Savannah Woods Safari is AMAZING. Please go ahead and book with them. I have contacted several tour operators in Kenya and they are very slow to respond, especially with last minute bookings.
But Lucy from Savannah Woods Safari helped me a lot for my last minute Safari bookong and was always ready to respond within minutes 24/7.
Her and Josphat's team are excellent guides (Especially RICHARD Please look for him as your guide). They make sure you see all the Big 5 within a day and just a stone's throw away.
Their prices are very reasonable too.
I have been to several safaris in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and I have to say that Masai Mara Kenya is the best! You don't need to spend days finding lions, etc. In fact all Big 5 (and ugly 5) are abundant in Kenya.
Suffice to say, none of this amazing trip in Kenya would have happened if it weren't for Lucy and Josphat, and Richard at Savannah Woods Safari.

1. Firstly, i should really appreciate my sales Jeremiah. Because I have a lot of questions, he spent the whole week asking questions, and even answered my questions at night and on weekends. 2. Secondly, I would like to thank my guide + driver Champion. He has eagle eyes and can spot animals quickly. He is very nice, professional and enthusiastic, and treats Chinese people the same way. It's a pity that we didn't see leopards this time, but we saw wildebeest crossing the lake in December, which was a rare and beautiful scene. Highly recommended my guide Champion
3. An unexpected situation occurred. On the first day, we arrived at Ngorongoro from Kilimanjaro Airport, but the car broke down in the evening. The next morning, we couldn't connect the guide at the agreed time, and we were very anxious because we couldn't make international calls and couldn't leave messages. Fortunately, after waiting for half an hour, they came up with a solution. In the morning, they asked other local guides to take us to safari, and then they would pick us up after changing to a new car. I hope the company can pay more attention to the condition of the vehicle. The car we changed later was not as new as the one on the first day, but fortunately, there were no problems during the journey.
4. Overall, the trip was very satisfactory. Although some unexpected situations occurred, Serengeti Smile still solved the problem in a timely manner, because it's an emergency . So I still strongly recommend my sales and guide and Serengeti Smile.

Many thanks to our guide Evans, who was very professional, reliable and gave us a great safari experience. Road conditions are poor in the short rainy season, but Evans can handle any location skillfully, giving us good protection. Under his guidance, the first day in the Masai Mara to see lions, close to see elephants, giraffes.And also very lucky to see hyenas eating zebras, cheetah parent-child play and other scenes.
I am especially grateful to my consultant Daisy, who is not only extremely patient and conscientious, but also can feel her friendliness and sincerity in communication. Reply quickly, answer every question seriously, often take the initiative to follow up, and help us upgrade the hotel. At the beginning, I was very careful in choosing the destination, I finally chose super eagle because I see trustworthy from my communication with Daisy. In fact, super eagle did not disappoint our trust.
We had a budget plan with two days hotel and four days camp, the overall accommodation conditions are far beyond expectations, among which the Amboseli man jaro tented camp experience is excellent. Just situated at the entrance of the scenic area, and we can see Kilimanjaro snow mountain inside the camp.
At the end of the trip, driver from super eagle offered to take me to the airport, and the driver sincerely looked forward to our coming to Kenya once again in the future.
Overall, this safari was a perfect experience, thank you super eagle, recommend super eagle to all friends who want to come.

Makini is the top choice for Safari Tours in Tanzania! We spent three days in Ngorongoro and Serengeti parks, everything was perfect, friendly staff, great cuisine, super skilled driver. Amazing Unbelievable Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
I visited Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with Godfrey and it was amazing!!!! He is very knowledgeable and he told us many interesting facts about different species. He was able to spotted animals which were far away. We were very lucky and we saw 5 cheatahs, 5leopards,5 rhino's, more than 60 lions,hienas, pumba, hundreds of elephants, giraffes, buffalo, thousands of zebras and wild beasts. Godfrey was very kind and always made sure that we had all we needed. This trip was amazing!!!!!!!! Our chef Richard was preparing for us very good meals (breakfests, dinners and lunches which we were taking with us). I was even upgraded the last 2 nights and I got a hotel instead of camping.All was well coordinated.

If you have an idea of what you want, communicate them when you are asking for a itinerary. Regina did not disappoint as she patiently prepared the "12 Day Tarangire, Manyara , serengeti & Ngorongoro crater" itinerary with several changes as we had different interests in our group of seven.
Their excellent service followed with Vivian for attending to our queries before and during the trip. This is very helpful as there will always be changes due to unexpected weather conditions when we were on the night safari. You can tell everyone tries their best to give us a wonderful experience and we greatly appreciated that.

Accommodation choices are best researched before finalizing the itinerary so as to manage expectations. Overall the accommodation is a mixed bag with the good and not so good. But Safari Soles are open to alternatives to their original proposed accommodation if you know what you want.
