Our comms were through the Mo Africa WhatsApp & Ruben not only supported us with the booking process; he was an absolute life-saver when our flight was cancelled & we needed to adjust our itinerary.
He also checked in with us on each day of our stay & answered our questions.
I cannot recommend Mo Africa more highly. The team is fantastic &, if you are able to stretch your budget a little further, I recommend doing the game drives & booking a private transfer from Johannesburg. Both are so, so worth it.

Really nice but overpriced
It was an amazing experience and we were really lucky to see lots of animals.
Our tour guide and all the transports plus flights were perfectly organised.
Unfortunately we just had a limited amount of drinks on the tour (the driver drank a lot of them). They couldn’t get refilled at our night over stop? Even after asking nicely.
The first national park (Tarangire) was very crowded and the lunch spot was not in a natural area and too touristic (100 other jeeps; no lie).
The lodge (Ngorongoro) was beautiful! The pool, the rooms and the atmosphere. Unfortunately no drinks were included at all (we paid for a tour with drinks included).
The second day at the crater was a 10/10!! Highly recommended. Big 5, nice nature, more natural lunch sport (still many people around but not as crowded as on day one).

Understanding of what you want to achieve in the tour and they make sure you achieve it.the tour cars/vans were quite comfortable as well...give them your money and you won't regret it,arrived on time,good driver too

A very unique experience with the necessary services and a simple yet good treatment. The logistics are excellent, and I liked that they truly try to help you make the most of the experience. You can see their effort to ensure you see as much as possible and live everything in a complete and fulfilling way. The trip was excellent thanks to Mr Edward (Cobra) he made our group (2 couples) comfortable and also made sure our trip was successful from start to end, be it game drives or even pit stops for the so many days we were together.

Charles is kind, knowledgeable, and a must have driver for your safari!
Since the beginning of the trip it was a bit overwhelming as this was my first safari in Africa. Then our driver charles introduced himself. He was the expert in these safaris. He navigated us everywhere we needed to go. We saw the big five during our safari when others safaris did not see i spoke to did not. Charles was a big part of that.
