Trip of a lifetime
We did a three night safari, however most people on the tours were only doing two. They missed out!! We got two and a half days of safari and we saw absolutely loads, something different every single day. We absolutely loved it! Our drivers were Moses and Raymond, both were excellent! The accommodation was great, budget friendly, nice hosts, hot water! We thought we would be in one of their tents which looked very good in person, bathroom attached to each but we ended up getting a cottage which we were thrilled about. For our budget this package turned out to be brilliant. Would definitely recommend the Masai Mara, it is an oasis for animals, you can see them straight away once you enter the gates! And we added on a tour of the Masai Mara Village which also was very worthwhile and informative!! Best holiday we’ve been on, will be hard to beat!!

Go Touch Down put together a truly wonderful tour for us. Go Touch Down promised a lot and delivered more. The staff from booking to the hotel staff, to the tour guides were professional and extremely nice to work and travel with. We visited so many places, and learned so much about the people, the history and the beautiful nature that is South Africa. Johnathan, our tour guide in Cape Town, was exceptional. We were able to experience so many different aspects of life there. Hard to pick highlights, but the visit to the !Khwa ttu San Culture Center is at the top of my list. We also visited the penguins at Boulder Beach and the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Agulhas. Then we went on Safari at the Royal Morubishi Lodge where we were pampered. The game drives with Arbrey in the Kaingo Game Reserve where breath-taking (twice a day!). The chef at the Lodge even made an amazing chocolate cake to celebrate a birthday.

We went for an amazing and memorable 8-day safari exploring Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara in Kenya. During the booking process, the Meektrails Safari agent (Peris Kinyua) has been constantly kind and professional, giving us amazing suggestions and tailoring all the aspects of the safari according to our needs. They proposed very cozy, clean and perfectly-located accommodations having all the amenities and very good food. Moreover, Peris has been always in contact with us during the safari to check that everything was smooth and fine. The new, clean and spacious vehicle has everything what you need (wifi, water, plugs, etc.)!
Samuel (Sammy) has been our incredible and tireless driver for the safari….we simply loved him! No words can really describe his deep experience and passion for his work. In the game drives, he has provided many details on the animals and nature and answered all our questions. During our safari, we had the chance to meet other Meektrails Safari drivers (e.g. Joseph) who are are really kind and always smiling.
We had an experience we will never forget, and surely we will contact Meektrails Safari for other trips.

A well managed tour and the staff is really helpful and friendly

Amazing trip !
We have just had a great trip to Uganda/Rwanda thanks to our driver (Solomon) and our coordinator (Mwije). I was a little scared at the start of the trip but from the first day, all doubts were dispelled. the excursions were great, the lodges chosen were almost perfect, and the vehicle was very good and recent. this trip was truly magical so a big thank you to the entire Kyooma Gorilla Safari team 🙏

We are happy with our Kenya experience. At first, we didn’t expect anything since it was our first time in Africa. Everything went smoothly, however, there were delays on the transfers which is manageable and compensated with the amazing staff they have. Michuki, our travel agent, has been in contact since the beginning until the end. He has guided us and answered all our queries related to the trip, Kenya travel restrictions or rules, safari experience. He has also prepared a special itinerary for us since we wanted to experience the coast of Kenya - convenient for us since everything has been booked and it was an all inclusive trip at an affordable cost. Every Kenyan people we met are amazing and very kind.
