BREATHTAKING
I really enjoyed this trip, It has to be my top trip this far. I cant explain the feeling of this experience between the Safari and the Island life. The Safari was definitely a dream come true. We had the best driver and best hotel crew everywhere we stayed. I couldnt have asked for a better company and welcoming. I would love to go back and I recommend to anyone that has the time and money to make this dream come true for them! Definitely take the leap and book the trip!

Many game parks on offer, large wild animals to see. Best choice are private game parks!

Fun trip
The driver arrived as expected on time, we paid half of amount in cash right at the spot. The car was land cruiser as promised, it had some issues like old battery (that die on our trip), it did not have a fridge, or wifi. The roof above the two front seats did not open for us (during first days), but it was open on the last day, so maybe they fixed it later. The driver was a bit shy and quiet, also English wasn't very good, so half of us did not understand what was being said.
We had 4 days of safari, and it was quite a journey: it was 8 hours of offroad driving with no asfalt, so it was a bit exhausting. We saw all the animals promised, however some of they were only seen from a big distance of 100m to 1000m, so you can see them better in the zoo.
Lodging was amazing, great hotels, with pools, great dinner and breakfast.
Lunches were very poor: it was just a snack box, not much was edible there.

Beautiful view, nice people and wild animal
Tanzania is amazing country. Beautiful views, nice and helpful people, incredible parks with wild animals and great weather. Most importantly, it is very safe.

Kruger is way too big for encountering wild animals
The Kruger National Park is incredibly vast, which can make wildlife spotting more challenging. A better option, in my experience, is visiting private game parks. These parks are smaller, and the staff typically have a deeper understanding of the animals’ locations, making it easier to see them up close and enjoy more intimate encounters.
One thing I didn’t enjoy about Kruger was the extensive burned areas. I was informed that the vegetation is intentionally burned to increase animal visibility for tourists, but it felt unnatural and detracted from the experience. Additionally, because of the park's massive size, tour guides often seem rushed, giving you less time to take photographs and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

Review about Addo Elephant National Park by Gaston Coma
Lots of vegetation, lots of elephants and zebras, animals looked happy in that environment.

Unbelievable
Thus was going to be a trip of a lifetime and it absolutely turned out to be better than we could imagine. Arnold and his crew listened to our wishes prior to our arrival and this adventure exceeded our imagination. From our arrival in Johannesburg and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe we were well looked after and prepared. The people in Zimbabwe are absolutely amazing people. Arnold is from Zimbabwe and is the personification of the Zimbabwe people. Communication was easy and quick. Into the safaris themselves. We felt safe and secure throughout even facing an Elephant guarding the road to Victoria Falls. We saw the big five with Lions mating and roaring meters from our vehicle. The animals are so well camouflaged it’s incredible the guides even spot them. We were 20 meters from a black rhino and they were ahead to see in the bush but we saw him, heard him smelled him. Awesome. It’s difficult to describe everything as there were some surprises held out for us. We were at “Fly Camp” in southern Zimbabwe. Don’t look it up save the surprise. With that said the event was so unbelievable that we asked to go back the next evening. The camp chef prepared a meal there the next evening. Five star and we’ve eaten at Michelin starred restaurants. Fantastic food in a fantastic location. Same safari area we were on the lake with hippos and crocodiles. We had a hippo follow our boat and let us know we awere on his lake. Food and drink five star. Great accommodations. Just let Run Wild know what you want and they will exceed your expectations. I can not recommend this Safari company more highly. As an aside Arnold gives back to his community. He loves Zimbabwe gives back in so many special ways. Do yourself a favor, book with Run Wild and you will be back in Africa with them again. Jim Hiatt
