5/5

Hi Cuan,
Thank you for organizing wonderful family trip for us. Six months ago I was planning trip to Cape town,Kruger,Victoria falls and Botswana. Your suggestions about flights,Hotels/lodges were right on mark. I was impressed with your prompt response to all my questions. Also you took care of arranging need for special meals at lodges and on flights. All transport and transfers were excellent.
We had excellent game viewing on Kruger and Botswana. Both places we spotted many lions, leopards, cheetah, elephants ,hippos,Zebras, giraffes, impalas. Our camp DumaTau in Botswana was impressive for game viewing. We had good luck of spotting lot of live actions in Arathusa safari lodge in Kruger and Dumatau In Botswana and Chobe bush lodge. Staff and services were nice at all lodges and camp.
We had big surprise in Johannesburg, when you were at hotel lobby. It was nice of you to take time to see us. I should also mention how quick you were getting back to me about flight information while we were in Kasane.
Now we are back home. I am going through all pictures. what a wonderful trip we had. We have done African safari trip before but this trip will go down on memory lane.We can't thank you enough, Cuan, for helping us have the most memorable of holidays. I thank you and our family thanks you as a whole. We would happily recommend this to our friends and family.

The Masai Mara safari experience is breathtaking!
Overall rating
5/5

The wildlife and scenery at the Masai Mara national reserve are simply phenomenal. Thankfully we were able to witness the migration which was truly the icing on the cake! The landscape is stunning, there's plenty of opportunity to see the big cats (we spotted lions and cheetah) as well as a lovely sprinkling of herbivores in the Mara landscape. I would highly recommend staying at the Serena Mara lodge. The rooms are lovely and the views are amazing. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious with plenty of choice for both vegetarians and meat lovers. We went on safari rides twice a day and the weather at both times was great for both the ride and photography. Our guide was great at bringing us to the right spots at the right time and that is key for a fulfilling safari experience. It is important to note that one must not disturb the wildlife while on safari and I think that is every tourist's responsibility. So please respect nature and just follow your guide's instructions. The highlights of the trip included watching the herbivores cross the Mara river, a Cheetah hunt, a lion pride feeding on an early morning kill and watching a lion and lioness in honeymoon! If you're going on safari you should be prepared for all kinds of weather from hot to cold and rainy and also remember that this is a physically challenging holiday, but also extremely rewarding. I promise you that if you go to the Masai Mara, you will not be disappointed.

We dealt with Kathi and she offered excellent advise, was prompt in her responses and very helpful
5/5

Everything was booked for us and the logistics worked perfectly. We were looking at 2 different lodges and were told about both and given recommendations. We chose Sabi Sabi Little Bush Camp and had the most wonderful experience in the bush.

A Well Done & Memorable Trip
5/5

A safari trip has always been on my travel list (bucket list to some) and I must say that Makasa Tanzanian Safaris managed to wow me on my 9-day tour of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. They not only booked my friends and I to see the best national parks but they had the most amazing Humphrey guide us on this adventure. I call it an adventure because we were never sure of what our surprise was going to be each day. From a herd of 20+ elephants crossing in front of vehicle to lions mating less than 30 meters away or a cheetah digging into his fresh caught kill, the sights just were breathtaking. Our trip was the smoothest from start to finish and the lodging selected in each of these areas were clean and comfortable. Maramboi tented camp was unique as it gave us the camp feel yet had all the amenities of a hotel. Both Sopa Lodges in Serengeti and Ngorongoro had unlimited views of the Serengeti Plains and the Ngorongoro Crater. Selma and her staff were very quick to respond to questions and handled bookings promptly. She and her family even took time to meet with us at breakfast in Moshi before sending us off on our journey.

All in all, they were very responsible and we felt well taken care of. I would recommend Makasa to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service
5/5

We had a great experience with African Welcome Safaris! They were referred to us by other friends who also used them and sang their praises. Kathi was wonderful - responsive to our needs and requests and provided fantastic recommendations. For the most part all of our travel and transfers went smoothly. The one hiccup we encountered was due to an airline cancellation and Kathi stepped in to ensure that all subsequent arrangements were adjusted accordingly, which was of tremendous help. Our safari was a once in a lifetime experience and the lodge was excellent - both in terms of experience and value.

I used spot Kenya Safaris to organize a safari for guests who were coming to Kenya for my wedding. They were very easy to work with and completely professional. My guests all enjoyed the safari and had a wonderful experience.

The best way to go safari
5/5

Flexible and great, the whole way from ordering to servicing us after we came home. We even had a sick day during the safari, but KET made arrangements so we could swap hotels and that without costs. Our driver (Lucky) Tony was great, took some drives the others didn't so we got to see the big 5 and many more. We went for private tour and Land Rover, I'd say that's vital for the flexibility and comfort. During our couple of weeks stay around Kenya this was definitely the highlight.

Kilimanjaro Private Climb
5/5

We had a wonderful experience with the Discover Africa team on our trip to Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to head down early and their team were most helpful in arranging exciting new options for us while we waited to travel to the rest of our holiday destinations. Overall a sensational trip and all round excellent service.

A life changing experience in the best possible way
5/5

We have been traveling with Cross Country Air Safari's for the past 9 years, and to say it started out fantastic and just keeps getting better would be an understatement. Being in a wheelchair every effort was made to make sure the camps/hotels are suitable and all arrangement's from the moment we land until the time we leave are taken care of very professionally. Nothing is to much trouble! CCAS tailor made our safari's to some of the most exquisite game viewing and scenery on the planet and all with a nice personal touch :) cannot recommend CCAS enough +++++
