The tour was excellent we really had Fun my Family really enjoyed every bit of it..our driver Hans was so considerate and a humble guy ..At an affordable price we had a good time and the most enjoyable moments..Kuzoka made our christmas unforgettable..We are looking forward on more Travels with this company ..I would recommend kuzoka to any one with infants or toddlers .

Amazing
Arthur was amazing in communication always checking on us, providing assistance whenever needed very professional, efficient. Overall the trip was amazing. Highly recommended to plan a trip.
Improvement needed with accommodation itself, place was clean but needed a few issues to be fixed. They also need a backup plan for water in case electricity is not available. But mostly they needed to communicate with us instead of waiting for us to ask them.
Otherwise l will still use Arthur and team to handle my travel plans
Top notch trip to Lesedi
Lavender arranged all the details of my trip to Lesedi. It was swift super professional and very friendly. I was picked up exactly on time by Mark who was absolutely brilliant. He was super knowledgeable not only about Lesedi but also about Johannesburg and South Africa in general. He answered alot of questions and made the tour 10 times better than expected. The vehicle was super clean and Mark was very professional and a great driver.
The Lesedi cultural tour itself was exceptional, very informative and emotionally moving. It's definitely worth the trip. The people are so very friendly and proud of their culture. It's an excellent tour.

Very nice Safari with a good guide
We spent a very good time in this safari with a very nice guide who explained very well all we were seeing. We had the chance to see the big 5. I recommend this tour.

Saw the big 5 despite it all
Serengeti smile is a organised safari company who took care of us. Our driver Puis took us to multiple parks including Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, maximizing our chances to see diverse wildlife in different habitats. Puis also went to great lengths to give us the opportunity to see all of the big 5 and
Many of the lodges and camps we were booked into catered well for food and comforts.
Going on EARLY (5.30 -6am) game drives was a highlight as you are able to see the animals first and enjoy the day. Avoid the 9am starts... its just way too busy then.
The vehicles used are subjected to hard terrain and must travel long distances. So it is to be expected we experienced some mechanical issues which did not delay us in anyway but was concerning.
Communication is an area that needs a great deal of improvement. Whether is be about accommodation bookings and or the daily schedules of events to ensure guests are enjoying more time at the park than sitting at the lodges or driving on tar.

Good organisation and responsive team
This was our first safari, and it went very well. Stephen got in touch with me very quickly when I inquired about a short safari from Mombasa and provided me with a quote. We agreed on everything and paid a first part for them to make the bookings.
When we arrived to the airport, someone picked us up and took us to the train to go to the parks (Tsavo and Taita hills).
In the parks, our driver Isaiah was good, and the car was clean and comfortable for the game drives. We spotted many animals and were very happy with the experience!

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful time in Tanzania with colours tours! We've visited Ngorongoro, Ndutu and Serengeti, seen plenty of animals, and big 5 of course! Our guide Norton is excellent. He drives good and safe, and always keep searching the hidden animals. He speaks good English and easy to communicate. Also I would like to say thanks to Jemesina. She helped us to organize the tour and fulfill all our requests. She responsed every email so quick and understand what we are expecting. Every hotel she arranged are clean and nice. We got a very nice and unique experience!

Amazing experience with a great organisation.
We had an amazing journey for our safari! Luckily, we saw a lot of animals during the whole day. The guide, Martin, was very nice and gave his best, with the driver, to make this day unique.
