Very good quality service
The safari trip was a great experience for all of us (party of three). Our driver-guide (David) was always available, in a good mood and on time. Besides he kept the car clean and organized, answered all our questions and when he did not know, he researched and provided the answers later on. David had good knowledge regarding the national parks we visited (Masai Mara National Reserve, Nakuru National Park and Amboseli National Park) and its fauna and flora. He also had a book in the car (on Kenya's wildlife) on which he would check upon to give us precise information. David had good driving skills.
Two of the company's Nairobi staff (Martin and Andrew) welcomed us at the hotel and were very kind. Martin gave us a briefing of the trip and answered all our questions.
The company's staff whom we met were always worried with our well being throughout the whole trip.

Tanzania Safari - Once in a life time unforgettable Experience!
Since last couple of years, we were thinking of going to Tanzania with our two grown up Children. Tanzania is a birthplace of mine and my wife. We wanted not only to do safari in Tanzania with our kids but also wanted to visit our Birthplaces. (Near Singida and my wife’s birthplace in Dar-es-salaam). While searching on Internet, I came across “Chalo Africa”. After talking to Sangeetaji and explaining the places we wanted to visit, Sangeetaji in the Chalo Africa USA office prepared a Draft copy of Itinerary. We changed the itinerary a few times and she customized our 12 days Itinerary with suitable Camps/Lodges included visit to Singida and Dar-es -salaam. She suggested different options and answered all our queries. How can I forget Malvikaji? Malvikaji and Sangeetaji from Chalo Africa provided good details in Itinerary of what we will see/visit / activities for each day. Their Digital Itinerary was Superb and Excellent.
We just came back from Tanzania Safari (August/September, 2018) three weeks ago. Everything went as planned and we had an amazing time. We are extremely happy with all the arrangement Chalo Africa provided as per our itinerary, making sure that lodges/camps could meet our special food requirements (Indian /American Foods). Chalo Africa had used “Kibo Guides” from Arusha as a ground Handlers. Our vehicle Land Cruisers was brand new with low mileage. Our Driver/Guide, Samson Peter Mweta, from Kibo Guides was excellent and knowledgeable of all animals. He was well informed and answered all our questions in details. His communications and service were outstanding. He took care of us very well. He stayed with us during the Safari and our visit to Singida until he dropped us off at the Kilimanjaro Airport. During our stayed in Parks, all our Camps/ Lodges like Kilivillas, Maramboi Tented Camp, gorongoro Sopa Lodge, Kubu Kubu Tented Camp and Mara River North Camp were very nice with all amenities provided. Food/Drinks at the Camps were very good and Camp Staff was very hospitable. We visited Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti NP. We saw all Big fives and all different animals, Birds etc. At the end of Safari at Mara River, We saw Wildebeest River crossing Migration for nearly three hours. Once in a life time unforgettable Experience! During our Safari trips, Chalo Africa also stayed in touch with us through WhatsApp Group to ensure everything was going good.
Our both Children were also happy that we planned our trip with Chalo Africa with Kibo Guides as ground handlers. We highly recommend planning your next safari with Chalo Africa. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you “Chalo Africa “and their Team!

The safari was perfect. agile communication by mail prior to the trip, to organize it. Once there we were with the guide Adam, who was all the time pending that we are having a good time. Nothing negative in the adventure. Thank you!

Great driver and game drives. Not that great planning.
We took the six day safari with Masai Mara-Naruk-Amboseli. We ordered our safari via Axis, in our car we were 7 people. We were the only ones from Axis. So it’s hard to rate Axis on our trip.
We suffered a bit due to this since all travel groups had different itinerary and accommodations. We spent hours waiting on people and driving to different lodges/tent camps. This made that our tour didn’t followed our itinerary and we had to argue to get what we paid for.
You should be aware of this or demand to be in a car with a group with 100% same itinerary/accommodation if you plan to order this trip.
With that said we had a great safari. We saw the big five on our first full day game drive. Richard, our driver should have the Nobel peace prize for handeling one of our co-travelers that was very demanding. He handled our van with great skills!
Richard and animal-viewing was five stars, the planning with different itineraries in one car was one star!

Amazing safari guided by Patrick
Patrick's communication is excellent. He always replies to emails promptly and answered the many questions we had. We are now planning our next safari with Patrick in August 2019. When he was our guide he was always very punctual and could spot animals long before we could see them. He was always very friendly yet professional and always checked with us if we were ready to move on after stopping to photograph an animal or bird.

Thorough, professional and attentive
I booked a six day safari to Kenya through African Hartebeest.
From day one their attentiveness meant I never had any doubt we would have a holiday of a life time.
The booking was made with Mary Nzisa who dealt with every query I raised promptly with the outcomes needed for the trip to be what i wanted it to be.
Mary met us at Nairobi airport when we first arrived and was there again when the safari finished.
We enjoyed it so much, we are already looking to book again.

Out of all the African vacations we've taken Experience Uganda were by far the best company ever.
Experience Uganda were so good in every way, way beyond our expectations. Communications never a problem, service from all staff excellent. The rooms were spotless, the food scrumptious and the Lodges were all very good, Karibu and Engagi lodges were beautiful. Our driver on the safaris couldn't have been more gracious, accommodating and thoughtful. The riverboat safari was also excellent and the guide couldn't do enough for us.

Best trip of our life
After getting in contact with several agencies, we chose Lion King Adventures due to the great reactivity and kindness of Anna, who really helped us to choose the best destinations and accomodations within our budget and wishes.
Everything was perfect and went far beyond our greatest expectations : during our 5 days safari, we could see all the animals that we wanted in Tarangire, Seregenti, Ngorongoro, Manyara Lake.
Our french speaker guide Salim contributed significantly in the perfection of our experience : he is such a nice person and told us a lot of stories about the animals. He is also a great driver. Thanks to his professionalism, we managed to get very close from amazing animals that we dreamt to see.
Kudos also to the great food that was provided to us for or meals and pic-nics among the monkeys and giraffes.
All the great work performed by Lion King Adventures made us have great times and a trip that we will never forget.
