Trip of a lifetime!
I had my childhood dream fulfilled with Marcos and Bintu Adventures.
Having always loved animals as a child, Africa has always been on my bucket list.
In July, my extended family and I did a 8 day safari around Kenya with Marcos as our guide and had the most memorable holiday of our lifetime. From ticking off all the African big five to seeing Zebras crossing the Sand river, it was certainly an unforgettable experience.
Marcos always greeted you with a bright smile and was incredibly knowledgeable. He accomodating all our needs and guided us about both animal facts and local culture.
I cannot recommend Marcos and Bintu adventures enough and I cannot wait to visit Africa again.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience, so many lions seen in Serengeti NP incl. lions family, all animals from Big 5 seen, really great overnight stay with excellent dinner and view from luxury tent in Serengeti NP in Intimate Camp Seronera. Safe adventure by sleeping in the tent in Ngorongoro Simba Campsite (Elephants, Giraffes, Monkeys around the campsite). At the last day of our trip - Mt. Kili trek to Mandara Hut: I expected some views, nevertheless it is mainly walk through the forest with almost no views. There was not done a side trip to Maundi Crater as announced, but there was quite rain at the time of being at Mandara Hut. Whole trip was very well organized by co. see-adventures, well managed by Justin. Great experience in jeep shared for 6 persons, Very tasty full board. Thank you for opportunity to be there, really enjoyed.

Beautiful scenery amazing people and wildlife
We had an amazing couple of days in Kruger National Park which was one of many highlights of our incredible 10 days in South Africa. Great food, drink, climate, scenery, hospitality and people.

The gorilla trekking experience was nothing short of magical. An amazing experience of a lifetime
Truly an amazing experience! Our point of contact for the logistics was Ushma and our really skilled and experienced driver was Edwards. Both went above and beyond and ensured we had the best possible experience!
Ushma was always ready to help us with anything we might needed, such as arranging our transfer from the airport. Edward with over 15 years experience has been an exceptional driver! He has been really friendly and polite during our 4 days with him. He also shared his knowledge of the animals and the Tanzanian culture. Thanks to him we learn something new, we saw some really great landscapes and animals. I can't recommend enough Wakanda. Ask for Edward and you will be really pleased with your safari!
We also loved the lodge in Ngorongoro and the tent in Serengeti! The first and last accommodation, Tulia Hotel, was very disappointed, really below average. Hopefully Wakanda will find a better accommodation in the future.

Accommodatative safari
This company gave the best service ever. I remember making a request within a short notice but they were flexible enough to accommodate us. The organization was top notch and make all necessary arrangements for our safari. Maasai mara national park was a great place. The guide was also patient and gave us a good ride in a new landcrusier. I loved that part. See you again!!!!

Well planes, good communication and superb guide
Had a great intense Safari. My guide Baraka was very competent and had great patience with even the most demanding fellow travelers. Communications with the agency was good, no fuss at all…
A wonderful 6 day tour of 3 game parks - Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara, saw the big 5 + much more!
From the beginning Margaret and John of Camptrek were excellent, their professional manner and attention to detail filled us with confidence they could deliver the wonderful safari they described. They always responded to queries promptly and with their help we finalised the details of the holiday.
Our driver/guide, Steven, was such a good driver and his wildlife knowledge and knowledge of Kenya were outstanding. He has a map in his head we were sure! He always found the game and got in the best spots to view and photograph. Everything worked exactly to plan, we felt from the outset we were in very capable hands. Even our balloon ride on the final morning - something we’d definitely say was worth that bit extra for!
The lodges and hotels were lovely and very comfortable, the staff there too were equally attentive. The food and choices were always very good.
As for the safaris, well they should be a must on everyone’s bucket list. Kenya is a beautiful beautiful country, the climate is wonderful, be a bit careful with the midday sun and mozzies, but that’s all easy to handle. The people are all so helpful and want to please. Do not underestimate the beauty this country, the scenery and the wildlife. It is just as stunning as all the photos you will see.
We felt Camptrek always gave us that little bit extra, a few lovely personal touches made it an unforgettable safari. We don’t usually do reviews, but we’d send anyone away with Camptrek. Helen and Derek.
