Horriable experience! Do not select it as the whole company is cheating you all the way !
Do not book with Qualified Tours Tanzania; it was a terrible experience. My friends and I traveled to East Africa in May 2024 through this agency. They defrauded me of $2000, which has not been returned to date. The $2000 was divided into two parts: one part was for a night's hotel in Zanzibar that the agency failed to book, and they asked me to cover the cost with the promise of reimbursing me later; the other part was for the entrance fees and overnight charges at the Serengeti and the crater, where the agency claimed a system error prevented them from making the reservation and asked me to pay with my card, again promising reimbursement. Since returning home, I have been urging them to return the fees, but after five months, I have not received any payment.
Do not book with this company; you will become as miserable as me !!!!!
I promise what i said is 100% percent ture!!!!!!

He was extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient. His years of experience is obvious immediately.
From the moment I had contact with Brenda I was impressed by her style. She was communicative, efficient and always pleasant.
I think the price for the trip was very fair. We were picked up in Itigi and took a long drive to Tarangire. It was not the chore I thought it would be. Kakasii made it interesting and pleasant. Our lodge (Tarangire Simba) was luxurious and comfortable. The food was delicious. We were treated to a herd of elephants and zebra when we sat on the patio. Our game drives were chock full of sights. No shortage of animals. It was a pleasant surprise that we had opportunity to stop at comfortable rest areas with tables and clean bathrooms. Kakasii timed everything perfectly.
We saw the Ngorongoro Crater which was very different than where we had been. At first glance I didn't think there would be as much to see. I was so wrong. We saw huge herds of Zebras, Cape Buffalo, Wildebeast among others. The icing on the cake were the lions. We waited a while when they were hiding in the brush. Eventually the gorgeous male with his huge mane got up to take a walk and two females and two cubs followed giving us a phenomenal show.
Before going to the airport I was happy to have lunch with Kakasii, Brenda and their son Max.

Incredible!
A huge thank you to Suricata Safaris for this unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect. The support is excellent and the teams are attentive. We started our stay (at our request during the briefing the day before our safari) with a visit to the city of Arusha with a guide and then we did 5 days of safari with another guide. Our visit to Arusha was tailor-made according to our wishes. We then discovered Tarangire Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara during the safari. We had the chance to observe the wildlife very closely thanks to our great guide Mandela who knows the region perfectly. We stayed in campsites which allows us to be in the heart of nature and see wild animals such as zebras for example next to our tent at night. The meals are plentiful and varied. Chef James followed us throughout the safari to prepare excellent meals for us. I highly recommend Suricata Safaris! Thank you to the whole team!!

An unforgettable trip
This was a very memorable trip. When we communicated about the itinerary in the early stage, Steve responded very promptly and his Chinese was excellent. Our trip lasted for 9 days and 8 nights, during which we had many experiences that were new to us, such as the hot air balloon safari in the Masai Mara grassland, where we saw rhinos, leopards, lions, etc. Our guide, Naf, was also very easy-going and did his best to meet our requirements. This is definitely an unforgettable trip.

It was an amazing adventurous tour. Love to do it again. The hospitality, the driver guide Max, the Chef Samson were amazing. The food was excellent and on time. The tours were also on time and very well organized. We were fortunate to be in this group and had lots of fun camping and seeing all the animals on our checklist. Great Work!!!

Fexible, organised, experienced and well prepared tour Operator.
The experience of the safari was incredible. Everything went smoothly. We got picked up on time every day.
We would recommend to stay at the serengeti national park not only for one day but two. There we saw a lot of special animals and even their babys which is very rare. One highlight was the leopard with his baby. To see all the the animals that we saw wouldnt be possible without an experienced guide. We had a great one called „Mandarin“.
Also the food that was cooked for us was very delicious. Everyday there was something different to eat even for vegetarians. Our cooking chief was called „Pascal“. We also recommend going in a group because the long distances between the parks would be very boring if you’re alone with your partner.
All in all it was a great experience that we will never forget.
Besides the safari we would also recommend going on the coffee plantage tour. There we had a nice tour of an local that showed us the materuni waterfalls and explained us how the „chaga“ tribe lives. After that we had the best lunch we had on the entire trip wirh local foods. After lunch we got to experience how traditional coffee was made and could taste our selfmade coffee. Also here went everything smoothly.
With African Serengeti Tours (company) you could always talk about modifications of your tour and pick up locations or drop off locations. After the whole six days our guide dropped us of at moshi where we wanted to stay one night instead of arusha how it was originally planned.
Overall the price of 950€ per person is reasonable and we would do it again. Sleeping in tents wasnt that bad. Only negative about the trip were the toilets and showers in the nationalparks where you would stay overnight. But it was also possible so dont worry.
