I can only say, thank you for this amazing trip. All was perfect. Leopard, the best driver, and Everest speakes very good german. We goes from Nyerere N.P. to Ruah N.P for 5 days by Jeep. It was a amazing expierienze. We see a lot of animals, all the peopels are so kindly in every Lodge we were. The food was very good there. Thank you so much for this beautiful trip. This was the second time that we go with Matata. We will come back next year again!

Exceptional Safari Experience with Personalized Service
Our experience with this tour company was exceptional from start to finish. Communication beforehand was top-notch; they addressed all our questions and offered accommodations of our choice. Upon arrival, we were picked up and transported to our hotel, and throughout the trip, they were very attentive to our needs.
During the safari, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions about the animals, culture, and the country. The lunches provided were always warm, freshly cooked by the lodges, and served very cleanly with tablecloths, cutlery, and plates.
The jeeps were in excellent condition, cleaned inside daily, and stocked with enough water and fruit for the journey. Our trip took us from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, then to Serengeti National Park, and finally to Ngorongoro National Park, including the Ngorongoro Crater, before returning.
We were a group of eight, split into two jeeps, and they even organized a German-speaking guide to accompany us. The drivers were very polite and always ensured we were comfortable. We learned a lot and had many laughs along the way.
We definitely recommend this tour company and would book with them again. Compared to other safari providers, we felt we had the best guides. It’s a small family-run business, which added a personal touch to the entire experience.

As a group of 10 Ugandan friends, we embarked on a 3-day adventure to Queen Elizabeth National Park with Deluxe Vacations Uganda Ltd, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Although we are all born and raised in Uganda, none of us had ever imagined that our country could be as stunning as we experienced. From the moment we started our journey, it was clear that this trip would be one to remember.
Deluxe Vacations Uganda did an outstanding job organizing every detail of our tour. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire experience memorable. Our guide James, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel comfortable and excited throughout the trip. We learned so much about the wildlife, culture, and history of the area, and it truly gave us a new appreciation for the beauty of Uganda.
Queen Elizabeth National Park itself was breathtaking. We saw a wide variety of animals including a pride of lions, elephants, buffalo, and so much more and the landscapes were absolutely stunning especially the baboon cliff. One of the highlights was the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where we got up close to hippos, crocodiles, and countless birds. The beauty of the park exceeded our expectations in every way.
What made this trip even more memorable was the personalized touch from Deluxe Vacations. They made sure everything ran smoothly, from the comfortable transportation to the well-organized meals and accommodations. Had a great time!!
Traveled with John Malley in several reserves around Tanzania. John was great - set up for us the whole trip, exactly as we wanted it. Was very knowledgeable and professional and, of course, very good company.
He also took care of everything if there were problems with the car, etc.
And - a great spotter! Always found the most interesting things to see.

I went on a 7-day tour with Kenmara Tour Operators Ltd. We explore Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell's Gate, and Amboseli Park. Each park was the best , giving us unforgettable experiences.
The value for our money exceeded our expectations, making every moment truly worthwhile.

"It was a great experience to see various animals
The booking process was smooth, and the response from the person in charge was quick, which was great. Also, Serengeti Smile provided great cars and guides, and their quote was the most affordable among those I received. And the guide made a great effort to help us take good photos and showed us the Big Five along with many other animals
However, there are some disappointing points.
First of all, the person from the office initially mentioned that a tip of 2 to 5 USD per person per day for the guide would be sufficient,
but the guide asked for a tip of 15 USD per person per day.
Secondly, they promised to provide binoculars, but none were available.
Additionally the guide seemed very tired from the long drive, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience together.
Lastly, they didn't inform me in advance that the flight time had changed on the last day even though they were able to contact me by whatsapp.
Aside from these few situations, it was an enjoyable trip. Serengeti Smile made their best effort to provide a great experience, but our trip ultimately depended on the individual guide.

Efficient and personalised service
We had Beverlyn from Hartebeest plan our holiday for us at Masai Mara.She did such a fantastic job with logistics and accommodation at Nairobi and Masai Mara.
She organised our all inclusive trip at such a great deal. What a fantastic and memorable holiday it was. Will definitely be using her services in our future travels to Africa wherever she can assist.
I had no problems communicating with her as she was always prompt in her reply. Everything went as planned without a single hiccup. Great service.!
