Well designed and implemented tour with trustworthy company
We planned a two-week Tanzania tour with SafariBig5, consisting of Safari in four parks and visit to Stone Town with subsequent relaxation in Melia Zanzibar. Communications with the group was easy and efficient, they properly confirmed our payments as soon as received and issued receipts and confirmations. Our driver Nurdin picked us up at JRO Airport and did an excellent job on Safari, we saw all of the Big 5 Animals rather close.
Accomodations were generally good, as well as food. Aranged transfer via FlighLink from Arusha to Zanzibar worked well on a small plane, was a pleasant experience on this aircraft. Melia Zanzibar has excellent location, very accomodating and pleasant resort to relax on Zanzibar.

The best eyes of Serengeti!
Godson is a very well experienced and very professional guide. He plans your trip following your whishes and adapts the plans very easily (we had to change plans 3 weeks before the trip due to an injury). He is a very nice person and very funny making the journeys in the car easy going. He has an anormous knowledge about animals (including birds!!) and flora and shares his know how. We've learnt a lot about masai traditions too.
Very efficient answering emails and preparing the trip beforehand. He helped us a lot with our lost luggagge before starting the safari.
In summary, we are very happy to have met and make our trip with Godson. Traveling with your partner, with your family or friends, we definately recommend him to help you organising your safari! He will always propose the best option for you!

Reliable driver and guide
Well organised tour guide who is able to provide reasonably priced transport from fort portal to the chimp tracking, wetland reserve walks and transfer to Kampala and Entebbe. Friendly and approachable.

Ronald went above and beyond to make us all safe and comfortable. He worked very hard every day of the 13 day safari and I recommend him to anyone that is planning a trip to Uganda. I told him as I do here again-every day is/was paradise on the Kajie Safari!:) it was crazy fun and beautiful! I wanted wild and rugged and it was!

Michelle is great to work with and knows what she's talking about first hand
This was our second Sun Safaris experience and we honestly didn't see how Michelle could surpass our first trip two years. Somehow she did! Working with Michelle is a pleasure....she knows the areas first hand and guided the itinerary in a direction that met our expectations and complimented our last trip, rather than repeating what we'd experienced before.
We aren't easy clients to work with; our initial ideas were all over the place (Zambia, Zimbabwe, maybe Namibia??) but she helped us sort everythibg out and we ended up with a 10-day safari to Botswana that was fantastic -- after spending a lot of time on itineraries in the aforementioned countries. Why she didn't "fire" us, I will never know. It's a true sign of her professionalism!
We are singing her praises to all our friends. Sun Safaris is a five-star operation!

Wonderfull safari!
We booked everything in advance in The Netherlands. Emma was very helpful and based on her advice we did a 6 days safari. Our guide Dave picked us up and we visited Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Nogonrongoro Crater and the Serengeti. It is hard to choose the most beautiful park so we don't! The safari was amazing, everything was perfect. Our guide, the jeep, the accomodations, everything were very nice! Dave was very kind and knew everything about the animals, villages, nature and things we saw. We came back with lots of nice pictures and movies, great memories and a very very big smile!

Excellent trip to Pilanesberg National Park / Black Rhino reserve
This is a very professional outfit. The consultant, Michelle Miller was very helpful, answering all my questions. The iterinary and invoice were sent before the trip even though I booked at the last minute.
The drivers were punctual, courteous and helpful. The driver on the return leg went out of his way to arrange for a helper so that I can be back at the hotel in time for my dinner appointment.
The hosts at Pilanesberg pirate lodge, Hendrix and Petra were immaculate, knowledgeable and ensured that my stay was comfortable and memorable. I would return again in future!
