A Dream Safari Come True in Kenya!
5/5

Our Kenya safari with Explorers was beyond expectations! Our guide, Peter, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we saw everything from lions to rhinos up close. The lodges were luxurious and offered breathtaking views of the savannah. Each day was a new adventure, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. I can't recommend this experience enough!

Fantastic Safari Experience with African Big Cats Safaris
5/5

We had an excellent time with African Big Cats Safaris on a 4-night/5-day private safari. The amount of time was perfect to visit the major parks—Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Manyara—without feeling rushed.

Our guide, Claus, was great. He was not only friendly and professional but also very knowledgeable, ensuring we saw a wide variety of animals and had great experiences at each park.

The lodges and camps selected for us were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing end to each day of safari.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend African Big Cats Safaris to anyone looking for a well-organized, private safari. We’ll definitely choose them again for our next trip.

Professional, Flexible & Friendly
5/5

I booked a tailor-made 4 day tour taking in Victoria Falls and surrounds, Hwange and the amazing Boma Drum Show. From airport pick up, Tongai & Crew were extremely professional, flexible and friendly, asking all the right questions to make sure I would get the best experiemce out of my time in Zimbabwe. Wanderlust seem to have all the right comnections to the best tout guides and best accommodations because the whole tour was a first-class experience. Totally loved it all!

A Magical Journey Through Tanzania's Best
5/5

Our family safari through Tanzania was magical! From the warm welcome in Arusha to the thrilling game drives, every moment was unforgettable. Tarangire National Park amazed us with its massive elephant herds and serene landscapes.

Ngorongoro Crater was a true wonder, offering incredible wildlife sightings, including black rhinos. The Serengeti's vastness and abundant wildlife created memories that will last forever. Highlights included spotting lions on the hunt and learning about the Leakey discoveries at Olduvai Gorge. Chef-prepared meals, comfortable lodges, and expert guidance made this journey truly special.

World class
5/5

Our Tanzania safari with Gurguru Safaris was an extraordinary adventure that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife of the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and beyond. The itinerary was expertly crafted, allowing us to witness all the Big 5 and big cats in their natural habitats. The star of our journey was our exceptional guide, Osbert, whose encyclopedic knowledge, storytelling skills, and keen eye for photography opportunities truly elevated our experience. The accommodations selected by Gurguru were outstanding, particularly the Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge, which offered an authentic and luxurious safari experience. Throughout our trip, the Gurguru team, including Peter demonstrated unwavering dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Our Gurguru Safaris trip peaked with a stunning Boxing Day hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. Expertly piloted by Moses, we soared above the savannah at dawn, marveling at golden-lit landscapes and diverse wildlife below. This serene yet thrilling experience provided unforgettable views, perfectly complementing our ground safari adventure. For an unforgettable Tanzanian safari that combines expert guidance, stunning locations, and unparalleled wildlife encounters, Gurguru Safaris is the perfect choice.

Best Experience Ever! Could not recommend a company more!
5/5

My girlfriend and I completed a 5 day mt Kilimanjaro hike via the marangru route. Aside from the fact this was the hardest thing we had ever done, it was also one of the most enjoyable due to Burigi Chato. Communication and organisation was clear from the get go with consistent emailing helping to setup the hike. Once we arrived at our hotel we were greeted by our guide in the lobby who talked us calmly through everything and made sure we had the proper equipment and understood why we needed it. The staff consisted of 5 porters, a chef and 2 guides and we couldn’t fault any of them. Our guides from the start ensured we were comfortable and put nerves at ease, the chef produced so many quality meals that fueled us well everyday and the porters were the nicest and friendliest on the mountain laughing and singing songs making every other group wish they had booked with us. We were always well informed and never rushed which is important and they were genuinely prepared for everything, including the tricky summit morning where they organised another porter to help us to the top along with bringing additional snacks and medication which ended up being the reason we were able to summit and overcome the inevitable altitude sickness. They were the friendliest and most well ran group on the mountain and in conversation with other groups it was obvious that they wished they had booked with us. I could not recommend a company more!

10/10, don't even know where to begin.

I tend to plan things well in advance, but due to a last-minute change in our travel plans, I booked this trip about a week out. I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of safari options available, but I am beyond ecstatic that we ended up booking this one.

The way they take care of every logistical detail is incredible. I usually like to do all these things myself, but it was so nice to have everything planned better than I could have done so myself, especially on such limited time. We communicated via WhatsApp.

Ziwa was our driver guide and we loved him so much. He had a calm energy about him while being so informative. I was a little worried about such long drives, but it was a wonderful way to see the country with an expert driver like Ziwa.

We did the chimpanzee trek, gorilla trek, a scenic drive through Queen Elizabeth Park, the equator, Lake Bunyonyi and so much more in just 3 days. It was an incredible trip. The treks were so amazing with such knowledgeable trackers. We couldn't believe how intimate the treks were and how much you got to see.

We decided to do the trek in Uganda because it was less expensive even though it added more driving time than going to Rwanda, but we actually preferred the extra driving. They are so good about accommodating extra or specific requests as well. The vehicle we were in was spacious and comfortable. Everything went according to plan. All the lodges they booked for us were great. Ugandan food is delicious!

We won't shut up about this trip to our friends and family. If you have the opportunity, book it!

The Best of Uganda Gorilla Trekking and Wildlife Safari
5/5

We booked a 10-day Gorillas and Wildlife Safari with Karumuna Safaris, and it was a dream come true. The gorilla trek in Bwindi was a spiritual experience, while the game drives in Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth were thrilling. The Kazinga Channel boat cruise offered stunning views of wildlife along the shores. Moses, our guide, was always attentive and eager to share insights. We also appreciated the chance to visit local villages, which gave us a glimpse into Uganda’s rich culture..
