Sekela was outstanding with all communication assisting us with our every request.
Our guide Hamza was fantastic explaining our every curiosity always with such friendliness and professionalism.
Owen and Julius welcomed us upon arrival with great warmth and friendliness and accompanied us on our last two days in Tanzania, which we found to be a simply amazing place.
Thanks also to Raimond who was our chef for a few days and who delighted us with his very tasty dishes.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME
This was the trip of a lifetime. Tanzania is magical, the wildlife is spectacular, the landscapes are swoon worthy, but the best part of our trip was our guide, Evarest from Savannah Explorers. He knows Tanzania like the back of his hand and has a keen eye for finding all the best wildlife (a cheetah even jumped on our jeep to check out her prey in the distance. He spotted the cheetah himself so there was not a single other jeep around, just us and a cheetah on the hunt. Talk about epic!!). Evarest is fun, thoughtful, professional, and made the three of us (all women) feel safe and comfortable. It was a treat from start to finish. Our group has traveled the world, and Tanzania is the best of the best and so is Evarest.

You HAVE to book with Mountain Warriors!
I’m still in awe from our incredible and magical experience with Mountain Warriors. My husband and I decided to book a 3 day/ 2 night safari trip for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed at all. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their offerings, I was met with kindness and thoughtfulness. We spent 2 days in the Serengeti National Park and 1 day in the Ngorongoro Crater Park and stayed at 2 different impeccable lodges. Mountain Warriors also help to curate additional experiences such as a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti! Their attention to detail was jaw-dropping! For example, they had personalized signs on the side of the safari truck indicating that it was our honeymoon which was unexpected but a beautiful touch! Our guide, John, was the best! When we arrived at the airstrip, he made sure we were well taken care of. He was knowledgeable, humorous, accommodating, and overall amazing! We were able to catch 4 of the Big 5! We only missed the leopard. Nevertheless, we were left speechless by the wonders of what we we saw on the game drives! We also had an opportunity to visit one of the Maasai villages and were able to participate in one of their ceremonies.
I’m sure I could go on and on about this experience because that’s just how awesome it was! This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I’m so glad we chose Mountain Warriors as they exceeded our expectations.

Trip of a lifetime with an amazing, professional, organized guide.
We absolutely loved our tour. I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled a lot and this trip immediately shot to the top of my list of one of the coolest/best trips I’ve ever been on. As part of our trip, we requested going to the Serengeti to see the Great Migration and we could not be more happy that we did!. I highly recommend Savannah Explorers and our guide Evarest. Our group was three women in our early 30s. The trip was organized perfectly. From picking up each of us individually at the airport (including accommodating two of us who had flights that were delayed by more than a day) to drop off, we didn’t have to think or worry about anything other than enjoying ourselves. They gave us options for different hotel packages depending on our budget. We *loved* staying at Nyota Luxury Camp and Lake Masek Tented Lodge and we also liked Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge. Most importantly we loved our guide, Evarest! He was professional, thoughtful, good at picking up on how we were feeling & planning/adapting our days accordingly. He was kind, had a good sense of humor, we felt he was always dedicated to us having the best experience possible from the beginning until the end of the very long days, etc. As three women, we felt we were in great hands with him. If I remember correctly, he’s been doing this for 15 years and knew the unmarked/bumpy roads of the Serengeti like the back of his hand. He was a great driver, and clearly has a lot of love and respect for Tanzania and the wildlife. And most importantly he was GREAT at spotting animals (guides from other tour companies would sometimes stop Evarest on the road and ask where to find the big cats that day). To be fair, it was my sister who planned the whole trip so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the variety and proximity of animals we saw exceeded any and all expectations I could have had. We were able to get so close to all the beautiful animals while still feeling like we/Evarest were respecting them. It really was a dream come true, it’s making me want to cry just writing this haha. Thank you Evarest!

Fantastic experience
We absolutely suggest Suricata Safaris! We were in the two wonderful parks of Serengeti and Ngorongoro and saw a lot of animals in their habitat, the view was really amazing. We enjoyed the two nights in the lodges: both were safe, comfortable and very clean. The staff was kind and we also enjoyed the meals. It has been a really positive experience.

Great experience, great communication, great website, great guide, worth the money
Best vacation ever! Our guide Elias was amazing. He was able to answer all our questions, knew all the names of the animals, knew all the roads like the back of his hand, very helpful when communicating with other cars to know where to find animals. We used African big cat safaris and it was a great experience, their website is very well made, it was informative and organized. They allowed for full customization of your trip to any degree of luxury. We did the 10 day honeymoon experience 1 night Arusha gran Meliá amazing breakfast, 1 night Tarangire, 1 night Ngorongoro, 3 night Serengeti, 3 night Zanzibar. We highly recommend something similar maybe more days to not be so rushed, we also recommend doing the hot air balloon ride even if afraid of heights. Overall African big cat safaris was a great experience and would highly recommend to use! Also I recommend getting an eSIM to stay with data for communication we used sparks it worked well. For cash, 1000 for 2 people for 10 days is plenty, accounting for tips and souvenirs, food in all safari is included . If you want to buy tanzanite jewelry I recommend 2000-3000 cash some places charge 5% credit card fee. Visitor center in Serengeti has great jewelry and no fee on cards.

Great Experience - Highly Recomend
I had an incredible safari experience at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, all thanks to Gems of Africa Safari and Tours! Despite contacting them just a few days before, their team worked tirelessly to organize everything seamlessly and exceeded all expectations.
The safari itself was unforgettable, with game drives that allowed us to see lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more in their natural habitat. The guide was fantastic, and the accommodations at Botlierskop were both luxurious and close to nature.
A huge thank you to Gems of Africa Safari and Tours for their outstanding service and making this last-minute trip so special. Highly recommended!

Very gooooooood!
It was my first time in Tanzania, but it was a more fun and enjoyable experience than I thought.
The guide Rocky was so kind and guided me and helped me find the animals, so it was amazing that it couldn't be compared to a regular zoo!! I don't know if I'll come again, but if I can, I want to!

Awesome !!!
Lewis was our tour guide!
He was incredibly flexible, adapting to various situations with ease, and his extensive knowledge about animals allowed him to answer any questions we had. Thanks to him, we had an absolutely amazing three days!
The food was delicious, and although I had braced myself for tough camping conditions, the tents were far more comfortable than I had imagined—it was simply the best experience!

Amazing experience safari
Even the price was cheaper than others, but the safari experience was completely same as others. Different point is probably accommodation, tented night was super nice though.
