Awesome Amboseli Trip
5/5

I wish to congratulate Helinas Safari for their good work, My family and l visited Amboseli and we had a beautiful tym, went for game drive and it was lots of fun. The hotel was 5* with excellent Service and plenty of delicacies. We dnt mind taking another tour with Helinas Safari cos we found it very easy to travel as all arrangements were made on our behalf and ours was only to present ourselves. On behalf of my Family l'd wish to congratulate the Helinas and Pray that God blesses them as they save Families the trouble of planning Safaris. For those who only see Helinas Safari adverts and nvr bother to knw what they do as l used to, kindly give them a call to find out abt their packages and you'll be surprised how easy they'll make your travel.

Best valentine experience
4/5

My fiancé and I had a memorable getaway to Zanzibar coutersy of Helinas safaris. They arranged all the ground work and hotel options. They provided us with a tour to stone town and the rest of Zanzibar Island, the scenery was magnificent and a must see for everyone. It truly was the best trip ever.

Excellent and knowledgeable guides enabled perfect viewing of the Big 5
4/5

Communication and service were great, and overall enjoyed our experience. Ultimately everyone's goal is to see the big 5, and we saw them all and more thanks to the determination and expertise of our guides. They understood the tricks and necessities to navigate the park at the right time as well as the right places to see the different wildlife, while avoiding super crowded areas. Certain services, such as walk-about and night drive, are not allowed by private guides within Kruger - but Ryan arranged these tours on our behalf with the in-house park rangers.

Accommodations were exactly as expected - however, we were completely blow away and happily surprised by the additional hospitality when our guides prepared our meals the entire time we were in the park.

The overall logistics were convenient and helpful. They picked us up in Jo-burg, transporting us all the way to Kruger National Park. The drive and scenery and additional information along the journey were wonderful. They also drove us back to Jo-burg and dropped us off at the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight.

One downside was being in an enclosed vehicle the whole time, rather than the perceived experience of "open vehicle safari"; however, the enclosed vehicle enabled them to provide the Jo-Burg pick up and drop off, so that was a trade-off we proactively chose. Ultimately, the enclosed vehicle did not prohibit our views nor the overall experience of the safari.

We were very happy with our experience and would recommend to others looking for a great safari experience within the national park.

Panoramic, Animal Interaction & Kruger
5/5

My sister and I went on safari with Andy and Bubezi and had spectacular time. We did the 6-Day Family Panoramic, Animal Interaction & Kruger Park and then added a visit to Moholoholo Wildlife Rehab and an extra day in Kruger. Andy was fantastic in responding to my endless emails. I think we exchanged 20+ emails prior to the trip. The advantage with booking with a small company, like Bubezi, is the personal touch. Andy has the knowledge, passion, warmth, and sense of humor that make for an ideal guide. He took us to different sections of Kruger each day and saw the many different biomes that make up the park. We also got to experience stopping at the other camps in Kruger for meals, bathroom breaks, and the museums.
Andy met us at the airport in Johannesburg with a sign with our names on it and then drove us in his SUV to the Protea Hotel Centurion for the first night. If was a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. The next day we drove the Panoramic route. The highlights were God's Windows, Bourke's Luck Potholes, and the three Rondavels. We arrived at Tshukudu Private Game Reserve and saw Rhinos right in front of the camp! That evening we went on a sundown safari and ended up walking with Entombe the cheetah. She let us pet her and drank water from our hands then we walked with her for almost an hour. The next day we went on the walking safari and saw the two cheetah brothers with a freshly killed impala. We got to watch them eat from 15 feet away. It was breathtaking.
We then proceeded to Kruger where we swapped out the SUV for an open-sided safari vehicle. We spent two nights at Satara Camp and two at Skukuza Camp. Both camps had excellent restaurants, Mug and Bean and Cattlemen Steakhouse respectively. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. They were were lovely cottages with thatched roofs and had excellent air conditioning. We also saw numerous animals inside the camp; warthogs, vervet monkeys, African wild cats, and small antelope. When we went out into Kruger we saw the Big 5, which included lions walking right in front of our vehicle, a herd of several hundred buffalo, baby elephants, and a bull elephant in musht. We also had close sightings of hyena and the critically endangered ground hornbill. Our last day we went to Hazyview Elephant sanctuary. We got to interact with large bull elephant named Casper. We got to touch his ears, tail, elbows, trunk, and tongue. We then got to walk hand in trunk with him.
Andy was a fantastic guide and host and made our vacation memories last a lifetime. I would highly recommend Andy and Bubezi Safaris to everyone.

What's more amazing than walking in a fabulous park and quickly find themselves on the brink of a upsetting waterfall?

This is what you can feel like visiting this beautiful park, rich of animals and exceptional views!

Gorgeous scene of African plains with lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Luckily you would see those powerful predators hunting. Beautiful place for landscape photography.
