Simon and Eddie exceeded our expectations and made us feel like family.
5/5

They were very knowledgeable about all the birds and animals we saw on safari. They made us feel at home and like family. I would recommend them to any one looking for more then just sightseeing.

Everything I dreamed it would be
5/5

Our first safari is unforgettable thanks to Super Eagle Tours!
Communication: Daisy was very communicative and thorough when emailing back and forth during our planning of our 8 day safari. She gave much reassurance we were in good hands and made this daunting process so easy.

Service: they greeted us with warm welcomes in their office when we arrived. From there we knew we were in good hands. The driver in Kenya and the driver in Tanzania (with sister company) were both professional and went above and beyond to ensure we saw the big 5 (which we did) and the great migration of the wildebeest.

Value: for a midrange package I believe the lodges were very sufficient for our standards. All 4 accommodation stays were very pleasant , very good food, and clean camps! We stayed at Kibo camp (Amboseli park Kenya) , shushiba camp (Serengeti park TZ) , rhino lodge (ngorongoro crater TZ) , and the charity hotel (Arusha TZ) . I believe we got a good value

Reliability: the drivers were punctual and anything we needed, we received in a timely manner.

Overall, I would recommend Super Eagle tours for planning your Safari in either or both Kenya and Tanzania. They will help ensure you a great tour!! You won’t regret booking with Super Eagle tour I promise

It was a fantastic tour in every way
5/5

I had an excellent experience on my first African safari with Wilderness Safaris. The tour guides were a little difficult to understand and missed a lot of what they were saying. I had V.I.P. treatment throughout the whole safari . I it was just two of us the whole time . I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. However on the last day of our trip we didn’t get to go on the last game drive in the morning and didn’t get the box lunch to go . I would recommend Pembury tours to everyone and Kerry did a great job of arranging everything to perfection. All the accommodations were beautiful and we had great service everywhere . We got to see so many animals including the big five. Communication between me and Kerry was very good and answered any questions I had.

About: Kenya
a beginners guide to east africa
Overall rating
5/5

from the masai mara to amboseli, the south of kenya is a wildlife enthusiasts heaven. i had never been to east africa before and this was my first trip into the dark continent. i realised very quickly it was'nt going to be a matter of just buy a plane ticket, book a nairobi hotel and lob up. it would require a little more planning if i wanted to maximise my limited time there. so with this in mind i searched through lots of advertised safaris looking for the best balance to suit my needs. i came up with two separate safaris with two different safari companies, the first being masai mara which i chose to fly in and out of rather than waste the best part of two days driving in and out, also i was intrigued to be flying over the great rift valley and received an expansive view of the same so this turned out to be a great decision and while costing a little more meant that when i was collected from the airstrip inside the reserve the drive to the hotel/camp was effectively a game drive in itself. i then chose the drive in and out option for my second safari which was to amboseli as it is closer to nairobi and i wanted to experience the journey through the kenyan countryside as well as the nature reserves. while the many animals you will encounter are similar in both parks the habitats are vastly different, adding a dimension of flavour to my experience which i was not expecting, the masai mara is large open savanah while amboseli is mainly a large wetland being fed from the snows of kilimanjaro. both destinations displayed their unique charms gloriously. i did not deliberately choose to use use two different tour companies but as i had decided to do two separate safaris i researched them individually and i am happy to report that both tour providers were exemplary in both communication and organisation earning multiple five star reviews each. if you are a newbe to africa and looking for a safari then i can recommend kenya as a very well organised and hospitable destination for this activity.

Our recent 5-day private safari through Kenya’s Amboseli, Tsavo East, and Tsavo West National Parks was nothing short of spectacular. Despite traveling during the rainy season, our experience far exceeded expectations, thanks to the excellent planning, diverse wildlife encounters, and the unparalleled expertise of our guide, Joeffrey.

Our safari concluded with a scenic drive to Diani Beach, where the turquoise waters and pristine white sands provided the perfect ending to an action-packed adventure. The transition from Kenya’s wild landscapes to the serene coastline was seamless, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to unwind after days of thrilling game drives.

Joeffrey played a pivotal role in making this safari unforgettable. His patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm for wildlife were unmatched. Whether it was maneuvering through challenging roads, sharing in our excitement during wildlife sightings, or answering our endless questions about Kenya’s ecosystems, he went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.

Traveling during the rainy season added a unique twist to the safari. While some roads were muddy and required extra effort, the vibrant landscapes and plentiful wildlife were worth it. Seeing four of the Big Five and even cheetahs was an incredible accomplishment, especially given the seasonal challenges.

Ending the tour at Diani Beach was a stroke of genius. The chance to relax by the ocean after days of adventure perfectly balanced the trip, leaving us refreshed and fulfilled.

For anyone considering a safari in Kenya, I wholeheartedly recommend this itinerary. Amboseli, Tsavo East, and Tsavo West offer diverse landscapes, abundant wildlife, and unforgettable moments. Pairing the safari with a beach retreat in Diani is a brilliant way to experience the b

Absolutely blown away with this trip! Jackson made our time memorable and is a recommend 100%
5/5

Going on a safari was high on my wife’s bucket list, and while I love to travel, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. She found Jackson online, and he offered to hop on a video call to answer any questions we had. He was thorough in asking us the right questions to understand what we were hoping to get out of the trip, ensuring he could tailor the experience to our needs. As a photographer, I decided to book a private tour with Jackson, which ended up being more valuable than we initially realized. The flexibility it provided allowed me to take the time I needed to get the perfect shot and linger in spots that caught my interest.

One of the standout qualities of Jackson as a guide is his deep connection to the region—he grew up as a Maasai, which gave him an extraordinary knowledge of the parks, animal behaviors, and the best spots to find wildlife. We focused on tracking big cats and the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River, and Jackson's expertise was invaluable. Having been a guide since 2008, he’s known by everyone—other guides, park rangers, and even the hotel staff. During our drives, he would frequently help less experienced guides over the radio, demonstrating his leadership and generosity in sharing knowledge. I was also amazed at how he could identify animals and birds nearly 100% of the time when I asked.

As for accommodations, my wife and I were very pleased with the mid-level package we chose, which included a mix of permanent and portable tented camps, as well as a few nice hotels. The food was fantastic, especially the lunches Jackson prepared for us. Unlike the usual box lunches, we had hot meals served with tablecloths and real silverware—an unexpected and wonderful touch! I really appreciated the fact that Jackson worked with our budget and accommodated accordingly.

Jackson and his staff were on time when picking us up from the airport. Towards the end of our trip, our flight was delayed a number of hours and Jackson made sure we got the most for our money in that he was able to stay out a little longer instead of us waiting all day at the airport.

All in all, this trip far exceeded my expectations. I captured amazing photos, made unforgettable memories, and had an incredible time. My wife and I are already planning our next safari!

A brilliant experience
5/5

Really good experience for 1st time seeing these animals really up close. The driver knew a lot of information and the animals and any questions asked he always had an answer for. We got pickup and drop off in Randburg that is good to those that don’t have a car or would rather not drive that is good. In all was a good day out.
