punctuality and extremely skilled drivers, the places they took us to, all organized to perfection. It was just magical! My daughter and I left with our hearts filled with joy and beauty, new friends, and the certainty that we will book with Shikwaru again sometime in the near future.

A great adventure
We went on safari in 2017. It was an amazing experience. Not only did we see the top five animals we watched the wildebeest migration. We watched lions eat zebras and wildebeests 15 feet from our vehicle.
The entire trip was professionally handled both for sleeping accommodations and when "on the road." I heartily recommend it.

Great and well organized safari trip!
Me and my wife did the 5-day safari with 3 wonders expeditions and we were pleasently surprised how well everything was organised. The food and the accommodation was better level than we expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. The guide knew and spotted the animals very well.

Great experience with knowledgeable guide
Wonderful experience to see so much with an experienced guide (Sylvester) who was also an experienced photographer so ensures you get the best shots possible to remember your amazing safari.
Sokofo (our chef) catered to everyone’s needs with 3 vegetarians and a carnivore on board.
We were immediately shipped out to the first campsite rather than the hotel stay we had planned (by Richard) but it suited us although others may not appreciate the change of plans. However, were able to do all we needed before setting off i.e. change money and eat. Richards son, Rickson, facilitated this with a smile and was great at the start and end of our time with them.
A truly memorable experience.

I have been to Africa eight times before this trip and this was the best experience I have ever had.
Communication was perfect. Every expectation was met. All personnel were professional and very concerned about taking care of us. I do not have a single complaint. On this trip to to the Serengeti we saw a lion kill, cheetah kill, over 50 lions, leopards and much much more. I can't think of a better experience.

Excellent Company!
Mushra organized our safari to see the mountain gorillas. Michael was excellent and quick with correspondence, and Patrick our driver was enthusiastic and passionate about Uganda. Excellent safari- we felt looked after and safe in their hands. Would recommend!

Tremendous Safari Experience with an Amazing Guide
We had a wonderful experience with Mama Savana from start to finish of the trip. Allex was extremely helpful in designing our itinerary based on our needs and was more than willing to make adjustments to the itinerary to make sure the trip was exactly what we wanted. His communication was excellent as he quickly responded to any questions we had and any itinerary specifications we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process he was extremely accessible and understanding.
The trip experience itself was beyond amazing. It is hard to put into words how wonderful each and every part of the safari was and this was made even better with the absolutely amazing guide we had - Allen. Allen knew so much about all of the animals, helped make sure we had the best photos and even took some himself to make sure we not only captured the moments on camera but also truly experienced the moments. There was never a dull moment in the car between seeing hundreds if not thousands of animals as well as the laughter that was provided by Allen throughout the drive. Every place we stayed was extremely accommodating, had delicious food and the service was excellent.
We would highly recommend anyone looking to take a safari to go with Mama Savana as it truly felt like a family experience. This trip built memories that would last a lifetime with a group of people who ensured we had the best time possible.
