A Highly experienced, fun, and professional company.
5/5

Everything was great, I had an amazing time and they truely made it a wonderful experience. They kept in contact with me and up to date prior to arrival and all the way through my trip. From the moment I landed to the moment I took off they made sure I had nothing to worry about. The tour guides were very knowledgable and provided great service. They were extremely flexible and were able to easily accomodate me when I wanted to make changes to my tour plan. Everything was taken care of so I could just focus on having fun and a great experience. Highly recommended if you want a stress free, worry free, and unique experience.

not customer service friendly enough
3/5

I booked at Chobe Safari Lodge, when I arrived I was advised that I was booked into Chobe Bush Lodge, Not having been advised by Falcon, I thought I had made a Mistake in the booking. Fortunately it is next door to the Safari Lodge, with MUCH better rooms.

We asked FS to reserve a room at The Gorges which they appeared to handle effectively.
3/5

We were bumped from The Gorges (they said they had been overbooked) despite us having a confirmed and paid reservation. Falcon offered us an alternative night at Vic Falls Hotel which we declined and accepted a much more expensive night at Khulu Ivory Safari Lodge. As we got short notice of this situation it was a hassle to provide proof of payment of the additional amount required. We enjoyed our stay at Khulu very much but were disappointed that we missed out on The Gorges.

Safari package
5/5

That was the best package ever offered by Vacay Holiday deals. I was quite happy with the email responses. Can't wait for my next safari

About: Biwakwango
unforgettable
5/5

What I appreciated particularly at Thierry's, it is the empathy and its availability for every participant. He knew how to make us share his values of respect of South African, of his love of the flora and fauna. I can say that he has me marked deeply :-))) and that I shall remember all my life of these two weeks when the emotion, the listening, in brief all our senses were put constantly on the alert

really unforgettable

good wind my dear Thierry!

great time in Ruaha
5/5

We went to Ruaha, stopping at Uluguru Mountains on the way and at Udzungwa Mountains on the way back. We really enjoyed traveling with Grassroots. It was so easy and convenient to organize our trip with them. We just told them some places that we wanted to see and they adapted the trip as per your wishes, it was so personalized. They even gave us several options and we discussed them together. Plus, they have good prices, the food was great, and the driver really knew what he was doing, we felt safe and were glad to be with him. Grassroots' people were very nice and always made sure that we are good and enjoy the trip. We also had good laughs and will not forget this trip. I highly recommend it, I was living in Dar Es Salaam during 1 year and never found such a good and friendly company.

Safari Source is a most reliable company for Southern Africa safaris and visits
5/5

We had engaged Safari Source to arrange our safari in Zimbabwe two years ago and were very happy with Monika's service. The trip was wonderful and went without a hitch. On our return to Zimbabwe this month we again used Safari Source to arrange our visit to Bulawayo and Harare. Everything went smoothly and was to our satisfaction.
While planning the visit, Monika of Safari Source gave us some options for hotel and domestic transportation and tours and promptly responded to our requests such as a special tour to Matopos National Park and Khami ruins. A plus was her arranging a history of Bulawayo tour. We even got to meet some of the local folk.
We will not hesitate to engage her services again should we find another excuse to visit Zimbabwe in the near future.

a perfect safari
5/5

During our stay we visited Arusha National Park, Tarangira Park, Ngorongoro Crater, climbed Olmot Crater and Lake Manyara. A once in lifetime experience, possible because of our very experienced guide, who had a lot of knowledge about the wildlife, the environment, the Masaai people and could explain the uniqueness of each park. Before we left we told them that we didn't want to spend all day in the jeep, we like walking and they advised us to climb the Olmot crater and go for the walking safari in Arusha National park. An excellent choice. We recommend this touroperator to everyone who is looking for an unforgetable experience
