Perfect
I have used Lilac Adventures 2 times and will use them again when I return to Eastern Africa. I am from the United States and found they are easy to communicate with, they provide timely communications and can put together complicated itineraries for big groups.
I especially like their on ground tour guides and drivers. We were always met with smiles and given great information to enrich out trip. You can't go wrong with Lilac!

It was a joy to experience the wildlife, culture and spaciousness of Tanzania on our EASTCO safari.
My husband and I traveled on a 12 day custom safari with EASTCO in Oct/Nov 2013. We were very happy with all aspects of the trip. We had a wonderful time with our driver James. He really made the trip a memorable experience for us. We started our safari at Lake Victoria and visited the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and Arusha Park. We stayed in a mixture of tented camps and lodges and were pleased with all of them especially the camp in the Serengeti and Boundary Hill in Tarangire. We saw so much; a lion kill a zebra, an abundance of cats, lion cubs playing, a rare sighting of a caracal, so many monkeys, herds of elephants , and so much more. We also had some very interesting cultural visits; a fishing village on Lake Victoria, a Maasai boma, and a school. Overall, it was a very great experience, James and everyone at EASTCO gave us a wonderful trip that we will never forget

African bush - the best place to be...
I have been to Botswana a couple of times for more or less days with other tour operators before who were absolutely fine but the trip with African Adventure Safaris in person of Anthony Washford “Ant” just outranges any of my former experiences. Why is that? It is a mixture of the places that Ant has chosen for his tour which are for the major part unspoiled. The Central Kalahari and the Nxai Pan are just mind-blowing with so much to see topped by camping wild in relative loneliness but also for the more known places like Savuti or Moremi Ant has chosen real great spots to camp. Ant himself is not just a great host who has an amazing knowledge and a passion for the bush and its animals that you cannot resist but I also would like to mention that it was amazing to see how he interacts with the locals with a good mixture of respect, humor and kindness – they just love him. Most of us don´t want to go on holidays without good food – Ant is a good cook, don´t worry about this! I had a blast sitting on the camp fire after dinner, listening to the sound of the bush or to one of Ant´s stories. I have been in Africa for like 12 times and I if should make a guess – I would recommend African Adventure Safaris and so Ant (I´ll go to Madagaskar with his company in next March)! It is the places you go but since you cannot force nature or weather it is also the company/the guide on your side who makes your trip memorable.

Wild Wings Safaris - Never ceases to amaze me
Being my Fifth booking through Wild Wings Safaris , I already knew that my adventure would be one to remember. Once again , Dianne from Wild Wings organised Everything , from internal flights, accomodation, transfers and everything in between. This time I opted for a 4 day stay in Balule with everything included ,including game drives and meals , from there I spent 4 days in the Kruger National Park on a spectacular Wild Wings Safari. Simon our guide was amazing , full of knowledge , a wonderful cook , great sense of humour ,he really knows how to make your stay a memorable one.The game viewing was incredible , Simon always doing his best to please everybody.
Dianne also organised my following few days in zimbabwe , spending time in Hwange NP and Mana Pools NP. I was totally blown away by my whole trip , Dianne , Simon and Wild wings Safaris never cease to amaze me , always living up to, and beyond, my expectations. Thankyou so much for once again giving me so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Your The Best.

Camping on the Salt Flats in Makgadikgadi
We stayed at Planet Baobab lodge near Gweta. Funky place, with great people. It's hard to believe that it is owned by the same group that owns Jack's Camp a few miles away. The best thing about camping on the salt pans is the TOTAL isolation. We never saw another person during the 30 hours we spent on the pans. And as the sun set, our shadows just kept getting longer.

Review about Zambezi National Park by Luke Brown
The Zambezi National Park lies upstream from Victoria Falls and runs in linear fashion along the edge of the Zambezi river for some 30-40km. It is a beautiful park and is home to elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffe, zebra and more. You will typically have a softer safari experience here than you would in Hwange, Gonarezhou or Mana Pools, but because it is close to Victoria Falls it is a popular spot for a game drive or boat cruise. Birding is also good here.

Review about Hwange National Park by Luke Brown
Hwange is Zimbabwe's biggest National Park and also its premier safari destination. It's proximity to Victoria Falls makes it accessible and popular to the international safari seeker. Hwange is home to all of the big five and sightings of large herds of elephant and buffalo are common, as are good viewings of lion, leopard and wild dogs. It is also a great place to see the amazing Sable antelope in some of their biggest numbers. The park has many waterholes that the wildlife likes to congregate around, especially during the afternoon heat. Hwange is largely flat country interspersed with grassland, teak and mopane tree forest. This park is not as spectacular in terms of scenic beauty as Gonarezhou, Matusadona and Mana Pools, but the abundance of game and birdlife more than make up for this.

Review about Victoria Falls by Luke Brown
Victoria Falls is Zimbabwe's and Africa's adventure capital and of course a natural world wonder. When you travel to southern Africa you simply have to see Victoria Falls. They are the largest continuously falling curtain of water in the world. To see them is incredible and you cannot help, but stop and stare at them for hours. There is plenty of flora and fauna in the rain forest area. Look out for the Trumpeter Hornbills flying overhead. In the nearby Zambezi National park you can see wild buffalo, elephants, hippos and more.
