Fantastic guide and experience.
We booked our safari through East African Safari, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and the communication was excellent. Our guide Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, pointing out animals and sharing interesting facts about the parks. The itinerary was perfect—we visited Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, and saw an incredible variety of wildlife. The accommodations they chose were fantastic, and they made sure every detail was taken care of. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely book with them again!

An exciting safari adventure
We had an amazing time. Our Guide Tumi was very knowledgeable about the animals and plants of the safari. We spotted 4 of the big 5. Lions, elephants, rhinos, and a leopard. It was a really great experience. I definitely recommend MoAfrica tours to anyone who visits South Africa. They are professional, the customer service is excellent and the guides are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tour Operator Seeking Financial protection - Beware when booking trips!
I reserved a Safari tour (November 22 - 24) in Kruger National Park via a travel agent through East Cape Tours. The tour was absolutely amazing, we will be back! The travel agent we worked with really helped us book our tour with a game lodge in Kruger National Park and the trip was once in a lifetime experience, we will be back. She was amazingly helpful also with advice and assisted with lodging and transportation to and from the airport.
Unfortunately, on the the day we began traveling to South Africa from the United States, a director of the company reached out to inform me that they did not use our funds paid to actually pay our lodging, and although we did have our lodging confirmed, we would also need to pay the lodge upon arrival. We did and it was an absolutely amazing experience.
The company has since filed for voluntary liquidation liquidation as noted in the link below. It’s disappointing that this occurred, less than three weeks from when we paid for our travel. Travelers should exercise judgment.

The tour itself was amazing and the agent was professional and communicative. But the financial difficulties that the company has incurred has led me to be out more 56,000 ZAR (about $3,300 USD) is disappointing. At this time, despite numerous requests to refund my payment, the company has refused to do so. It’s unclear whether I will be able to recover these funds at the time of this post.
