A great experience in South Luangwa
Our experience with Dens Safaris was quite good. We hired a 5 day and 4 night tour to South Luangwa.
Denver picked us up at our accommodation in Lilongwe (capital of Malawi) and moved us in a private vehicle to the border with Zambia, where we changed to another vehicle that took us to South Luangwa. Denver explained to us that they use their official 4x4 vehicles only if the number of passengers justifies, and as in this case we were only my girlfriend and I chose to mobilize from and to Luangwa in conventional vehicles. In any case, Denver told us that the game drives would be carried out in 4x4 vehicles.
We stayed at Croc Valley Camp as planned by Denver. Initially we had a tent (tent), but we were finally accommodated in larger tents equipped with beds and a safe (a major improvement!). The service at Croc Camp is very good (meals especially), and you have the possibility to see animals roaming freely around the place (at night they even crossed a couple of hippos a few meters from the store).
The game drives were carried out in 4x4 vehicles of Croc Valley Camp, some of which are quite old and require improvement. Even so they never had a panne or problem that prevented us from continuing. In total we had 7 game drives (4 sunset / night and 3 morning), all guided by the same guide that is part of Croc Camp Valley, and shared with other guests of Croc Camp. Denver was present in most of them, showing their interest that everything turned out well in our tour (the rest of the passengers depended only on Croc Camp). The guide that took us to the game drives (Simon) had a lot of knowledge, but often he gave a lot of time to animals or birds that were frequent to find, and little time to others that could be more attractive or unusual (many very showy birds and colorful were ignored, either because the guide did not see them despite being in front of him, or they may not have been attractive to him .. who knows). Despite those details, we saw many species of mammals, reptiles and birds, which confirmed that South Luangwa is one of the places that every lover of safari MUST visit. Especially we highlighted the possibility of spotting leopards hunting during the night, which was repeated during 3 of the 4 night safaris! Wild dogs, many elephants with offspring, thornicroft giraffes, lions, birds, etc.
We recommend Dens Safaris since the price paid is reasonable considering the number of game drives that included the tour and the facilities where we stayed (approx USD 490 per passenger, + tickets to Luangwa for USD 25 per day per person).

Speedway Safaris Oragnised our Rwanda-Uganda trip well
I and my daughter had a 2 day gorilla tour in Uganda going through Kigali. We flew from South Africa, landed in Kigali early morning, picked by our guide Chris, transferred to Bwindi in Uganda. The next day we did gorilla tracking and then returned to Kigali for our 8:00pm flight. Thanks Speedway Safaris for a simple itinerary that enabled us see mountain gorillas which we had never seen before and were our life dream. An informative Chris guided our safari well and we appreciated his punctuality in executing the trip. We returned to Kigali at 5:00pm and we were able to wait for our flight 3 hours later. Any traveler can use this safari company.

Our guide Willem provided transportation to and from Lukimbi Lodge.
My husband had 2 weeks notice that he would be traveling to South Africa for work. We decided to extend the trip for vacation. Mmilo Tours responded within 24 hours to my inquiries. The information they provided helped us in our decision to chose Lukimbi Lodge for a 4 day/ 3night safari. Lukimbi Lodge exceeded our expectations! All of the staff at Lukimbi Lodge went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, safe, and exciting. We saw the Big 5 and so much more. Our Guide Werner is very skilled and knowledgeable about the wildlife and surroundings. He is an asset to the organization! The rest of the staff, including Tracker KK, Kernel, Empress, Meaghan, and Natalie (I believe that is her name, she greeted us upon arrival) and all of the guides who helped to make happy hour fun, made our stay fun and comfortable. We loved our chalet with a private pool which we used on the hot afternoons. The food was good. The chalet was clean, and made up twice daily. Guide Willem provided transportation to and from Lukimbi Lodge. He was very prompt and shared his extensive knowledge of the area as we travelled to Lukimbi Lodge. On our return trip to OR Tambo International Airport Willem took us on a scenic route through mountain passes, waterfalls, and lookouts. It was beautiful. I would highly recommend Mmilo Tours and especially Lukimbi Lodge!

Interesting, educational, eventful however there is always room for improvement.
The Safari itself was very nice, having spotted several different types of animals (including a leopard). This left with us seeing much of Uganda's natural environment, particularly also spending our time in an amazing campsite where animals would literally walk around our tent. However, we were there to help the rangers with keeping the park clean which was not organised or taken seriously, which was obviously a disappointment. However, everything else was planned nicely and I am overall very happy with our trip.

Fantastic safari!
We had a safari with Ajabu for 10 days and it was byond our expectations. We did see the big five and the beautifull nature of Tanzania. But we were very impressed by the locations we slept, they were very clean, good food and nice people. We want to thank our Guide Issa, he gave us a fantastic safari!

5-star safari operator! Simply the best!
We just enjoyed our second safari organized by safari specialists!
In short terms: absolutely perfect in every way! Again!
Our agent was Nadine (again) and like on our first trip she excelled again! Every question was answered in no time, she made suggestions and recommendations that were spot-on.
Her recommendations concerning the camps were on the money! We chose Tau Pan, Lagoon and Shinde. All of them were first class.
All of her bookings for lodging, activities and flights were exceptional and proceeded without any issues.
We were greeted at the airport on the way in and way out which made us feel as being part of the “family”.
We will definitely use their service again on the next trip!
Thanks again!

One of the best experience in Safari!
I have just finished a 8 day safari organised with David at Eastco, from the planning stage, payment and eventual safari it could not have gone better.
With all the Tour Operators in Arusha choosing a company is probably the most difficult. We could not have been happier with Eastco.
This was our first safari and this is my first trip report, I read a few others to get a type of format so here goes.
Dates: 8 Days from February 5th to the 12th 2018
I travelled with my partner both in our late 20’s.
Parks Visited: Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu and Central Serengeti. We didn’t want to splurge but wanted decent clean accommodation. Our first night was spent at AruMeru River lodge, good food, clean and comfortable. We met David from Eastco in the morning and discussed our trip, before setting off to Tarangire.
Boundary Hill Lodge exceeded our expectations, the views of the valley below were the best you could imagine. Elephants could be seen from the verandah of the room it was a pretty good way to enjoy a sundowner. The Park itself offered lion, elephants, baobab trees everywhere. The highlight was the drive along the Tarangire River here it was easy to see elephants drinking, Zebra and Impala all over the place. We spent two nights here before going to Ngorongoro Crater.
At the Crater we stayed at the Wildlife Lodge again a lodge with a fantastic view. We did an early morning game drive and again saw animals everywhere. Elephants, buffalo, gazelles, lions sleeping, hyena as well as jackal.
Our 5th night was a highlight of the trip, we camped somewhere in the Serengeti Ndutu I believe and there were wildebeest with babies everywhere, as far as the eye could see. The main predators were hyena and jackal, lions which we expected to see where few and far between. We weren’t interested in birds but the superb starlings and vultures changed our minds, the Serengeti is all you imagined, open plains as far as the eye can see.
On one of our days here we went looking for cheetah, found one lone animal sleeping in the shade of a large tree. While this day was relaxing driving amongst the wildebeest was more fun.
We spent the last night at Seronera before flying back to Arusha in what was the smallest plane we have flown in not only was it scary but rough. The views of the areas we had visited showed us a different perspective.
Vehicle: We had a flat tyre but considering the condition of some of the roads I am surprised the 4 x 4 survived.
Highlight:
Boundary Hill Lodge: the view was awesome, food great more than enough and a good variety.
Serengeti : Wildebeest everywhere.
Eastco: David provided a perfect well planned trip.
Wouldn’t do again: Take the flight.
