Simply excellent!
5/5

Wow, we don’t even know where to begin to describe how wonderful Imani Excursions is. From the very first moment, right down to the last, they’ve been nothing but amazing. The Sales team was so responsive and helpful in helping us curate the best safari & Zanzibar experience to suit our wishes. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make suggestions that ended up enhancing our trip.

Next, our driver. We learned so much from him, and he made our wish of seeing a cheetah come true. Actually, he found us four (4!!!) cheetahs, one of which was still a baby. It was honestly a dream.

There are truly not enough words to praise Imani Excursions. Hopefully we’ll be fortunate enough in the future to visit Tanzania again, and when we do, we will absolutely book with them again!

professional and excellent team
5/5

The itinerary arrangement for Safari was very good. We stayed on Sang Island for 5 days, Safari for 7 days, and each day's arrangement was very exciting. The ground team was very professional and the reception was smooth and seamless. Safari guides are professional and dedicated, seeing many animals and providing detailed explanations. Thank you to Colours Africa for bringing us a perfect vacation.

Brilliant experience!

We did the 3 day Gorilla Trekking (Uganda) and Golden Monkey Trekking (Rwanda). Before the tour the communication with both the tour operator and, closer to the tour dates, our guide Medard was great. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Our guide Medard was fantastic, his English was great and he gave us loads of information about Uganda and Rwanda throughout the tour and answered all our questions. If he didn’t know the answer he made a point to find out and let us know later. He kept us updated with the itinerary each day and handled everything for us when crossing borders or arrived at accommodation. We booked the budget package but the accommodation was still great value for money. The gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is breathtaking. The whole project is so well run and they explain how the community and the gorillas all benefit from they way the conservation project runs. We got to spend a full hour observing the gorillas at really close proximity, which was extremely special. We also enjoyed the golden monkey trek. Medard ensured we stuck to the itinerary and everything ran so smoothly. I can’t recommend this tour and our guide Medard enough. It’s a trip we will never forget!

The best trekking experience I ever had.

I just loved everything about it. The one thing I didn't like is that it ended. We're probably going to do it again for a next vacation.

We had a nice driver/guide Martin, who stays with us during 4 days. We had a trip through 3 parcs. 1st one we didn’t see too much as staying into the lodge with water point but seeing few animals. Very relaxing. 2nd day went to a wonderful lodge on a lake, Nice small boat trip to see hippo but bad weather and then went to a farm, Nice to take pictures with « wild animals » but very touristic place, far from a safari idea. The 2 others days were just crazy in Masai Mara réserve, we saw big five (excepting Rhinos) and many others animals. The lodge (SOPA) was so incredible with Masai show at night and swimming pool. At night Zebras just in front of the lodge. It was gorgeous. Everything was wonderful and the driver so helpfull and Nice. Thanks a lot to him and our contact Amelda always ready to help.
The only regrets was to do not have so much info on Kenya way of Life or the animals.
We strongly recommand Anipa Tour

Our tour operator was excellent!!!
5/5

From our first conversation with Emma, until the end of our adventure, our expectations were more than met. Emma was helpful in answering every question that we had. From the moment our driver/Guide (Elemis's) met us at the airport and on the last day returned us to the airport, he was professional, displayed good humor, was always willing to share info about animals, plants etc, as well as he made sure we knew what to expect each day. The lodging accomations were very good - tent camping to the more upscale hotel, spa - each were exceptional. The daily meals that were provided were good as well, choices of meal could be made, fresh fruit and vegetables when available was a delight. All of the behind the scene Tanzania people that we met, chef's, servers, luggage helpers etc., again were terrific, very willing to help us with a smile. The tours of visiting the villages, balloon ride, and walks with the rangers were great. Overall, A+.
