Trip of a lifetime thanks to Uganda Family Tours!!
I can’t recommend Uganda Family Tours enough!! I was referred to them by a fellow traveler and am so thankful. Jackson communicated to me promptly while I was planning my trip from the States and we spoke via WhatsApp and planned an 8 day itinerary with a pickup from Entebbe and drop off in Kigali. Jackson even stopped by the Entebbe airport before I left to check on my visa situation. Roland picked me up in Entebbe and I had an amazing trip touring Uganda! Tubing on the Nile, hiking at Rwenzori mountains, waking up to elephants outside my cabin in the bush, chimpanzees, and of course the gorilla trekking which was an experience I will never forget!! Roland was super cool and ensured my safety and enjoyment the entire tip! If you are considering a trip to Uganda don’t hesitate to contact Uganda Family Tours you will be happy you did!!

The operator was communicative, thorough, and amazing at planning the perfect safari.
Crimson Brooke Safaris was excellent at communicating and planning the perfect trip for my family. Once in Kenya, we were greeted at our hotel by the amazing team and given a lovely send off on our safari. They planned the trip of a lifetime for us and ensured all plans were set in place, everything went without a hiccup. Even with my family’s food allergies, they were able to arrange accommodations that saw everyone was happy and satisfied.

Unforgettable 5-Day Kenyan Safari with Exceptional Service!
Our 5-day safari in Kenya was an unforgettable adventure, thanks to this incredible company and their exceptional team. From the seamless booking process with Yvonne to the thrilling game drives led by our experienced driver, John, everything exceeded our expectations.
Pros:
Booking Experience: Yvonne was a pleasure to work with—responsive, friendly, and highly organized. She provided detailed information about the itinerary, accommodations, and what to expect, making the entire booking process stress-free.
Driver and Guide: John is a true professional and a master of his craft. His driving skills, especially on challenging roads, were impeccable, and his knowledge of wildlife and the terrain was extraordinary. He always ensured we had the best vantage points for animal sightings, allowing us to see the Big Five and other incredible moments up close.
Comfort and Safety: Despite the adventurous African driving style, John made us feel completely secure throughout the journey. His calm demeanor and expertise behind the wheel were reassuring.
Cons: NONE!
Highlights:
The safari itself was breathtaking—spotting lions, elephants, and giraffes against the stunning Kenyan landscape was like stepping into a wildlife documentary. The accommodations were well-chosen, blending comfort with an authentic safari experience.
Overall, this safari was a dream come true. A big thank you to Yvonne for organizing it so perfectly and to John for making it safe, informative, and thrilling. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking an African adventure.

We felt cheated by this operator
We reached Quest safaris after an internet search without any prior reference by friends or family to organise our one week long trip to Sossusvelie and Walvis Bay,Namibia.
We were booked to take a baloon ride in Sossusvelie on August 29th but due to strong winds the baloon company cancelled the flight. We chose to take a refund rather than a baloon ride in Walvis Bay two days later. The refund has not been given to us even after four months have elapsed.
I have been in touch with Fillemon who booked us, met us at the Windhoek Airport and arranged all our bookings. He has been replying my WhatsApp messages most reluctantly and very infrequently.
In my phone conversation a couple of months back he assured a payment in a week. Nothing has happened in the interim.
The amount for two is said to be USD 1040 as per the baloon ride booking agents at the Sossusvelie Lodge where we stayed.
The One star is for the good service rendered by our driver and generally satisfactory hotel bookings.
This review has been written most reluctantly as Namibia is a beautiful country with beautiful people whom the rest of the world must help out of its poverty.

Fantastic Tanzania safari tour across Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Abdul an excellent tour guide
We - a family of 4 - booked a 4 night private safari tour across the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater. Our dedicated guide Abdul surpassed our expectations. Apart from knowing both parks very well he knew exactly where to go to find all the animals we wanted to see. We saw all the big 5 as well as the ugly 5 and the cheetah including cubs. He was also a very safe and experienced driver ensuring the vehicle never got stuck anywhere. The accommodations selected by the tour company also met our expectations. Overall highly recommended.

