Watch for the bait and switch on the safari vehicle.
The accommodations were nicer than expected and the food at the accommodations was very good. Our guide,Peter, was good. The reason for only 2 stars had to do with the safari vehicle. It was a minivan. Their quote included pictures and description of a Land Cruiser so I was surprised when the vehicle that showed up to pick us up was a minivan. I asked them about the change and they said that land cruisers are available for an up charge. I’ve never known a tour company to have up charge items available but not list them anywhere. Usually selling upgrades is a prime goal. Therefore since this information was not provided and misleading photos were included, it felt like a simple bait and switch. If you use Laxa Trails, make sure you ask what kind of vehicle you will be in. You will spend more than 75% of your time awake in the vehicle, so it is pretty important.

We booked a 9 day high end air safari trip which we had to postpone on very short notice. Katja executed this huge challenge in a manner far from our expectations. We were even surprised by 2 unforgettable events that left us overwhelmed.
Our pilot/guide Hellmut was exceptional. Very caring in every way with many interesting conversations.

Trip of a lifetime!
We just returned from our amazing 20 day South African trip which included stays at Royal Murubishi, Tshuduku (including Kruger), Cape Town and Victoria Falls.
The entire trip was well planned and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was top notch including the people, the food, the weather, the safaris, the destinations each day, the flights etc. We felt completely supported by the Go Touchdown staff including our travel guides, safari guides, the agents at the hotels, our drivers to get us across the borders at Vic Falls (Bushtrack) etc. Highly recommend the Kaza visa pass if you plan to go through the Zimbabwe border more than once. This includes the fact that Vic Falls on the Zambia side is dry this time of year so we added the tour to the Zimbabwe side. One more safari to Chobe at the end of the trip was icing on the cake.
Our travel goal was surpassed as we wanted to do safaris and visit the country(ies) as much as possible. Our trip was an amazing combination of getting to see the Big 5, visit the wineries, Table mountain etc. and getting more educated on the local tribes, human origins, and the aftereffects of apartheid.
We would recommend Go Touchdown to anyone and thank Melissa for her reassurance & patience answering all our questions 😊

So impressed with Discover Africa Safaris and especially Susan! Being a first time traveler to Africa I had so many questions. She took the time to listen to what we wanted to experience and gave us many options to choose from. After we chose what tour we wanted ,she set everything up. Unfortunately I had to postpone my trip for a year because of an emergency and she was so very helpful when we needed to re schedule. Her communication was prompt and clear and she was so kind as to check up on me several times. She re booked our trip and checked in with us several times before we left to make sure everything was clear. She also was extremely available for any last minute questions. Great day with Lamps!
Lovely experience with MoAfrika. We did a full day kruger park safari tour. Good communication beforehand, we were able to call them to arrange pick up location. The plan for the day was also clear in the booking information.
During the tour our guide Lamps was enthusiastic, kind and helpful. He gave us enough time for everything we wanted to do and see. Also gave us lots of information about the wildlife and nature of kruger park, and he could answer all our questions. Would 100% recommend!

What an amazing trip !
We did Lemosho 8 days (done in 7 days) and 4 days safari in 3 national parks by end September - begining October.
We had the privilege of experiencing both a Kilimanjaro climb and a safari with Spirit of Kilimanjaro, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

Private Safari Tour in 4 different Nationalparks
We booked a 5-day safari with free overnight stays before and after in Arusha with Raymond, who organized everything perfectly and responded to our questions quickly.
The safari started the next morning, with visits to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater (our highlight), and Lake Manyara National Park.
It was a really great experience with never a dull moment, highly recommended!

Amazing experience，and every wishes came true.
We experienced 4 differient kinds of national parks，so many memorable moments. Not only the Safari experience，but also the service that our tour guide provided. Love the elephant immigration in Amboseli park，then best experience with Rinoh，Lions hunting & night safari in OL Pojeta. After that，we went to Nakuru Lake park，saw a lot beautiful birds，and the last stop in Masai Mara with fabulous 2 days‘ Safari.
