Easy and safe way to travel
Our experience with the conpany was very positive. They arranged custom tour for us in very short time frame and everything went smoothly. Our driver took very good care of us and drove us safely around Madagascar even though the roads are not in very good condition. They have english speaking drivers for those whi don't speak french. Owner of the company is very active on whatsapp and Facebook, so it is veey easy to get information about tours. Would recommend.

The guide is very enthusiastic and the service is very professional
5 days of Safari, actually only 2 game rides, this is mainly because I didn't do my homework in advance
It includes a half-day visit to the Maasai village, which is a very bad experience. You are always asked to buy things or donate. If you don't do it, you will be threatened (I was the only one at the time, so it was really uncomfortable)
Compared to Lake Naivasha, it is more recommended to visit Lake Nakuru. In Naivasha, I clearly said that I wanted to go to Crescent Island, but it cost 50 dollars at the last minute, and I went to another place (later found out that it was actually free), which was quite speechless
Finally, if the locals find out that you are Chinese, they will always follow you to buy things, which is also a bit uncomfortable (if you say you are Japanese, or see other white people, this will not happen)
But the guide is still very professional throughout the journey, and the arrangements for each destination are also very thoughtful. It is also a memorable experience.

fraudulent safari tour
I have never experienced such a fraud safari. At the request of Solomon (head of SCB), we paid for the trip 4 months before the start of the trip (because he supposedly could reserve the best rooms in the lodges this way). For the first four days we were accommodated in construction site hotels (low-quality hotels) instead of the lodges explicitly offered in the offer. Furthermore, the guide was not provided with any money for the tour, but had to contact Solomon before each transaction. Since he "supposedly" had problems with the bank, we had to wait up to 4 hours for gas several times. Then just 10 liters were filled up. For around 70% of the tour we were on reserve fuel and always had to worry about whether we would stop because of a lack of petrol. This happened during a game drive in Queen Elizabeth Park. Solomon supposedly sent the guide on foot to a meeting point with a man who was bringing gas. We (my wife and I) had to spend over an hour alone, in the middle of the national park, without gas (in the middle of wild animals) wait until petrol is available to continue the journey. Then 10 liters were brought. The further refueling was usually between 5 and 12 liters so that you could possibly (if the conditions were good) go to the next lodge or Gas station is coming.
The second time we were in the middle of Bwindi NP on the route to Lake Bunyonyi, when once again the petrol was so low that the guide stopped the vehicle and begged Solomon for petrol. However, he only said that he had no money and sent 20,000 UGS (the equivalent of 5 euros). We would NEVER have made it through the remaining 2 1/2 hours of driving time. In order to prevent us from having to spend the night in the vehicle in the middle of the rainforest during the storm, I paid for gas from my travel fund. Due to the constant delays at the gas stations and lodges (waiting for money to be released), several activities were canceled or could not take place. Among other things, on the way from the lodge to a game drive in Lake Mburo NP, the game drive was canceled because the guide found out via telephone that Solomon had not paid the national park entry fee. When I asked why the entrance to the NP was not paid, he told me that the NP only offers zebras, antelopes and other common animals anyway. This statement alone is not worthy of a travel provider. With numerous contacts via WhatsApp, Solomon only had excuses as to why he wasn't sending money. To date, no compensation has been provided for the substandard hotels and missed activities. A police report was filed. I can prove everything

A truly unique experience, a perfect trip
We had an amazing trip with Morningstar doing 8 days/7 nights across Kenya.
Prior to the trip Joy was always prompt to reply and provide us with any relevant information. The whole process was very professional and felt well organised before we arrived.
Our guide, Willy, was fantastic - he always seemed to manage to position the vehicle in the right spot for where the animals were going to head. He moved along at our pace and had a knack of sensing when we might have needed a little more or a rest.
We saw every animal we wished to see - all of the big 6, ugly 5, wild dogs and more. Willy’s experience in knowing the regular routed of the animals and their behaviour was invaluable.
We had regular contact from Joy throughout, and Willy was also available on WhatsApp in the lodges when we were out through the week.
The land cruiser was spacious and comfortable, it had sockets to charge cameras/phones and reclining seats for the long drives between parks.
We feel we got fantastic value for money, all of the accommodation was of a high quality. The food throughout was varied and delicious, we never went hungry - my partner is a vegetarian and was well catered for at every hotel, with multiple options.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use morningstar again, and we certainly hope to return to Kenya with them again in the future.

The most incredible knowledgeable crew I've ever met & fun on safari journey!!
Wow! Amani, James & their crew! What can I say? I have total & utter gratitude for this amazing experience with them throughout our journeys here in mother Africa. Hiking up the mountain & traversing through the bush where the Serengeti starts the great migration of so many species. This was a lifetime experience. How grateful I was being with the best guides imaginable. Our safety was no question. High standards & integrity was number one! I'll be back to request these guides!

Adaptable Safari Operator (arranged a Tanzanian Safari)
I had a connection with Wilson Bisaso of Saso Uganda Safaris from 10 years ago, and I arranged a trip to Tanzania with him and Saso. Wilson and the folks in the Office were very patient with me as we worked through various versions of the itinerary.
I am a passionate wildlife photographer and Saso works with Zara Safaris in Tanzania. My guide, Eliud, was absolutely amazing! I spent two full days in the Ngorongoro Crater, six in the Serengeti and a brief visit to Lake Manyara. Eliud was fantastic in every way! He was very adaptable and willing to accommodate my desire for long days out in the vehicle. He also had an amazing eye for spotting, and communicated well with other guides on the CB radio in order to ensure the best sightings. He positioned the vehicle beautifully, and made sure I was in a great place to photograph the animals. I saw the big five, and had multiple sightings of all three big cats, including mothers with babies. Eliud was kind, caring, considerate and very, very fun to be with! I taught him some British slang and he taught me some Swahili. I cannot recommend Eliud enough! Thank you to Wilson and Saso for making this trip possible.
