The communication from Eliad (travel consultant) was clear and nothing was too much trouble to amend and create a tailor-made private tour for a family of 7. Champion (driver/guide) was knowledgeable, reliable and good fun. He was passionate about wildlife and eager to provide his guests with the best experience of Tanzania's flora and fauna. I would highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone. In addition, Serengeti Smile are a Tanzanian company unlike many others, which may be factor in your choice to support the local economy.

I would recommend this tour group anyway. Trevor our guide in the Kruger was so knowledgeable and went out if his way for us .We saw the big 5 and more . What an awesome guide and person. Our guide on the panoramic tour was also exceptional, I would recommend this Tour company anyday, so professional from the person who picked us up when we arrived and all through our visit ..Thank you for making our trip amazing.

Do it
It’s not easy to get to, but once you’re there, you’ll be glad you came. I took a night safari, a full day safari in Kruger National Park, a short tour in Johannesburg, and a few days in Cape Town. I could easily have spent more time in each location. I stayed in a camp (MoSafai), and I enjoyed that. Not luxurious by any means, but well organized with everything in the tent connected to a private bathroom with shower and hot water.

Our recent trip to Africa with African Heartbeast Safaris Ltd. was one of the best experiences of my life. From the beginning to the end, their service was professional, friendly, and reliable. Honestly, this trip has given us a lot more than we expected. We took a customized safari package, where the trip was planned according to our preferences and interests. The guide was very knowledgeable, patient, and full of love for nature.
