We are grateful for their guidance and care
Our 5 days trekking experience with Williamson. Climbing Kilimanjaro via the Marangu Route with Williamson Adventures was a life-changing experience. Our guides Maick and Yusuph was exceptional—always attentive, supportive, and full of encouragement. Steve (Supertall), one of the porters, was incredibly hardworking and friendly, making sure everything was ready when we arrived at each camp. The Marangu Route’s hut accommodations and gradual ascent made the climb comfortable, but it was the amazing team from Williamson Adventures that truly made this journey unforgettable. Reaching Uhuru Peak was surreal, and I’m so grateful for their guidance and care.

Perfect Trip
My wife and I went on a safari with Run Wild African Safaris. The trip was superb all the way around. We did two types of accommodations one in the enclosed tent safari. And the other one was a hotel Safari. The accommodations were fantastic in both cases. The "tent" camping accommodations were luxurious and secure. We felt like we were on a royal excursion with the queen of England. The food was fantastic. Every night. The drinks were wonderful. We sat around the campfire after dinner and told stories. Everything was just unbelievable. The "tents" weren't really tents they were rooms that were wrapped in canvas. With separate bathrooms, included dressers, furniture, wooden floor, electricity, lights, better than many hotel rooms I've been in. If you're looking for a little bit more adventure, I go with the "tent" accommodations. The camp overlooks the water hole where the animals gather. It was just like we imagined it would hopefully be. The other part of the trip was done in a first class hotel overlooking a different water hole. The hotel had a bar, restaurant, and other facilities, Hotel overlooked another water hole and the animals gathered there as well. I would recommend you do both types of accommodations and split your trip between the two of them. They're also different preserves and national parks for each of them so you get a better idea of what there is to experience with different wild animals in each place. We got way too many pictures. We were able to get up very close to the animals within 25 to 35 feet. But still a safe enough distance that we could take off quickly if any problems developed. None did develop. I would recommend this company to anybody looking to have a safari of their dreams. They really delivered what they promised.

Exceeded expectations - highly recommended!
We had a brilliant trip to Kenya with CKC in September 2024 for a family group of 12 people. CKC arranged a Mount Kenya trek followed by drivers to tour Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. John at CKC was really helpful planning the trip - always fast to respond to queries and completely reliable. When we got to Kenya, CKC exceeded our expectations. The Mount Kenya guides and support team were highly experienced professionals and really nice and fun people too. The trek itself was magnificent. The drivers were helpful and reliable and all the transport was seamless. For my next trip to Kenya, I’ll go straight to CKC. Thanks John!

Banok is Perfection
Banok has been organizing our trips for years and again they came thru flawlessly. From initial planning to end of the tour transfer back to the airport Ben, Operator of Banok, provided excellent service. And, the price isn’t exorbitantly expensive like other tour companies. He is very sensitive with costs that reflects the clients ability to afford it. We were very content with the whole production of the tour. We stayed at luxury camps and they were superb. Our Game drive guide Willie, whom I’ve known for the last 5 years was excellent and bent over backwards to please us with whatever was needed or wanted. Never go wrong with Banok. Thank you so much for our unforgettable trip to Kenya. See you next year.

Bruno was welcoming, knowledgeable and created a fun and amazing experience for me.
This was a trip of a lifetime! I was nervous that I wouldn’t have food I could eat or enough bottled water to drink, but the food was excellent everywhere we went and Bruno made sure we had as much bottled water to drink as we wanted. The accommodations were top of the line. Everyone we met was very friendly.
The animals we saw were amazing! Elephants, Zebras, Gazelles, giraffes, lions, hippos, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeest, impalas and many more.
I am so happy that I went on this trip and will remember it forever!

Review about Zimbabwe by Lee-Ann
I think Hwange National Park excels in wildlife, scenic beauty, bush vibe, and birding because it offers an incredible diversity of wildlife, including the Big Five, amidst breathtakingly beautiful landscapes of dense forests, open savannas, and rocky outcrops. The park's remote location and limited infrastructure create an immersive, wilderness experience with a distinct "bush vibe". Additionally, with over 400 species recorded, Hwange is a birdwatcher's paradise, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an authentic African safari experience.

Africa's Jewel in the Crown
My friend and I had the most wonderful fully-serviced camping safari experience in Botswana with Mosu Safari Tours of Maun, organised by the amazing Kemy. It's incredibly special to go to sleep in a tent in the bush listening to the sounds of leopard, lions and many other animals as they wander past - and we felt absolutely safe at all times. Our team took great care of us and provided us with experiences to last a lifetime: herds of elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest but best of all, 2 leopards, three different packs of wild dogs (one on a kill and another with an alpha female who called out 2 week old pups from the den to suckle), lions on kills and a fabulous assortment of birds. In total we saw and photographed over 100 different species, and this was in winter! We took a Mokoro trip onto an island where we stayed for 2 nights, it is so worthwhile to journey in a local boat through the reed beds. Lots of wildlife and a gentle journey, and again we felt absolutely safe as the Mokoro was steered carefully through narrow channels and well away from hippo. On the island we did a 3 hour walking tour and learned how to recognise the footprints of so many different species. Our itinerary started in Maun and included 2 nights in the Nxai Pan, 2 nights on an island accessed by Mokoro, 3 nights in Moremi, 2 nights in the Kwai Concession and 3 nights in Savuti. We completed our holiday with a night in Chobe where we took a late afternoon river cruise, to be rewarded by a family of elephants swimming across the river in front of our boat! Our final night was spent across the border at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Botswana is the real jewel in Africa's crown, not just for wildlife but for its special people - so vivacious, friendly and welcoming. In June the weather was perfect for us, about 25C by day although it was cold at night (not a problem when camping with a warm fire and plenty of good bedding). We did some souvenir shopping in Chobe at the end of our holiday although we had also picked up a couple of handmade local crafts whilst on the island from the Mokoro. The Mopane forests are so beautiful in June with their golden yellow-green leaves. As two females travelling together we felt quite safe at all times. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to make Botswana the country to visit for wildlife and bird-watching, and to enjoy the company of locals who genuinely welcome visitors.

Not bad
Etosha is good for elephants giraffes and zebras, few more, some lions also
But is not comparável to Tanzânia, Ngogorgoro or Serengueti

Wonderful
We have seen all animals, big five of course.
If you overnight in Serengeti, go for Kon Tiki Serengenti tented camp. Wildlife at your doorstep.
