Complete, attentive and caring
5/5

My mum and me traveled around Uganda for 10 days. From the day 1, our guides Samuel and Simon were the most attentive guides we could ever ask for. The trip was flexible so that we could fulfil our expectations despite very very few encounters with the heavy rain expected during this month. Nonetheless, we enjoyed so much our trip. It didn't only meet our expectations but overcome them.

Of note, it was my birthday the first day of the tour, and they even got me a cake. This is a small sample about how sweet they were.

There was a bit if miscommunication about what we thought it was planned and what it was actually planned for us, but our guides made everything possible so that we could actually enjoy all the activities we had in mind.

We not only enjoyed but also learnt a lot about the animals we encountered. And also let's not forget about birds, which were among the main characters of our trip and about which our guides knew so much.

I would definitely recommend to visit Uganda, it is indeed the Pearl of Africa, and also, Lulu Safaris to show you the treasures among its land.

Incredible and Unique
5/5

Meektrails arranged an incredible and unique African safari adventure for us. Our expert guide, Philip, ensured we had the best experiences wherver we went. All the lodges Meektrails arranged for our stay in Kenya were excellent - Amboseli Sentrim was our favourite.

Philip arranged for us to try a range of local food, including tilapia with spinach and oogali. He made us feel safe and comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable.

Our 8-day trip took us travelling across Kenya, from Amboseli to the Maasi Mara. A particular and recommended highlight was our cycling and walking safari in Hell's Gate National Park. I would have loves to have spent a full day there.

We were spoilt at the Zebra Plains Lodge in the Maasi Mara with a birthday cake, traditional singing and dancing and a private meal. The lodge provides the perfect location for sitting with a drink in hand to watch the sun go down over the savannah.

Well done Gadson from Meektrails for your part in arranging our trip, and a big thank you to our guide, Philip.

I highly recommend Meektrails to anyone wanting to visit Kenya.

Gosheni -- providing an unforgettable safari experience
5/5

Gosheni made our bucket list trip dreams come true, providing a safari adventure that surpassed all of our expectations!! Their professionalism and attention to detail, clear coordination and communication, extremely knowledgable and hospitable guide, and willingness to personalize our safari was unlike any we’ve experienced before.

Everything started with communicating with Herman to plan and personalize our trip. He did a spectacular job at ensuring we’d experience the best of Tanzania while not feeling rushed. Herman even met with us our first day in-country to ensure we were refreshed on every detail of our upcoming adventure.

Our guide, Laban, became a fantastic friend by the end of the trip. He provided unparalleled service, knowledge, and was extremely welcoming, warm, and friendly from the moment we met. He truly made our experience unforgettable and a ton of fun. Laban was adept at finding animals and because of him, we were able to see everything we dreamt of and more. It was immediately clear to us why Laban has earned so many impressive accolades. Laban was very generous and excited to provide us with unique and personalized experiences throughout our adventure. Lastly, he taught us a lot about the language and wonderful culture of Tanzania, demonstrating his passion for sharing knowledge and helping to immerse us in the experience.

Gosheni as a tour operator also sticks out from the rest. Their 4x4 vehicles are in impeccable condition, extremely clean, comfortable, and reliable. You’ll enjoy the air conditioning for long drives, which most safari vehicles lack—and their specially-designed windows and pop-up roofs offer unrestricted visibility. Something else that stuck out about Gosheni is that our guide set up a full picnic lunch with a tablecloth, plates, and a hot multi-course meal, while almost every other safari group we saw had a paper box lunch. We felt incredibly lucky and this was truly a huge step above all other tour operators.

AMAZING
5/5

It was the most amazing experience in my life. The Serengeti park and Ngorongoro crater is just so beautiful. The trip was from other world. The guide Amiri was the best of all times! And the chef James was incredible. If I could, I would repeat next weekend as well.

Once in a lifetime experience!
5/5

Yesterday we returned from our trip to Rwanda and Uganda via Frena Adventures and hosted by Ronald (what a guy!!!). We spent the first day with Golden Monkeys and the second day with the Mountain gorillas. It was without a doubt the best trip of our lives (and we try to go away as much as we can). Ronald was an absolute legend, he made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. He knew when we needed to rest and when we wanted a good chat. He also had some big tunes playing in the car when we needed it!!. It wouldn’t have been the same trip without Ronald and Frena. Our plan is to go back again when we can to see the chimps.

We had an unforgettable experience in the Serengeti with Ngao Africa.
5/5

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Serengeti with Mosses. He provided exceptional service. He contacted us in advance providing us with information we needed to prepare for the tour. He picked us up as planned the morning of our departure from Mwanza. We were a party of 3 colleagues working in a project together in Mwanza. We had a weekend available, so we took advantage of this and went to Serengeti with Mosses. We saw the migrating wildebeest, a cheetah that was eating a gazelle that it had just killed, a pride of 6 female lions, as well as 4 large male lions, plenty of zebra, giraffe, elephants, and a spitting cobra on the road. Mosses was patient and persistent in guiding us through the park to see these creatures. We arrived at our lodge in good time for a nice dinner together. We were up early the next morning for another full day of touring before returning to Mwanza. Mosses was kind and patient with our questions throughout the tour. I highly recommend this company to any visitors to Tanzania.
