Friendly, organized and very well informed.
We were booked on a double gorilla trekking experience in Rwanda and Uganda. Dickson, the tour operator was helpful every step of the way, including prior to us finalizing our booking. Norman, our private tour guide did an amazing job. We loved our tour and will certainly book again with Hooves of Africa. I highly recommend them. Both Dickson and Norman take customer service very seriously and pride themselves on giving their clients the best experience ever. They definitely made the trip a huge success. They are very reliable and well informed.

Very caring and informative
Anthony was such an amazing guide and driver who took great care of us! He was so informative about the culture and the animals and ensured we managed to see the big 5. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tour to book with Baboon Safaris!

Great experience in Tsavo east & taita hills
We booked a 3 day tour going to Taita hills and Tsavo east. We chose this specific because we wanted to stay in the salt lick lodge for 1 night. This was a really good experience and we had the chance to spot a lot of elephants and other animals at the water pool. Our second night we spent in Tsavo east and also this was a very nice accomodations with a swimming pool and views on the national park. Rooms and food were great at both places.
The game drives itself were also really nice. We were able to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, antilopes, gazelles, giraffes, zebra's, etc. Our guide Mike really tried his best to show us as many animals as possible. He also shared a lot of information with us about the animals, the parks and Kenya in general. It was a very good experience.
Be aware that Tsavo east is a very big park and there are a lot of areas that are not reachable by car so you need to be more lucky to be able to spot the animals from up close than in other places. But it's better for the animals this way and the nature and views in this park are really beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this trip.

Very flexibel and well organized, perfect safari with good value for your money!
We were with a big group of medical students (11) and did a 4 day masai mara only safari. The tour company was very flexible and fast with replies. We could personalize the tour exactly how we wanted it and even got a pick-up in Eldoret. The accommodation was clean with very friendly staff. The packed lunches were plentiful and nice and the African breakfast and dinner was great.
Our tour guides Robin and Denis were amazing! They helped us very much with our entrance in to the park and went above and beyond to show us as much as possible in 2 days. The cars were very luxurious and our trip went smoothly the entire time. Our biggest highlight was the leopard, which we couldn’t have seen without their knowledge and expertise.
Overall we had an amazing experience that felt like a luxury safari for a budget price! Asante sana Robin and Denis!

Available, supportive, fully transparent!
Did a fantastic couple 4 days trip in Uganda with 1 day gorilla trekking in Bwindi, 1 day of cultural walk and, and stop and gos in Entebbe.
We chose Uzuri Uganda Safari for our trip and got the best possible service from Edris, who detailed our itinerary taking great care, Joachim, who guided us on the ground in Bwindi and surrounding areas, and Lovy, who picked us in Entebbe.
The team was always available and flexible to our asks, supported us with our followups very timely via WhatsApp and calls, and was always on time… making our experience in Uganda smooth and even more special!
Thanks Edris, Joachim and Lovy!

Morning Star is a big cheater.
Morning Star is a big cheater. They owe me a total refund of $8,372 which hasn't been returned yet. During the process, they kept telling us that they would transfer the money to us, but they kept delaying it. It has been almost a month since the trip ended, but we still haven’t seen the remittance.
I would like to ask if this company still has any integrity and if it is so difficult to bear its own mistakes. Why should tourists pay for your so-called hacker mistakes? This is outrageous.

Awesome
We spent our fabulous honeymoon in Tanzania with Musa of Gecko Adventure Tanzania. Everything about this trip was perfect, from the moment we arrived in JNIA to our departure we were treated like royalty.
Our guide Musa was the star of the trip, he knew the Selous like the back of his hand, he took us on a life journey as we explored different sections of the expansive park. One can hardly believe that the five days we were there were not enough to cover the park. There was harsly any other human traffic and this gave us the utmost privacy and time to enjoy the park without interruptions. The boat ride and fishing outing on Rufiji River were awesome.
There was so much to see and we really had an awesome safari. Thank you Rama for organizing such a romantic getaway away from the crowds.
We will cherish these memories forever!

Reliable
We arranged privat transport via Grassrootz to visit projectorganisations in different cities in Uganda for our work. Our driver was always in time and was willing to stop wherever we wanted it. He drove save which is very important as the roads are sometimes very tough.
I also booked a gorrila and chimpansee track with Grassrootz. I was happy with the Gorilla track. I asked for the same driver and he put me in a group of people who visited the gorilla family who was most habituated. So I was really happy. For the chimps I was slighly less lucky. I only caught them sitting in the very top end of the tree so it was very hard to have a look at them. So for me this chimps trach was not good value for money, but I understand that this is part of nature!

Nothing was too much trouble for Josh Dreamland Safaris
We were a party of 5 from Wales, UK and have just returned from an incredible 5 day, 4 night safari with Josh Dreamland Safaris. We flew into the Serengeti and then travelled back to Arusha through the Ngorogoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Our guide was Dickson who was very knowledgeable about the animals, fauna & flora. We saw lots of animals and stayed in fantastic lodges.
Angel from HQ arranged everything for us. With all the online fraud and scams it was a bit concerning sending large sums of money to the company prior to leaving the UK. However, Angel was in touch all the way through the process and we were picked up from our hotel for our flight from Zanzibar to Seronera and we were greeted by our guide at the airport to start our safari. Lizbet who works with Angel at HO on reservations accompanied us on our safari to experience first hand the safari and accommodation so that they could all improve the customer experience at the reservation stage. So well done Josh Dreamland for this initiative. Lizbet was a joy to have along on the trip with us.
When we were doing our research into visiting the Serengeti, the end of October didn’t seem to be the best time to visit. However, approximately 40% of the migrating animals had returned so there were plenty of zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and gazelles to see. Furthermore, we saw so many lions we lost count, along with a cheetah, a leopard up a tree with its kill, hyenas, elephants, giraffes and warthogs galore. A lot of the animals had recently had their young, which added to the experience. We saw Rhino in both the serengeti and the crater, albeit at a distance.
Tarangire is the park of elephants and it certainly didn’t disappoint. A herd of over 100 elephants were at the riverside and watching the baby elephants playing and being mischievous was a joy. A pack of 8 hyenas also had a staring role whilst they rolled in a mud pool following a recent kill, taking turns at chasing off the vultures waiting for the last pickings. However, as we were leaving for the day we were fortunate to come across a pride of 8 lions very actively getting ready to hunt. They put on quite the display for us, and came so close I actually closed the truck window! Fortunately the zebras got away on this occasion.
Thank you Josh Dreamland we had a fantastic trip.