Professionalism at its finest. Felt safe and supported at all times. Great value for money.
My experience with Taste of Kilimanjaro started before I reached Tanzania. The team was always there 24/7 to answer to my questions and listen to my concerns in the most attentive and professional manner. I didn’t have to worry about anything because everything had been covered and planned by them. As soon as I reached Tanzania, I was greeted by the most lovely team. Bryson (my guide) explained everything very thoroughly the day before the trek and made sure I had all the equipment I needed without trying to upsell me anything. Throughout the trek, my guide and his team made me feel safe and supported at all times. I have been camping and trekking for years but this time I felt like a total Queen. Everything was thought of in advance and Bryson went above and beyond to make sure I had more than I could ever ask. The food was incredible and so was my overall experience in the Killimanjaro mountain. Most importantly though I was impressed by the way I was treated from my guide, not as a client but as a dear friend. He genuinely cared about my wellbeing and he was professionally trained to respond to emergency situations which proved to be invaluable and was the reason I was finally able to summit. After sharing my experience with fellow trekkers, I realized how lucky I was to have chosen Taste of Kilimanjaro for my trek because I had the most amazing team. This was the experience of a lifetime and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys nature, adventure and trekking.

We had an amazing safari experience, perfectly organized for comfort, learning, and lasting memories
We were able to create the best memories without any inconvenience. Below is a brief review of the process from booking to the tour day and the tour content itself.
[From Booking to the Tour Day]
We received a response immediately after making the booking and discussed the details of the tour. Communication was conducted via email or WhatsApp, and replies were always prompt. This allowed us to finalize the tour details smoothly and approach the tour day with confidence.
[About the Tour Content]
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and could enjoy the experience to the fullest. Not only during the safari but also at other times, the guide provided detailed explanations about animals, plants, and even Tanzanian culture. We were truly impressed by their extensive knowledge.
Whether or not you get to see many animals during the safari depends on luck, but even if you don’t see everything, the tour itself is more than enough to create wonderful memories.

An amazing experience seeing diverse animals and learning their habits from a knowledgeable guide!
It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The communication from the tour company was seamless from start to finish, and they answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly.
The service during the tour was outstanding. Our guide had extensive knowledge, not only about the animals but also about plants, the Maasai people, life in Tanzania, and its connections with other countries. He had a deep understanding of the animals' behaviors and the best spots to see them, allowing us to witness all of the Big Five (lion, buffalo, leopard, rhino, and elephant). When I felt unwell due to the unfamiliar climate, the guide took great care of me, ensuring I could fully enjoy a comfortable safari experience.
The lodges were well-equipped with hot showers, and the meals were incredibly delicious. Moreover, the entire tour was highly reliable, with everything running smoothly and on schedule, which left a strong impression.
The tour itself was absolutely breathtaking. We observed countless animals, including the Big Five, in their natural habitats. The vast plains of the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the resilience and vitality of the Tanzanian people are scenes that will stay with me forever.
I highly recommend this safari tour to nature lovers and anyone looking to escape the everyday and have a truly special experience. A magnificent adventure awaits that will exceed all your expectations!

Unforgettable Experience
A few days before I came to Kenya, I started looking for Safaris. Thinking about going to Nairobi National Park, I suddenly remembered that the Masai Mara National Reserve is only a few hours’ drive from Nairobi. So, I decided to book a Safari on this website. Thanks to the incredibly fast reply to my request by Lenchada Safaris, I was able to go on a safari with them for four days. I was supposed to go to the Maasai Mara Reserve, Naivasha and Nakuru.
Once I arrived at the Land Cruisers, I was immediately welcomed very friendly and hospitable by our guide, Ali. Very soon I discovered Ali loves his job as a safari guide, and I noticed how much knowledge and experience he has in this field. During the whole trip he was always there for us. He shared beautiful experiences, told us what to expect and always had his good sense of humor ready. In addition, he also had an eye for our safety.
Next to those things he made sure everyone got the best out of their safari. For example, I was hoping to photograph a Cheetah. Through his large network, we found a Cheetah, which however had hidden itself well. However, he assured us through his great acquired knowledge, to be patient and to wait a few minutes. He was indeed right, and I was able to photograph the Cheetah well after it started to move. Another lady was very into all sorts of birds. So, he stopped the car as much as he could when he saw a rare bird, so she could photograph that specific bird.
Today on the last day an American guy really wanted to see the rhinos in Nakuru. And again, he proved himself an amazing guide by bringing us to the rhinos and giving us information about them.
I found the Lenchada tented camp in the Maasai Mara reserve the most beautiful to stay at. In the middle of nature, surrounded by the local population, which opened a great culture with countless stories for me.
In short, thanks to Ali, I was able to experience a great, unforgettable safari. I received information about the different animal species in the national parks, but also laughed a lot and exchanged stories.
Shoutout to Lenchada Safaris and, Ali keep up the good work, until we meet again!!
