Very unprofessional and disruptive to mix different budgets (accommodations) in the same tour
3/5

So the feelings are mixed.
We did a 4 day safari with them, including Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire.

The driver David was very good and knowledgeable and we are really happy about him, his skills and the professionalism from his side. 10/10 for the driver himself.

Food was good (our chef was Richard). First night in a lodge was nice. Second night in Serengeti camp wasn't the best (facilities were super dirty and shower was only cold, but maybe also rain had something to do with it), but Ngorongoro camp was just lovely.

However, there were lot's of organizational issues that did significantly bother us.

What they did is they put 7 people from different companies and with different accomodations in the same vehicle - meaning that everytime everyone had to be delivered and picked up at a different location (sometimes literally 1 hour apart), so we lost a lot of time every single evening and then morning for pickups (things also didn't go so smooth with packing up) - very sadly on the account of our precious time for game drives (keep in mind that the best time to see animals is as early in the morning as possible). The 7th person was put in the last minute and so there wasn't any space left for our cook, which made it very inconvenient form him and us trying to find ways to get him to our destinations.

The driver wasn't really aware about plans of different people in our vehicle after the end of this trip - like that half of the group was supposed to continue the tour and that the rest were to go to the airport, and this wasn't communicated and caused some confusion, we also were not really sure about our luggage pickup (we were told to pack light and so we left half of the luggage at our hotel, to be delivered to the airport pickup on the last day).

So as said, the lack of organization did really bother us and we're not happy about this.

We've done many safaris elsewhere and nowhere in the world did "a sharing safari" mean different accomodations (but instead just a mixed random group of people, enjoying the same standard of the trip). I don't know how it seems to be the norm in Tanzania, as if everyone is doing it - we were joined by people from agencies like Serengeti African Tours and another company and they all said that they just share clients all the time.

Now I don't wanna be that "nothing was ok" person, but I just have to mention this -
we ran out of soda and wine on the second day (how can you promise wine, beer and soda with our meals and then provide only 1 bottle of wine for 7 people for 4 days?

The animals and the guide shed a nice light on the whole experience, but I have to say that organization-wise, this was by far the worst experience we've had in any safari. So my advice here seems to be - just take the cheapest tour as it obviously makes zero sense to pay more for a "preferably better company", or maybe make sure that people in your group will have the same standard or accommodations, to make things go smoothly.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour with Hasen, and I can't recommend him enough! Our tour guide, Hasen, was truly exceptional. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and personal touch made the experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt included and engaged, sharing fascinating stories and insights that brought the sights to life.

The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore at a comfortable pace while maximizing our experience. Hasen's passion for the area was evident, and his tips and recommendations were invaluable.

The guide gave funny explanations along the way. What I would recommend is that they give details about the itineraries.

Amazing experience for both Safari, as well as Kilimanjaro climb.
5/5

In particularly, we wanted to book with a Tanzanian tour operator, so ended up at Kisambi tours, which was recommended to us by a friend. From the beginning onwards, Elisante was very helpful in discussing the possibilities for our tight schedule, and provided us with travel itineraries for all options. The communication beforehand was very smooth, making the preparations upon arrival in Moshi very pleasant. Upon arrival at the bus stop, we were picked up and since then, it felt like an 'adventurous all-inclusive holiday to never forget'. Both the climb as well as the safari were private (I think this is most often the case).

We started with a 7 day Lemosho Kilimanjaro hike, in which we were accompanied by our guides Rama and Amani. The guides were super friendly, and knowledgable. The porters (8) made sure to arrive at the camp earlier than we did, in order to be able to change clothes immediately, or sit on the camping chair. It was nice to see that the porters and guides really team up (they always works together in this composition).
We were truly amazed by the food that was prepared during the climb, especially considering the limited utilities. Upon arrival, hot water was provided for water/hot chocolate/ tea, accompanied by popcorn. When possible, the chef prepared a warm lunch halfway. In the evening, dinner started with soup, and always fruit as dessert. Whereas I could overcome the 'toilets' at the campsites, looking back: my friend would have paid an additional fee to have a portable toilet along.

After the climb, we were dropped off at our hotel to get a hot shower and rest for a bit. The next morning we were picked up by Gabrielli for our next adventure: a 3-day safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater and lake Manyara. Gabrielli was very relaxed, knowledgeable and respectful towards the animals. Especially his attitude towards the animals: 'We'll just wait here for a bit and they will come to us: you'll see', made him a really good guide, since in our opinion other safari vans could be very intrusive towards the wildlife.

All in all, our experience was really good and we would totally recommend Kisambi to anyone planning to go to Tanzania.

Professionalism, quality, detail and proximity.
5/5

The Great Safari. I have to start with those words because that’s exactly what it was. My very first safari. A childhood dream come true – in the BIGGEST way possible.

I went in with no expectations because, honestly, that’s the best way to do a trip like this. Every single day, I’d think, “It just can’t get better than this.” And yet, somehow, it did. We went on several safaris, explored different parks, stayed in unique places. But every day had the same vibe: FUN, CONNECTION, TOTAL ENTERTAINMENT, and QUALITY. So much quality.

From the guides to the staff, everyone treated us so well. We felt safe every step of the way, and at the same time, like we were at home – even though we were thousands of miles away from it!

I have nothing but good things to say about Afrikan Accent Adventure. I’d book with them again in a heartbeat, no doubt. I’m already recommending them to my friends and showing off all the amazing photos I got to take each day. These photos are a visual treasure I’ll keep for life. Thank you, Hellen, Nico, and John. You made this adventure one of the best ever. And I know there are many more adventures to come, but this one is now part of my VISUAL LEGACY – the richest legacy of all.

A very good safari company. I've been to the Serengeti a few times with Rumi Tanzania Safaris and every time it's been an experience. I do wildlife videos and will book this company again.

Godlisten Rumisha is patient, observant, with sharp, keen, eyes like an eagle.
5/5

Godlisten was the guide for the duration of our family safari to beautiful Tanzania in 2015. We traveled from Arusha to the Serengeti and back, stopping at National Parks along the way. It was a most unforgettable experience. Godlisten spotted wildlife we would not have seen otherwise, always positioning our vehicle to get the best view, answering all our questions with expert knowledge. he facilitated our smooth arrival at each of the overnight camps and made sure we were comfortable before retiring himself. Our vivid memories of the trip were made possible by his wonderful communication skills and attention to our needs. A very good value for the money invested.

Amazing and professional
5/5

We had an incredible six-day tour in Kenya. Our driver, Richard, was exceptionally professional and skilled; he is not only an experienced driver but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He navigated all conditions with ease! The staff at Eagle Safari were very helpful, and Daisy was particularly responsive.

The safari experience in Maasai Mara National Reserve was one of the best I’ve ever had. We saw numerous lions, five cheetahs, and even a leopard! I’ve done safaris on my own in Botswana and Namibia, but the Maasai Mara with Super Eagles truly amazed me. Richard’s deep knowledge of the reserve and his constant communication with other drivers on the radio made all the difference.

This trip exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend Super Eagles! 💜

Excellent agency, excellent quality and excellent value for money
5/5

My trip with Kili Sky safari was wonderful. Daniel immediately understood what I was interested in and fulfilled my wishes. Matthias, our guide, was very good and competent. We visited Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, local tribes, saw many animals. It was a very local and not very touristy tour as we were interested in. They organize tailor-made trips based on your needs and the prices are competitive. Thanks Daniel and Matthias.. I hope to see you again soon🥰
